Last night I was just sitting at my work desk poking at the head im currently making for  nicnak044 and I took one of the eyes out and looked at it and it just struck me, it was so darn cute (to me) and I suddenly really want to make a zombie cat suit, or at least a head and hands maybe tail.

one eye would just be a black eye socket type thing, just a whole. and then the other maybe blind or black or something. blind might be hard to see out of but well see.
Maybe ripped ears, some scars, a bit of blood
I would want it to be not scary, but cute and a little creepy
I was thinking tabby cat, ill need an airbrush for this project though, so sometime in the future if this still appeals to me I may go ahead and do it :D

Ive been really wanting to try out something different when doing pixel icons,

and if someone could link me a safe and free download for photoshop i could also attempt at a transparent background, or do the shadow,color background like oniongrumps, i find backgrounds like that really nice but how do you feel about that on an icon? would you prefer a solid color or a pattern?


the reason i titled this a wing it is because i dont have any examples and ill be trying out diferent things and seeing what i come up with. It might be fancy looking if i can do that, or not. it might end up being a chibi, regular body, or feral! depending on what I feel I can do with the pixels given but I definitely want to do a full body

I went to a cosplay picnic today at Kariya park (mississauga), it was my first cosplay picnic/little casual cosplay event that wasnt furry related, and I enjoyed it! I keep missing every other event this year but finally i went to one! i went by myself and it was great!

before the event, like right up until the event people have been being negative about it to me, saying things like "it isnt fun unless you are going with friends" cus aparently people dont actualy socialize at this social event?! and my boyfriend was so insistant that NO ONE would even show up! that im going to be let down cus no body is even going to go to a little no name thing like this. how friggen RUDE. who says that?! why bother going?! AUGH.
anyways.

I went, people showed up, apparently it was a WAY bigger turn out than their last picnic event! I brought cupcakes and people liked them, some people brought cookies and pocky and chocolate. I hope to make cookies or cupcakes again next time too, I like to contribute and share, and i love to bake.
There was kereoki, watermellon smashing(and then after that watermellon baseball with the pieces that were still kind of in tact XD WATTERMELLON ALL OVER EVERYONE!) i watched from afar so that i didnt get watermellon all over my costume. there was also a scavenger hunt, but instead of finding things we had to do weird tasks and take pictures or videos of themXD I was put into a group with these 5 asian guys and they were pretty nice and cool so i basically hung out with them for about an hour, we ALMOST won, but we lost the tie breaker game :'C
I also got TONS of aweessoommeee shots with a bunch of diferent photographers, i did like 3 photoshoots today it was awesome all the pictures are just. so. darn. pretty. that park is so perfect for taking pictures in!!! so i HOPE to have some pictures to share with you verryyy sooon over at  iluvsuitss !!
the rest of the time i just walked around aimlessly, handing out cupcakes, talking to people, meeting up with friends a bit, funfun.

There were also 2 weddings and 1 wedding rehearsal happening today! so we were shooed out of the way a few times (they had permits) to make room for the weddings, wich was fine cus its a pretty big park and thankfully everyone (on both sides) was totaly respectfull to each other and nothing bad happened the whoollee time! one of the weddings was a brown wedding, ALL of the ladies were soooo angry (and i can understand why) none of them would smile, they were so mad it was kinda funny. and then all the men were like talking to us and getting pictures with the cosplayers X''D
there was an asian wedding too, they had swords... and the jedi cosplayer went over and sword/light saber battled with them ;u;

Other than that... it rained a bit here and there but not enough to really stop anything from happening or make anyone leave. most of us brought umbrellas anyways.

also my makeupp was so gooood toooddaayyyyy!!! QvQ i did it once i got to the park, and it was just simple makeup, no contacts or eyeshadow(i forgot it) or lashes, and it looked good and actually stayed on all day and i didnt even need to touch it up for the shoots <3 aahhhh why cant it always be like that for cons!?

ive signed up to be in an art book, even though i wont know if ive got a spot in it till october i still think ide like to think about it now and have a plan in case i do get chosen, and even if i dont maybe ill still draw these pictures anyways!
The theme for the book is "color party" so im trying to think of things that would work, there will be 5 pictures asked of me if im chosen

Ive signed up for an artist alley table for frostcon 2015 (on my birthday!) dont know if ive got a spot yet though.
its a small canadian anime con, in toronto i think, though i think its moved so im not exactly sure

so ill be working on things to sell as prints soon, and already am.
Im thinking (if i can) im going to be selling large and small prints, book marks with little dangly things on them, buttons and t-shirts. My uncle owns a printing company so prints and book marks are very doable, but im not sure if he has a button maker there (and i definitely cant afford one) and as for the shirts it would have to depend on how much it would cost me to make them.

for prices im thinking of charging average con prices for things:
large prints $15, 2 for $25
small prints $5
book marks $3-$5 (depending on the cost of materials)
shirts $20
buttons $1-$3

I was also thinking of selling cosplay prints from my shoots as i should have gotten at least 2 professional shoots with 2 different cosplays by then, at maybe $10 each

I had been planning on making a chibi for every character that ive cosplayed thus far, but now that im doing this I should probably do some other more popular characters too.

guess whos completely broke, like in the negative in my bank account :I
I checked my bank account yesterday to see what i could afford to buy for dinner, and as it turn out i could buy a pack of hot dogs. because for some reason in the history paypal was trying to take money out of my bank account, so i was charged with a "insufficiant funs charge fee" of $90 THAT I DIDNT EVEN HAVE. then the bank decided to charge me for other things that im sure are regular monthly fees, so now im $-104 in my account!!

the other day I did a few livestreams to make some money from sketches and payed for something through paypal with the money i made from the sketches
but instead of just doing that paypal screwed me over hard. they tried to take the money from my bank account instead of my paypal, and since the first payment was denied by the reciever I sent it again... and AGAIN it tried to take it from my bank. that payment was successfully sent to the reciever, the money taken by paypal was put back into my bank account and i was charged $90 BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE $60. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE (2 payments of 31 apparently even though i was sending 37 to the person both times)

So i called the bank and they said its paypals fault so i called paypal, i got a really nice lady and spoke to her, i was kinda rude even though she was actually so helpful cus by that point i was just so irritated. She said that it had something to do with the first payment that was denied not being fully recieved by the time i sent it again, and other stuff. she sent a message to my bank explaining that it was an accident and to refund me. She said that I should just wait and see what happens.

so heres the OTHER weird part. BECAUSE paypal was doing crazy things to my bank account my card is locked and I cant use it. I have to go to the bank and get them to unlock it.
AND when i called paypal and put it my number it said "your paypal account balance is $0" so THATS WEIRD because on the site it sayd $31. WHY STOP. I HATE THIS.
The lady said to just wait and see if things fix themselves. thats all i can do.
Does not help that I had to pay my phone a huge lump of around $130 ...that i could hardly afford. and i still owe another $75 for my upcoming phone bill this month.

im thinking of eventually making some molds for parts if i cant manage to find people selling molds for ever part that i want.
so ive got a question about making the mold...
usually you would start by making the thing you want a mold of, out of clay and then make the mold on that. but say ive got a pare of paw pads, or a nose or something and I want to use THAT to make a mold of it, can I? like is it safe for the silicon nose to have a mold made from it? will it ruin the nose? will it stick to the nose and just blend with it? is there something i could put on the nose so that nothing bad happens to it?
has anybody done this before?

this is a really weird topic ... because it feels like something that people shouldn't even have different opinions on...

I feel that furries just shouldn't wear clothes, or rather they shouldn't HAVE to wear clothes, because they ARE animals... they ARE covered in fur. Real animals dont have to wear clothes cus they are covered in fur.. furries... are covered in fur!!
Furries CAN wear clothes though, of course, but its not a necessity, more of an accessory. You dont see Fursuiters wearing clothes OVER their fullsuits! They CAN but they dont HAVE to, cus their wearing fur...

Ive seen artists who put on their price sheets that they will draw "taste full nudity" for an extra charge(or not), referring to furries simply without clothes with nothing bad showing... Thats just... that SHOULD be a given!!

So to those people... fursuiters... ARE NUDE?! i just cant make sense of this @_@
their not ACTUALLY nude but considered nude by those people I guess..because they have just fur and no actual clothing over top of their "skin"

Then there are people who wont have their fursonas drawn without clothes, imagining them as naked then...even though...their not really.... naked....
and just because they dont have clothes on doesnt mean you have to draw all the little details, that can simply be covered by FUR. like it would be.

Ive got no problem with my characters not having clothes on, cus their animals. My main sona I prefer her not to wear clothes, sometimes sure cus its cute but... Shes an animal shes got fur, i dont like the bad bits showing, shes not naked tho... and then there are the artists that would charge extra to not draw clothes... whyyyyyy

Im sure youve seen it or heard about it, but some guy on kickstarter has made i think $1000 so far to make... POTATO SALAD. yes potato salad... for themselves. now i do think its funny, its rediculouse, and its gotten wayyyy out of hand... it was meant to be more of a joke than anything, just them seeing if they could get around the sites rules and they only asked for $10!!!
im jealouse of the money theyv made, but honestly i do think that in this situation that they SHOULD donate the money... because they dont NEED the money, they WANT the money, moneys always helpfull but they werent asking for money in the first place...
which also makes it a little angering (not at the people making the potato salad), that people would give even a dollar to this because its funny but not to someone who actually needs money, for themselves or to start something or to just give that dollar to charity.

On that note, im thinking of making a kickstarter for myself, i was thinking that it would take a lot of time to build up the money to get my fursuit business really running but with this kickstarter thing (especialy seeing as how there are so many people willing to throw away money at nothing) i dont really have to wait.

Hey all! Im holding a design contest for a new sona for myself. its free to enter and you may enter as many times as youd like. make sure to read all the rules below before starting!

I want a new sona, they can be either a husky, a tiger or a mix of the two. They can be male or female, but if their male I prefer a girly boy. No particular bust size but nothing outrageous please!!! I want them to be rainbow themed using bright or pastel colors (purple, pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue), white and maybe black. Im thinking of having them fit the name Taffy. the rainbow colors can be predominant to the design or minimal, up to you. im not sure exactly what im looking for, which is why im holding this contest.
Another reason is that im getting a custom rainbow LED husky tail like this > http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11405989/ (just an example, thats not my tail) as a raffle prize from  abysscrystal and think that it would be cute to make a head for it eventually. but this doesnt mean that your design HAS to have that tail, and it doesnt HAVE to be a husky. In the end I may even pick someones tiger entry and put the design onto a husky body to match my tail, i dont know.

im not sure of the prize i will offer yet, so when you submit your entry also put what you would like to be the prize! (these are just suggestions for the overall prize choice) There will only be one winning design chosen. if i happen to really like 2 of them i may make a second prize spot.
prizes im considering offering: a few colored sketches, lined colored bust, $10 off an orange tiger tail im considering selling(selling for $50), or maybe $15 off a set of hand paws($40) made out of scrap fur i will have soon. but you will pay shipping.

attempt after attempt of reinstalling the drivers, restarting the com, leaving the tablet unplugged. none of that worked.
and then finally we found a not even a minute long video tutorial of how to fix it. no joke, the SIMPLEST thing ever (if you know of it)
it only took a few seconds and didnt even need to restart the com, and now it works!
i wish i knew about that before when my old tablet "died" and i got a new one... it probably just needed to be reset like that... >_>

the desktop is still not working but at least i can use the laptop now!

im also feeling a lot better!!! my surgery was 6 days ago and im recovering now! i can sit up and walk around and move my head! ive stopped bleeding and my swellings going down! and i can breath again : D
i can KIND OF chew, and im still a bit sore all over so i still cant really do any activities or move around too much. and yesterday i started feeling feverish ;_; and the worst part is i finished the bottle of pain pills
ive got a check up on thursday and my stitches should come out sometime this or next week C:
unfortunately im not well enough to get to go to the cosplay picnic this weekend... :'C and i was looking forward to that, since i missed the furry picnic this year too! and i just really want to go to central island, ive never been thereeee! but from wat people say it sounds awesome and i want to see it ;_;

i had surgery yesterday to get my wisdom teeth taken out. all 4.
fell asleep right after only 2 breaths of gass, i was supposed to take 7, i sucked really hard though, i wanted to be sure it would work cus they said it normally only works on young kids.

it was alright yesterday, aside from a bit of neck pain, lots of bleeding, involuntary drooling and not beight able to swallow but needing to take around 18 pills a day.
i kept laughing, smiling and yawning and all of that kept tearing my mouth open again... it hurts.

now today i tore it open again and im back to a moth full of gauze...
i wish i could eat.
last night my entire back started hurting reallly bad, now on top of that my neck also hurts, my chest feels tight, its hard to breath and i cant move. like i need help sitting up, i cant lift myself at all. and moving my legs puts strain on my back and hurts a lot.
im in so much pain right now.

a bit of mouth pain and dissaligned teeth is favorable.

this weekend was the waterfront festival by my house (its over now), its a kinda small, free event (because past years people wouldnt go if they had to pay)
im wondering if next year i should go in suit?
of course there will be tons of kids there so im expecting being tugged on and demanding hugs/pictures of me

but what other kinds of things do you think i should expect doing this? is it a good idea? is it allowed?
i feel like security will stop me, but im not sure, it IS a free event and ide kinda look like an attraction?! so i dont see why it would really be a problem, but what do you think?


the only other thing that makes me wory is my suit will be white XD and there will be cotton candy covered sticky children AND ill be ADORABLE!! XD

computers are just the worssttt, all electronics actuallyyyyyyy!! i hate them alllllll

the other day my tablet for the laptop stops working, aparently something wrong with drivers and stuff and things need to be deleted and downloaded and stuff and i just have no clue, boyfriend is supposed to deal with it but he doesnt
so thats one computer i cant work on
and this computer sucks sooo bad its soooo slooowwww and keeps crashing, overheats and just shuts off!!

so this morning the OTHER computer decides to die again!!! i wake up and turn it on and the screen just starts freaking out! and the light that says the computer is on is just flashig. it did this a couple weeks ago and was dead like that for a week. now its doing it again!

im so sickkk of this TT____TT i need a new computerrrrr!!!!!!

im thinking of getting a custom figure made (and then plenty more if i like the outcome)
I have someone in mind but i of course want to shop around a bit first before i make a decision.
im looking for more of scale figures, like larger not chibi figures, like regular anime figures. and ide want someone who can do an anime style.
