I'm going to be uploading it to Tapastic, since I can schedule pages in advance which is great for a forgetful sod like myself, and it has a comic subscription service to notify whenever it updates.
Out of Time will be updated daily until March 15th, and then it will be released on a weekly basis (Every Wednesday)

Posted 8 years agoIt's Christmas next week, that's snuck up hasn't it?
So I have a lot of time to myself over the holidays so I've started a daily doodle challenge for myself. I thought it would be a good way to keep posting smaller drawings online, that and it's a fair bit of practice ^^
I also have the comic to work on, which I do post up on social media occasionally, I would love to stream it but I have an awful setup for recording traditional inking.
Good news is I'm about a third of the way through the inking process, so it's a decent bet I will have the first part completed by May. I have been thinking about posting the comic online a bit early as I'm still working on it, lets you guys read the thing on a weekly basis that way - Would probably start that once I'm a third of the way through the colours and have a few complete scenes out of the way.
I'd have a bit of a buffer then :)

So I've been uploading a couple of personal pieces lately, as I felt that I needed to make something new for upcoming cons. I have Scotiacon this year and Confuzzled next year and I'll probably make even more arty things between then and now, I should also have my comic done for Confuzzled.
Gonna make that a deadline since I keep putting it off, but the only way I'm gonna improve is to just work on the thing :P
If you guys have any suggestions for animals to feature in prints I'd be happy to hear them.
Other news,
one of my tiels passed away about 2 days ago, taken it pretty hard as I've had her for 12 years (about half of my life). Not sure of her age when I got her but we think she was 13/14 at the very least, her cage mate is taking it pretty hard but we are trying to spoil him to help him through the grief.

We just got back from the con this afternoon. It's been a great weekend and it's always awesome to see some old friends as well as meet some new people.

I've had a lot of asks about custom bandannas/collars so those will be available very soon, as always you can pick your own materials an add an embroidered name for a completely custom look.
I may also include embroidered patches this time around but I'll have to mock up an example for you guys.
Extra stock from my dealer table will also be posted online in the next few days, I have a few stickers left as well as 2 bandannas, a few prints and 2 original illustrations.

Excuse my late holiday wishes, I've been away visiting family over Christmas so I've had no computer access XD
So I'm not going to be taking any new commissions on til the new year, going to have a bit of a break til January and with any luck get a few pages of my comic completed.
I also have a few YCH's lined up for Jan, testing different dynamic poses and themes which should be fun ^^

Posted 10 years agoSo I came back home on Monday evening and as per the norm after conventions I've spent a lot of time sleeping and recovering :P
I'll be back to work on the weekend since I have to clear my office so I have some room to draw lol
so.. about the con..
It was amazing!
So many lovely people I got to see in person and have a drink with, as well as some time to get some suiting done! I've so missed suiting XD
Thank you to everyone who visited my dealers table, it was lovely to see you guys. I was kept entertained for sure lol

Back from the con
Posted 10 years agoWow so it's been a super busy weekend, I attended Alcon (which was my first anime convention) and it was so much fun! I will definitely be going again and I'm so happy I got to meet a lot of new people and even some of you guys!
So big shout out for those who attended, you guys are awesome and thank you for dropping by and saying hi! It really made my weekend <3
I've also had a lot more art posted up on my Twitter/Instagram and Facebook over the last couple of days so if you enjoyed that I'll try and keep posting more work as it's completed, just for you ^^
I shall be updating my Etsy store with a load of new prints over the next day or so, so if you see anything you like then do let me know and I will include them.
