Okay, so I know it's still November, Thanksgiving hasn't passed, etc. BUT I thought of something last night, and my boyfriend suggested I kinda of try to flesh it out before I decide on doing it, so...

CHRISTMAS COOKIES. I'm not sure if any of you know, but I absolutely love to bake. Last year I didn't get to do cookies, but the year before I literally made hundreds of cookies and sent to work with my family, sent them to family members, and to friends. They loved the heck out of them, but who doesn't love Christmas cookies? So the thought crossed my mind that maybeeeeee you lovely furs would also like some cookies.

I have to go actually PRICE things, but I'm looking into the idea of getting some cute Christmas tins, and shipping in flat rate boxes. You'd pay for shipping and then a small fee for cookies. Ideally I'm hoping between 10-15 per tin of cookies, but if I get enough people to sign up ahead of time, the price could definitely go down! And don't worry, you get a lot of cookies, haha.

I'll post pictures soon of the cookies I made last time, but I really want to know - would you be interested? Do you have ideas about this? Give me any sort of feedback you can think of! I want to hear from you. c:

As for updates, I got home early yesterday morning, went to sleep, and didn't wake up until this morning. Oops! Just got internet back, as well, so I should be able to work on commissions tonight. c:

Halloween.. was less than satisfying. I passed out candy, made dinner.. and then sat here drawing. I was supposed to have plans - go bar hopping with a friend and stuff. But she ended up going to a party with her boyfriend.

So I sat here. Blah, but that's just petty nonsense that I'll get over.

I'm actually incredibly upset about several things, including leaving tomorrow. I didn't get to see my dad, I didn't get to see a few of my friends, I didn't get to finish all the things my grandma wanted my help with.. I only saw my nieces and nephews twice. I've been here for three and a half weeks and somehow it's not enough. Tomorrow I get to drive 12 hours to get back to my boring, depressing life of sitting at home all the time in the middle of nowhere. Yay.

I'll work on the rest of your commissions Sunday, sorry to everyone waiting. Thanks for all your help this month, even if I am upset to be leaving, I'm still really glad I got to come.

Sorry everyone for the wait! I'm a busy bee this month.

First off, everyone on my commission queue - I am so sorry for the wait and you will definitely have your stuff done before Halloween, I promise!

I'll be going home on the 1st of November, but right now I'm trying to figure out a couple of things - I need about $60 to go see my dad while I'm here if I want to do that (which I definitely do!), as well as the $100 to get BACK to Illinois. I'll be trying to finish my queue starting Sunday (I'm working on it in my downtime!) and will hopefully have stuff posted this coming week. c: Thankfully 3/5 commissions are already sketched, so things should be fairly quick from there!

I received in the mail my lovely tail and ear set from  abysscrystal a couple days ago, and grabbed a sweater to go with it. I'll be dressing as Mareep for Halloween, I'm incredibly excited! My tail lights up! Yay! I'll take pictures of that probably tomorrow since I have a party to go to. y

Do you sit and go through google images and get sick of seeing the same things over and over, trying to find a better angle? Because I can tell you I am sick of seeing cocks.

Okayyyyyyy! It's been crazy since I got here. It was hella depressing at first, but then I got to spend some time with people I haven't seen in a LONG time. I got to see my nieces and nephews, we carved pumpkins, had dinner, normal family stuff.

I've been staying with my 84 year old, blind grandma since I got here, and boy has she had a lot for me to do. Every day I've gotten up, gone upstairs to have breakfast (I'm staying in the basement), and then given a list of things she needs done. From shopping, to cleaning, to decorating her house, I've had my hands full. By the time I'm done, I just want to sleep.

SO I've gone to my mom's house for the weekend it seems, and I'm definitely gonna get some work done while I'm here. No promises on getting everyone's stuff finished, but I will totally try because I'd like to be able to take on some more commissions and post some more YCH stuff!

Funeral was yesterday. I'm just going to say that it should have been closed casket.

My debit card got declined though... I guess one of the times I grabbed gas didn't go through until last night. I'm now in the negative on PayPal freaking out. So if you want a commission from me PLEASE send a note or comment here asap.

But the DMV isn't even open tomorrow or Monday. They closed at noon today. FML.

I saw a GoFundMe they're doing for his funeral, and it looks like they're about half way to their goal. If you'd like a link to donate, note me and I'll send it to you. I don't wanna publicize that.

Friend of mine has been keeping in close contact with his family and girlfriend, giving me updates as she gets info. I guess they haven't released him to the family yet, but they're pushing for Tuesday or Wednesday for the funeral, so I should have through the weekend to try and make money.

Please please please, if you can, share my journal. I need all the help I can get. I'm doing everything I can think of to generate money, and I've had some wonderful people help me out, but I'm still only about half way there.

So today I woke up still bummed, but I wanted to have a good day. I went with my boyfriend to his doctor's apppointment, went to Kmart to grab his prescriptions and wandered around looking at Halloween stuff and toys. Mundane, but still a bit fun. We went and grabbed some food, and then went to the dollar store to look around at more Halloween stuff. While I was at the dollar store, a friend texted me a link to a news article.

Apparently, two other people died within seven hours of each other, as well as my friend, all from overdose. I thought it was xanax or something, but it turns out it was heroin, and now they're investigating to see if the heroin had something in it because all those people died so close together and around the same time from the same thing. To make matters worse, the article mentioned he'd just been in the hospital to be treated for an overdose.

I cried the rest of the way home, and I'm just really upset now. I still don't know when the funeral is, they're still making arrangements.. but I feel so helpless and hopeless. I know people have been kind, and I am SO thankful for that.. but I just feel like this is impossible, and it's tearing me up inside. I want to be there so badly.. for him and for the rest of my grieving friends.

A friend of mine from back home apparently died tonight. I'm not sure when his funeral will be, but it'll obviously be in the next couple of days.

I know it's a lot to ask, and I know it's all at once, but I'll need a little over $400 to get there and back. I'm free for commissions now, and I would be happy to do ANY subject matter you want at this point. I'm just really torn up and I know I'll feel absolutely awful if I can't go.

Huzzah! I'm finally done with all this spring stuff.. really, really late! Hurhur. I am so sorry about the wait everyone, but I will NOT be taking on that much work at once ever again. Today is my four year anniversary with my fiance.

We met online when I was sixteen, and when I was eighteen I moved in with him because I needed a place to stay. Four years later and we still live together. We fight, but who doesn't? We've had our ups and our downs, our ins and outs, but after all this time I still love him to death.

We've been through a lot together, and at the end of the day, he's the person I want to be next to when I fall asleep. Thank you for being there for me, Cole. I love you. c:
