Adoptable ToS
Posted 11 years agoBy purchasing an adoptable from us, you agree to the following:
> Upon purchasing, you own the character. You may do whatever you wish with them, including using the character for commercial work, but you may not use our art commercially.
> Please credit us for the design.
> Trading adoptables is perfectly fine.
> You may resell an adoptable but for no more than what you spent on it.
> We retain the right to the art of any of our adoptables.
> If you have purchased one of our adoptables and would like the amount you spent to remain private, please note us.
> Do not trace/steal/copy the designs in any way.
> You will receive the full size, un-watermarked version via note after your payment goes through.
> Upon purchase, you are free to edit it the design/gender/etc as you please.
> PayPal only.
> All prices are listed in USD.
> Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase. If you need an exception, please note us and we may be able to work something out.
