With 2018 now behind I can now say HAPPY NEW YEARS ya filthy animals and a Happy Howlidays to all who been enjoying Festivus over the past month. I hope you all were safe and responsible but most importantly having fun on these past couple of weeks. I personally want to thank you fine folks for watching me and liking some of the stuff I commissioned/posted, I honestly never thought I post anything of interests but than again I'm a very timid shy guy, which leads to two new goals I wanna do in 2019.

A) I want to communicate more - In the past I have been lazy or timid to try and socialize or respond to your messages on FA and telegram, and I hope to change that and become more active in the community because I feel bad for not responding messages that were left weeks to months ago but I do apologize if I dont respond right away or get side-tracked (which is very easy). Also the holidays have been stressful for me for multiple reasos

B) I'm ready for the art grind - With a new setting that I'm place in 2019 I feel refresh ad happier than previous years and been getting a bigger flare to start drawing more, so we see how that goes.

Thats about it for me but if you read how my 2018 year was ill post a summary down below, but anyways everyone BUCKLE UP and get ready for the ride of 2019:



YEAR IN SUMMARY
Boy what a year it has been, starting the year off with a new car and ending the year with a new job. This year has been one hell of a coaster ride filled with happiness and sadness. Some of the best highlights is traveling across the country, for a convention no less for Everfree NW, Midwest Furfest, and Ponyville Ciderfest. I even traveled to a foreign country (Canada) for Anime North and it was amazing meeting my gaming clan for the first time and just overall hanging with them, especially doing a clan war with them in our hotel room.

Speaking of travels always a pleasure traveling with my big bro and some racing buds to Tennessee for the Bristol race and meeting new racing buds, meeting Bobby Allison at Pigeon Forge was a huge bonus, in which by the way the location of Pigeon Forge blew our expectations out the water and we have to visit again. But boy I’m never running that gauntlet again (4 back to back trips) but it was worth it.

Throughout these adventures it was great meeting new friends and meeting up with old friends. It was also fun to take part in fursuit if shenanigans, taking part at the Anthrocon parade for the 1st time, dancing on stage at BronyCon rave was a huge surprise and meeting a variety of well known suitors and such, experiencing a national smash tourney at Super Smash Con.

But most importantly is that I did this all with my friends, you all made this happen and I couldn’t find any better group of guys and gals I rather share these adventures with, especially the road trip, and a fall bonfire. I’m also sorry that I became more of a shut-in towards the end of the year with irl problems and I hope I can be more social again but for now I pretty much covered all the main things that happen and there’s probably more adventures lurking in my head but you guys enjoy the rest of 2018 and get ready for more shenanigans in 2019.

Wow, Its been a while since I done this but this is some news to be shared.

1st off I'll be at MFF this weekend after Thanksgiving and it'll be first time at MFF, so I'm pretty nervous and excited for it and I hope to see you guys there. I am open to hugs and snugs and feel free to chat with me. Also I'll be suiting at times so keep a look out for Indy.

2nd Today is my birthday and with my birthday I have some great news. I've finally got a new job with the National Weather Service that I'll be starting a bit after MFF and I'm pretty excited about that and be able to leave Retail Hell and start having improve moods and life outlooks.

That's about it, so I guess I see you fine folk at MFF :D

Like the title says I was at Bronycon this past weekend (local con for me) and gotta day each year is a blast catching up with old friends and making new ones. I was shocked to see a lot of furries and fursuiters this year compared to previous years so it was a refreshing change of pace. On that note Fursuiters did get a chance to dance on stage during the rave since one of the performers requested us (he was a fursuiter too) so that’s was something new for the con since peeps were never allowed on stage unlike Anthrocon.

Now for the sad news, as much fun as this con was and although it’ll be a 4-day con next year but Bronycon 2019 will be the last Bronycon so I’ll definitely going next year since I’ve been going to this con since it came to my town in 2013 so I’ll be there next year but still ;(

Well technically I've been home since last night but I slept all day today so yeeeeee.

Had a real fun time with  kiranking007 and Im glad he had fun on his first Anthrocon. This is definitely the best AC I ever had (3 total) and was definitely more social and outgoing this time around and look forward to next year, was great meeting old friends, meeting new peeps for the first time and making new friends.

The only downside is that I lost my daddy hat and my fursuit head is still bothering me

Just a lil update journal since well I haven't done one in a while.

1) The past 2 weekends I traveled to Seattle (1st time out in the west coast) for Everfree Northwest and than to Toronto (Anime Borth) in Canada.

2) In Seattle I went out with my brony friends and had a blast there, it was great exploring the local pacific eateries out there and fursuit a bit at the con which I may or may not post photos eventually. But definitely would visit the area again and return to the con pending if I go to BLFC next year.

3) Finally met up with my gaming clan, north of the border eh !?! I was nervous at first but it was a blast meeting online peeps ive been hanging for a few years now and made some memes *cough* Ram Ranch *cough* and it was also great to meet some Canadian furs in there home territory (may post fursuit photos from there too). Although I find it strange for a con to be in 4 different buildings separated by a highway, if its more cost efficient I dont mind. But we'll see if I return to the north again

4) Now that thats taken care of its time rebuild my funds before AnthroCon and hopefully get my fursuit head fixed before than but we shall see.
+ But After AC ill probably hit three more cons for the year: ColossalCon East (Stroudsburg, PA), Ponyville Ciderfest (Milwaukee, WI), and lastly Midwest Furfest (Chicago/Rosemont, IL) to end of this year of cons and hopefully ill have my fullsuit by than :D.

Lastly, 5) I've always been skeptic of posting my Pony OC on here since well Furries and Bronies more or less despide each other for some reason so I tried to keep the two fandoms separate. So I was wondering if you guys dont mind Pony Indy would make an appearance in my art gallery (since furry Indy gets more art/love than pony Indy) if you guys dont mind?

Also an excuse to do a journal since I havent done one in awhile, but yeah I'm gonna drop some fursuit photos that were taken in the past 2-3 months, just because WHY NOT :P

I'm still recovering but yesterday I avoided a really bad car accident. My brakes decided to shit the bed and not work, so I lost control of my car and almost fell off the road with a bunch of tall trees. Luckily I knew defensive driving and used my brake to slide into someones driveway/yard. The people came out to know what happened and they weren't too upset with the minor damage to the yard and helped me get back on the road to get home.

As of right now I has no car until my dad and I can fix the brakes or decide to scrap the car for good (It's 19 years old) but for now I'm using my mom's spare car to get to work but at least I'm alive so that's good I think.

A lil late on this but, I am thankful for surviving on this rock for 25 years (11/20) and thankful for all the wonderful people I met so far in my life that kept me going you guys

Hey guys, I just got back from Furthemore (local furcon down in NoVa) and I had a really amazing time there mainly because ... wait for it....

I got my 1st fursuit / I fursuited for the 1st time (pics to come later) and all I gotta say is that I honestyl fely like my sona, more confident, more brave with the derpiness of irl me. Can't wait to show him off some more at local furmeets and cons in the future but now I must play Mario Kart 8 Deluxe to distract myself from post-con sadness

I forgot to announce this but I've finally joined the Switch generation (on Tuesday) but so far TLOZ: Breath of the Wild, and Fast Racing RMX is all I have for now.

More importantly time to wait for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and eventually Splatoon 2 :D

I've been seeing this fursona meme thing all over the place and figured if I give it a try but before that some news on my sona. For some time now I felt Indy's fur color/pattern has been a bit generic/common and it needed a new color (unless you guys think hes alright the way he is), so at some point in the future I'm gonna add some green in between the blue and white on his fur, but the pattern has some details to work out but i has plenty of time before indy ref 2.0.

• What is the name of your fursona?
Nanaki "Indy" Sparkwolf is da name

• Where did the name of your Fursona come from?
Nanaki came from Red XIII from Final Fantasy VII and Indy was a nickname given to me irl by some Gran Turismo racing buds and my obession with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway

• What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?
He is a wolf-bear(bolf) hybrid or wuffleburr as I say it.
The wolf has been around ever since I watched Balto and Balto 2 and since than its been my favorite animal and not just because of my appetite
The bear shows up alot later with irl friends saying im fluffy and cuddly like a burr so eventually i adopted that species as well and i tend to sleep alot like a burr

• What color is your fursona and why? Hair/fur/eye/ect
The blue and white pattern represents the peaceful, friendly nature that both me and Indy share (green is gonna get in to represent nature and its my favorite color).
The black and red hair represents his rebellious/aggresive nature when we're both threatened)
He has yellow eyes and the tattoo on his chest represents his fascination with weather and lightning the color is just a good blend together, no significance
The slash marks on his arms are more or less yin and yang but there represent the numerous fights we did together

• What is your fursona's personality and how does this compare to your RL personality?
Indy's personality is adventurous, sarcastic, brave, must importantly caring for his friends, family, and anyone who needs it
My personality is just a loveable derp who is really friendly but can be terrifying if pushed to the limit


• What is one item your fursona owns that is significant to you in RL?
His shark tooth necklace that was given to me from a very old friend years ago that i still talk to, that is often use as a good luck charm

• What is one thing you think you would say to your fursona if you could meet?
"So you're Indy huh, you look fuzzier and cuddlier than I thought, mind if I hang with ya? <3"

• What is one thing your fursona would say to you if you could meet?
"No any good places to eat, I'm starving. Oh btw the names Indy but I'm sure you guessed that <3"

• How has your fursona changed over the years?
Originally I was gorilla thanks to Tarzan, than he changed to a Rhino due to nicknames at school, but than a wolf because Balto.
Indy at first had a pure blue tail when I first created him, than i added the white undertail my ref sheet 1.0 (last year), and now hes gonna have some green fur in many areas in the future

• How long have you had this fursona?
Indy's been around for 5-6 years he was created as a way to be more confident with myself and in competitive events

• Would you like to be more like your fursona?
Yes, both physically and mentally but I dont wanna be too bulky though and mentally I want his confidence

MERRY CHRISTMAS

First time doing a legit journal but here I go:

This past weekend was loads of fun filled with games, memes, and shenanigans and more importantly celebrating a friends b-day (Nov. 16th) and my b-day (Nov. 20th) all in one setup. Got to see old college friends, played a smash and mario kart tourney and try out lots of different restaurants and foods, but of course theres always drunk antics and pumpkin pie.

Most importantly I get to spend some time with  carinafox7 which was the best part of the b-day experience but now tomorrow I must return to reality and Maryland.

NEVER LETTING THIS WEEKEND GO and a commission got done YAY
