Im just getting back and I need to rant? ??
Posted 9 years agoSo I know I just finally got my account back on here, and I havent really said anything or done anything since, and now I need to rant. And I just need a place to rant, to talk and say things and this is pretty much the only place I have to do that.
So basically, my life is going downhill fast, and things just keep getting worse and worse and im at the point ware (I got over suicidal stuff many years ago but its slowly creeping back) I wouldnt mind if the world just imploded on itself right now. Itd be nice to just leave everything behind.
Lets start with my job, myyyy jooooob, I hate it, I hate them. I hate the completely dispicable piece of garbage company I work(ed) for! Ney York Fries higher ups ARE THE MOST DISGUSTING PEOPLE I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING AROUND. Ive worked there for a year and a half, ive wanted to leave but felt bad leaving the company in the state our store was in, short on staff as it was. So I stayed, and planned on staying at least a while longer. Since im starting school in september, I was going to quit about that time. Last month I had to pay a $500 deposite to my school, which was the entirety of a pay check, with the other pay check that month entirely going to rent, that was a pretty hard month of $0 for anything including food. It was also coincidental that my manager, after telling him several times I need a certain number of hours minimum, forgets and gives some kid all of my shifts for a week because he wanted to hang out with his friends after work. So thats half a pay gone after having $0 for a month. Already off to a good start. Im so poor.
Then what happens? Well ill tell ya.
I work in a mall whos stores are closing down and changing and remodeling for the past few months, and because the mall has so few stores at the moment there are not many people in the mall, so business hasnt been the best. But you know whos fault the higher ups think that is? Ours, the workers, its our fault. So a bunch of managers from different nyf stores get together and have a 6 hour meeting in the food court, and decide some very disturbing things, and make some very unethical decisions for us. Without TALKING to any of us, without expressing any concerns to us or doing ANYTHING that you would think would be the first step?? Their collective decision is to ignore the fact that we are all people and have a job for a reason, ie, rent, food, ect. And decide, lets not tell any of them, but lets hire 17 new people for this store and give all the current employees the absolute minimum of shifts we can possibly get away with, 4 people should be scheduled each day but lets shedule 8 instead (although the store cant hold that many people) and 2 managers from other stores are scheduled in our store every day. Already im cut from 30 hours a week to 6 hours a week. They also made the next 4 schedules in that sitting and dont allow changes. They scheduled a guy to work at the time hes in summer school, they scheduled others to work on days they have written down they arent available, because they didnt ask and dont care. And me being the one who needs the shifts the most, took these peoples shifts because THEY COULDNT COME IN?! So I walk into work on monday and this lady in my store, one of the managers is imediately nothing but rude, sarcastic and treating me like garbage, badgering me on everything. I was there for maybe 3 minutes, i was already dreading going in that day and this was why. She starts yelling at my and giving me the most atitude ive ever seen and WRITES ME UP for taking someones shift, for altering the schedule, im sorry DID U WANT NOBODY TO SHOW UP BECAUSE U SCHEDULES SOMEONE WHO COULDNT POSSIBLY BE HERE? Aparently so, because at that moment I learned that the bare minimum shifts they gave us were because they had to and they are more than happy if we dont show up. Then immediately after she tells me im suspended. Fine. I just want to get out of there before I break down because im so furious, how can somebodies thought process be so so warped and gross. What happened to these people that made them be like this. They fired another guy on the spot when he walked in. They are most likely suspending or firing all of us, they just want us out of the store, with no warning or notice. Who cares how we have to live, they dont.
So now somebody took a bunch of money from the cash, and their doing an investigation into it to try and figure out who did it. On top of ruining our lives with what theyve already done, now their accusing all of us, saying money was stolen under our names. And I know that no matter what, what they want most is to somehow find a way to pin it on each of us, just for the fun of it, just to screw us all over as much as possible. but WHY. Im just so furious.
So I have no clue how im going to pay rent, I dont have a job, im trying to get a job and their going to call me wensday but u want to heard something funny? I BROKE MY PHONE TODAY LOL I DROPPED IT AND THE SCREEN SHATTERED SO NOW I CANT GET THAT CALL AND I HAVE NO MONEY TO FIX IT. Along with that my cat spilled juice all over the table today, soaking some important papers including my certificate from the cake decorating course I took, lol not like i needed that i guess. lol. kill me.
I also am almost finally over this terrible cold ive had for the past week. Ive been so sick and feeling like death, freezing and nauseous becuase thats always a fun thing to add onto the mix???
So in short, I have no job, I have no phone, my life is a mess and I kind of want to just die.

Posted 9 years agoThe con over all was honestly pretty disappointing, in terms of scheduling and how a few of the things were run this year. There just wasnt really any panels or activities that interested me this year like there was last year and the years before. The tea social was in a tiny room and there wasnt much food to go around, the room was just so small it was hard to actually sit with people and socialize :'C There again wasnt any good games to play in the game room (and they wont borrow games from me which could save that room ;-;) and they even moved it to the old big tea social room so there was waayyy too much wasted space in there. I was too late in signing up to the fursuit games, which was the thing I was most looking forward to finally get to participate in, being my FIRST YEAR actually getting to fursuit!! :D So that sucked, but next year ill be quicker to it.. :'C
I did however have a lot of good times at the con too!! Just being there is nice, getting to suit, jumping around and just how much people enjoyed Berrie makes me happy :> I got to be in the fursuit parade too!! Jumping around and giving high fives was awesome and fun and I was completely dead afterwards but it was worth it. I also entered the dance competition!! (Go big or go home right) I didnt place, but people still enjoyed the show and thats really what it was about. I was sooo nervous going up there, shaking and my stomach was just going crazy but I did it and I didnt do half bad and people cheered and I was proud of myself. Saturday night I went to the improv panel and it was pretty funny! There were so many great things in the dealers with year but I spent most of my money on teas :'3 I have a cupboard dedicated to only tea and now I have some fancy homemade teas to add to it~ I got lemon ginger chai, pecan pie, chocolate mint, long island strawberry and Maple peach <3<3
I met
cinacune whom I didnt know actually lived around here :'''O I have not been on FA for a few months now so I had no clue she would be there, I didnt bring much money with me so all I bought was the eevee stickers from her but their so cute and sparklyy. I basically buy something with a flareon on it at every con idk. I hope she decides to come again next year and maybeeee I wont be so awkward?!?!
I also met some super awesome peoples in the dealers <3<3<3
ripperelite aaand the other I havent found yet ;3;, whom I hung out with at their table every day and most of sunday ;3; they are super sweet and nice and ahhh <3<3<3<3<3<3 aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh <3 Ill see you guys at AN <3
I got so many compliments on my suit QAQ and im so flattered! To all of those who asked about commissioning me im not currently open, I wont be open until late summer (for large projects) but for small parts I should be open at the beginning of the summer and you can find info on all that when I open up again on
iluvsuitss ! Im so pumped by the suits people want me to make ;A; a cyclops poodle and a unicorn?! COME ON Im SO eXCITED!
I also plan on having a table in the dealers next year! :D Selling premade parts like tails and paws, maybe collars, custom perler badges and charms and a premade suit of some sort! I do want to share a table with somebody though as I wont be at the table the whole time. But look out for more on that!!!

Nothing seems to be right for me...Bummed out...
Posted 9 years agoNo matter what I try nothing seems to be working out for me, im having such a bad day. Im feeling so... just bad.
I got rejected by two of my favorite artists for commission requests because neither of them liked my characters design...
And then I get rejected for a job I applied to because "Im not the right fit", even though around a month ago they messaged me about coming in for an interview, I replied to work out a date... and then they havent responded until now?!
Yesterday I was trying to work on fursuit stuff and costume stuff and I just keep screwing up everything, nothing is going right.
Im feeling completely drained and put down right now. Im going to keep trying to work on stuff and be productive but I have no confidence any more.

Gauging interest for a **Pre Made Head Auction**
Posted 10 years agoIm thinking of doing a premade head auction, what are yours guys thoughts on this? How likely are you to buy a premade head? Do you know many people that might?
Would it be more preferred to just do a premade foam base, and have the winner choose the colors and designs?
If I were to do this would you prefer a design made by me, a preexisting character like a pokemon, digimon, ect, OR to have a design contest with a design made by one of you?
If I were to do the design contest the wining designer would get a cut of the final winning bid! Im thinking 14%. If the head sells at $250, you would make $35usd !!
And as the designer you are able to bid on the head too, and you would win it for 14% off!
I would start the auction at $100 (that wouldnt even cover material costs!), with a min bid increase of $5
and ide be up for making hand paws/arms and tail to match the head if the winner so chooses, for an extra cost (as commission), price would be by quote

Good places to buy fur?

I usually buy luxury shag from fabric.com but they have such a bad color selection and the shipping is always really expensive, and now they have raised their prices too! Lately when I order form them it takes really long for them to even process my order and ive been hearing this from a lot of other people too, theyl make an order and then hear nothing about it after that.

Unfortunately I still cant stream, So I will be going through and doing these at my own pace over the next couple days to a week depending on how many I get of course!
Im going to AnimeNorth next month and need to make up the funds to go! Thats why ive been opening for so many things lately. I need to gather about $700 which will cover my hotel, food, costumes, spending cash, ect for the weekend! :D

Posted 10 years agoIve got a new idea, that if it goes over well I might keep up indefinitely, or for however long I feel its worth doing.
Each week, everybody who commissions me for something, It could be for a sketch, an icon, a chibi, anything, will get put into that weeks raffle. At the end of each week I will draw a number, you will all be in order that youve commissioned me in, and I will do an art for you as a thanks for having commissioned me. C:
Ill only do the draw each week if I get at least 5 commissions. If one week I don't get 5, don't worry you wont lose your chance I will add you to next weeks raffle!
It wont be a public announcement of who wins, I will just contact the winner for their reference and everybody will find out who has won when the prize is uploaded.

Posted 10 years agoFE yesterday was soooo fun! I thought last FE was great but just this year yesterday was bettteeerrr!!!
I starved all day until they opened the tea social which was a life saver because I forgot all my snacks at home and all my money went to my badge. I didnt buy anything either....but I see $3 on the table right now and if I go back today I might take it and buy another of those chap sticks... because thats literally the only thing I wanted to buy this year(before I even got to the con, I wanted to get another).
Oh man im kinda actually dissapointed no harveys!!! :C
I dressed as person Berrie-Moon and I got so many compliments on my outfit :> I was very pink!

I hung out with
All_Purpose_White_Glue all dayy and 
taliruq for a little bit. We went to some panels which were cool and we stumbled into a dance workshop that ended up being SUPER fun and I hope he hosts that again next year because I will be thereee!!! I tried to win the conchairs money but I losst ;-; .. so I went to the lady furs panel and we did a scavenger hunt! I think we lost XD
Then we waited around for the lady furs shoot.. which was oddly strict.. the guy was good, but man... he really didnt want to take pictures of anyone without a head or with a male suit.. holllyyyyyyyyyyy... and the wait for that to end was about 2 hours .-.
I peeked into the dance for a bit, and there was literally nobody dancing, there was maybe 10 people in there, just standing around. I think everybody must have gone off to their hotels to drink and party, if your going to pay to be at a con, then go to the con.. dont leave and go off and drink.... then y bother coming to the con. right.
At the end of the night we played warewolf! I had never played before, and im terrible at thinking on my feet soooo I was terrible, but I never got killed.. it was fun and ide like to play again next year C: that lasted until a bit after 2am and we went home.
I sooooooooo wish I had finished Berrie >-> so I could run around and be cute and be loved!
Next year my FE goals are to:
1- have enough money to buy a weekend pass (I should totaly be able to at least do that)
2- donate something to the art auction (Im thinking maybe a character ref and a badge of them or something)
3- have a table in the dealers den! Im going to be selling fursuit parts and maybe prints!
4- have Berries full suit finisheeddddd
5- and so ill get to play in the fursuit games!
6- participate in the dance comp as Berrie doing one of my anime dances?! (or is it supposed to be freestyle?) THE SONG WILL BE "BABY SWEET BERRY LOVE"!
7- maayyybbeeee ill even have another suit finished, could be Beta, or Snow?! hmmmmmmmmmmmm
8- I also plan to do a bunch of art for the con!!! :D YAY!

Need some help with transparent background
Posted 10 years agoI drew something on SAI and im trying to bring it into photoshop to give it a transparent background, I cant save it in SAI as a transparent background anymore because i have the newer version so I can open it into photoshop, so im trying to copy paste from SAI to PS that SHOULD give it a transparent background since it has a transparent BG before saving it in SAI, but when i paste it over into PS whatever i pasted over has a white box/background around it..
in other words copy paste isnt working or maybe im just doing it wrong. so help please.

Dont get me wrong, i like them their cute and theyd never ever suit me and my almost flat chest, a sweater with a hole would be really pointless for me....

im back~
Posted 11 years agosorry i dissapeared for a couple weeks there, ive been really super busy and stressed but now that thats over, tomorrow i will be back to drawing and fur stuff. Over the time ive been gone i worked on my ych a bit, but not much. Ill aim to have it done within a week from tomorow
We temporarily have a hedgehog! me and my sister bought it for our grama for christmass so im taking care of it till then. Shes so cute and small and pointy, and super friendly. She gets startled at every little thing and tried to eat my nail today >v>
Today was DTAC and it was shoorrrtttt but good :D i finished my costume and people loved it, i havent found any pictures floating around yet but i did do 3 shoots so there will be some good ones :D
I shot with 2 new photographers , one of which was great, i dont know the quality of her work when finished but she was super energetic and friendly and really great to work with! Ide looove to work with her again
The other, i didnt like so much. The shots look pretty cool, i dont doubt theyl come out great. But he lost MAJOR points by him and his partner having to share the lighting equipment, so for most of my shoot i didnt get to use the light :/ he also kept stopping to chat with people in the middle of me holding my pose waiting for him to take the picture and he just wouldnt! He was also really awkward.. since i had to leave the shoot early (i couldnt stand it any more) i get a free half hour shoot some other time which i will be taking advantage of but gawd he could stand to be a little more professional (especially since im paying him) and conscious of the time.
I also shot with a photographer ive worked with before and there are going to be some niiiiice pictures coming outa that one!!
Next goal is i have to learn a dance and make another costume by january.... ugh.. god thats not much time. but ive got time to relax right now.

Yelling in my SLEEP

I dont do it too often but occasionally ill do something physically while sleeping, and its REALLY funny!
Last night I was dreaming that I was sitting on the couch eating pizza and brandon was sitting next to me and he took my pizza! and I got really mad and started yelling at him and I yelled "NOOO THATS MINE NOOO!!!" or something like that AND I GUESS I ACTUALLY YELLED THAT FOR REAL BECAUSE BRANDON WOKE UP AND WAS LIKE "wats wrong?!?!" and I was like .....im guna pretend im still sleeping... then i passed out again.
Other times I dreampt that I was fighting someone in my sleep, and you know how when your sleeping you cant fight, and like cause harm to people, well I try REALLY HARD in my dream and In my dream when I tried SUPER hard to bite a bad guy, cus I was trying to punch and kick and stuff and it was working I ACTUALLY BIT BRANDON IN MY SLEEP AND IT WAS REALLY FUNNY.

and yesterday was lookin a ebay thinking "kay maybe a little figures, JUST A LITTLE little bity cheap things!"
so i started looking through manda and posted on mfc to see if anyone was doing a go and i thought "little go, ill join a go buy a couple things"
so then 3 people reply to me asking ME to host the GO and im thinking "LOTSA FIGURES YEAH LOTS"

Or read an entire page of a book and didnt take ANY of it in? Or put your dirty cup that you just drank from into the fridge and then go to put the milk/juice in the sink...? Serious shopping day needs to be planned

I have a LONG list of things I need to go out and buy for my current costumes, and also tons of stuff I need to order online for them @_@
I spent literally all day today watching I dont know how many videos and reading tutorials all on making molds and casting resin! How to mix properly, pour properly, what to color with, ect.
And now I have to go to the store and get all the supplies!
Rather than starting by right away making my mold and trying to cast in it im going to get some gems and paint trays and practice by casting in those with diferent coloring agents and by making little molds for gems... So I will probably have a bunch of practice gems for sale XD
Im going to try casting with acrylic, oil, glitter and pearl ex powder because omg that stuff looks amazing!!!

I dont know if you can tell from the picture, but its REALLY nice and glittery and smooth and just perfect! I have that wand and though its a "cheap replica" its absolutely perfect (way better than the official garbage) and ide love to repeat that look for the Soul gem im making for Momoe Nagisa and for the stars im going to be making for Miki Hoshiis forever star! Also Im thinking of just casting my own moon for my sailor moon boots, chocker and earrings and like them to have the same look.
If I really enjoy casting I might make the odango and broach as well but well see.
I also bought a small dog/ fox nose mold a while ago and will be testing that out too, if they turn out ill be selling experimental noses :D Maybe ill make a bit of a preorder add for cheap noses in whatever color and with glitter or whatever you want so I can test things out!

Still feeling sick but im going anyways :I im starving and have no food in here to eat so kinda wana stop at tims...but i dunno wat they have that i can actually eat.
anyways. going to fanfare2! a small con today that i was actually pretty excited to go to for some reason and nobody could go with me so i decided i wasnt going and didnt work on my costume for the past 3 days AND NOW LAST MINUTE EVERYONE WANTS TO GO. so im going
not cosplaying though, this is my first con ever that im not cosplaying it, i am just really not in the mood for wigs and contacts and all that. I dont even want to bother with makeup...
and i dont want pictures cus my face broke out.....awesome
unwashed hair, gross face, baggy pants and a t-shirt with maids. all i need is a hat with ears on it. oh wait, i have one. but im not going to wear it because screw hats.
my collar feels like its choking me even though its on its loosest setting ;-;
