I'll be handling commission requests via Google form (as usual), and rest will be handled via email. Please remember that I don't use FA notes for commissions, thank you! ( :

Happy new year everypony! I hope 2021 will treat us more gently than last year, and that lockdowns could finally come to an end during this year. In all honesty cooking up between 4 walls for almost a year has done some damage for my mental health, and after seeing New Year's recaps from my friends and acquaintances (after seeing how much people have still socialized in crowds and traveled), I felt almost desperate and angry about people's disregards towards covid. I'm trying to not become too bitter (everyone will live their life as they want and it's out of my control) so I'm not gonna blabber much more about last year, to say it short for me the year was stressful and emotionally draining. However simultaneously I've been in a loving and affectionate relationship with the love of my life (and was fortunate enough to move in in with her), graduated from uni and started working as a freelancer (got to work in 3 projects for an animation studio and was able to work on commissions almost full time). So it wasn't all bad, but most of it kinda was. Anyway, 2021, please be awesome.

I've also decided to put my Patreon page on an undefined hiatus. I've simply had/have too much on my plate concerning my current freelancing in couple projects for a company from my field, and to top it with commissions, that I feel I'm simply not able to provide enough quality content which I'd want my patrons to receive. Maybe some day I'll relaunch my Patreon page, however when I don't know right now. I'll keep posting my work normally to all other sites though, so no worries I'm not disappearing anywhere. I'll post some of the stuff I've had on Patreon at some point, probably during this week.
The corporate projects I'm currently working in should come to an end during next week (unless something unexpected happens), and I'll continue commissions normally afterwards with passion. I don't feel I have the strength to open commissions for January at the moment, I'm sorry in advance if I cause disappointment with this announcement. However I'll most definitely be open on February again, and will post a notification for my next opening in advance ( :

I feel like this journal is a hot mess however I don't have too much extra time on my hands right now so I'll just leave it as it is, feel free to ask if something's confusing. Take care and I'll be back very soon with new art! 🧡

Hello!

As mentioned in a previous journal couple weeks ago, me and my partner have moved in together to a new city. The move was stressful but overall went really smoothly and already we've started to settle in our new apartment. So from now on I'm able to continue working on commissions normally! Thank you so much for everyone who wished us well for our big move, and to my patient commissioners who I appreciate deeply from the bottom of my heart, thank you 🧡

I'm 75% finished with all of the first WIP pics for November commissions, so if you're one of my commissioners for November slots you can expect a first WIP pic of your commission later today! Man it feels amazing to get back to drawing again ! 💪

Just a heads up. At first I though I might not be able to open commission slots for November, but I managed to catch up on previous commissions this week and one irl (non-furry related) project got totally cancelled leaving more room for me to work on commissions during November. So I'll open slots later today, very soon!

TERMS OF SERVICE (please read before commissioning)

About a month ago my girlfriend Brokenkyuubi and I signed the rental contract to our first mutual apartment!! And on top of moving in together, we're also moving to the capital city! I haven't ever been this excited and happy about anything in my entire life and I can't wait to start our future together in our home. I love my partner more than anything and I wish I can spend the rest of my life with her ❤️

Even though being excited about moving this month has been absolutely exhausting for me (and my spouse) because of the numerous amount of responsibilities and things to remember and get done before the actual moving date which is set on the last day of October. I've also been working simultaneously on commissions which I'll have to pause at some point as the final moving date gets closer. So I'm writing this in order to apologize upfront for the slowing phase on commission updates/WIP pics, and to also announce that I believe I'm not able to open commissions for the month of November since I'll have to work my October queue. I'm sorry for the possible disappointment. However from the beginning of November I'll surely get back to my regular working schedule as the move will be over. Thank you in advance for my current commissioners for your understanding and patience concerning my situation.

Here's a summary to my current commissioners:

- I'm currently in the process of moving in with my girlfriend Brokenkyuubi to another city, and the final moving date will be on the last day of October
- Packing, cleaning and the actual move will most likely consume my days full time very soon. So if I don't send you any updates or WIP pics before the 24th of October I'm most likely too busy with the move to get progress done for your artwork (I'm very sorry for the wait)
- Unpacking and settling down might still have an affect on my working schedule in the beginning of November, but I'll make sure to send you updates whenever I can. Thank you for your understanding!
- Don't hesitate to email me if you have something on your mind, I'll get back to you as soon as I can

Hello!

First of all, I GRADUATED in April and now have a Bachelor's degree in Culture and Arts !! 🎉 Thank you so much to everyone who wished me well while I was writing my thesis, and to my absolutely wonderful commissioners who where flexible and understanding of my situation during my writing. For over a month now I've been able to focus full time on commissions and YCHs for the very first time and I absolutely love it and am so grateful to be able to do this, especially now since the pandemic limits my work possibilities quite a lot. Seriously, thank you so much to all of my commissioners, friends and supporters! <3

Secondly, ATTENTION CURRENT COMMISSIONERS;
Couple weeks ago the piping in my flat has been under construction, which has limited my working hours since I'm not able to work/live in my flat full time right now. I'm very sorry for time delay in my working pace which the situation has caused, and thank you for your patience. The construction work will last till 26th of June, and after that I'm able to continue full working hours, meaning that July commission slots will open normally next week.

Lastly, I've decided to not use FurAffinity notes for commissions anymore. From now on for commissions, please contact me via my work email ilpo.art.biz[at]gmail.com

EDIT (27.6.): The construction work in my flat cut down my working hours even more than I originally calcultated. I've decided not to open any more commission slots for July since I need to work on my queue. I'm sorry for the possible dissappointment.

Hello!

As some of you already know, I'm currently writing my thesis. I started the writing process already a year ago last winter, but due to couple too many mentally taxing events during the spring of 2019 I was not able to finish the thesis before summer.

During autumn I was trying to pick myself up from depression and struggled with lack of belief in my academic know-how. Miraculously I managed to make some progress before Christmas, and the over 65-paged tome doesn't intimidate me (too much) anymore. I can actually say that I'm enjoying the process right now.

Now I've been in a good writing flow with my thesis again, and realistically planning on graduating during this spring. This means, that my workflow on commissions and YCHs will drastically slow down till June (at latest). I'm terribly sorry about this to my current customers, but right now my main priority is to finally graduate.

If you're my current customer, I ask you kindly not to ask for any WIPs or updates during the next couple months. If I have time to work during weekends, I will send you updates. But if you don't hear from me before June, it is very likely that I'm too busy to work on your commission or YCH.

Again, I'm terribly sorry about this inconvenience to all of my customers, and I hope that you can find it in your heart to understand my situation.
