Collaboration with Aomori + Announcement!
Posted 5 years agoI am happy to present to everyone a collaboration that I will be doing with 
Aomori!
This collaboration will be a merged monthly challenge that we both do on our Discord servers where people who choose to participate will create an artwork oriented around the chosen theme. The top/first-place artwork will receive a prize! Read below for what is in store for this month!

1. Theme: Valentine's Day
2. Where to submit your entries: All entries will be submitted in either Aomori's or my Discord server under #monthly-challenge! Link to my Discord server: https://discord.gg/Rs2xatrTWp
3. Deadline: February 27, 2021
4. Prize: A collaborative artistic freedom bust artwork from Aomori and I of your chosen character! Aomori will be doing the sketch and sketchy lines and I will be doing color and light shading!

Posted 5 years ago 1 Year Hi all! It is hard for me to believe that I started being an artist on FurAffinity exactly one year ago today! I also can't believe the amount of support I have received from you all and that we're now at 600 watchers :o!! I wanted to thank each and every one of you!

Twitter Raffle Ends Soon! ☽ Personal Ranting + Questions ☾

Hi all!
I really apologize for this journal but I am kinda lost in what direction I should go and would love some opinions. As some of you know I work full time as a veterinary technician... I am a team member of 4 support staff and 2 veterinarians and I just found out that 3 out of the 6 employees are quitting within the next 1-2 months. Now the clinic I work out we usually have 12 hours shifts and we are open 7 days a week meaning that myself, one other person, and one vet will be managing this clinic.
Question 1
This is not the first sh*tshow that has happened since the time that I have worked there... in fact, this will be my fourth. I really don't want to be the one managing a clinic pretty much all by myself again so I kinda have a few options.
1. I quit now and look for another job immediately?
2. I quit at the end of November and find another job immediately.. kinda to wait out and see what happens?
3. I quit at the end of November and wait until January to find another job and spend the holidays with my family and have a much-needed break from college and work while I work on commissions?
4. I stay at the clinic and ride this storm out like I have the past 3 times.
Now I know I can definitely find another veterinarian technician job easily because a lot of clinics are desperate for someone with experience in the field which I definitely have. I am also not too concerned about money but its definitely something on the back of my mind.
Question 2
Now if I do go with option 3 I would turn commissions into my full-time job for that time - but at the same time, I don't know if I would end up getting commissions or if anyone would end up buying commissions from me. So I guess that brings me to my second questions
Would you ever buy a commission from me?

I also want to make commissions as affordable for everyone while also getting paid a decent amount for the amount of work I put in my artwork sooo question 3 is below :)
How much would you be willing to pay for an artwork piece like the examples below?

It is so crazy to me, but we just achieved 500 watchers on this account, wow! Thank you a lot for this <3. I am so astonished by the growth and am super thankful for every single one of you! I honestly did not expect to gain many watchers on this account :).
