First of all, sorry for the disappearance! Lost my internet for about two weeks there, it was a pretty awful experience. Just got it back tonight. Unfortunately, I was only able to work on SOME pieces because I'm a dummy who didn't save ref sheets, whoops. If I owe you something, please rest assured, I'm trying to my best to get it done! My life is a little hectic right now, not knowing where things I need are going to come from and the like.

Second, I'm hoping to have everything off my plate by October 1st. That being said, I'm going to be taking reservations for Halloween pictures, and there's a chance I might do a collab or two with  candycorpse as well. I'll be taking ten slots total, five for each type of commission.

The first type is a Halloween pinup - you give me a costume ref, character ref, and a pose, and you'll get a full-body, fully shaded Halloween piece in a pinup style. Although I prefer to draw females, this is not limited by gender, so feel free no matter what your preferences.

The second type is a zombified piece - your character turned zombie. Again, full-body, full shade. Not limited by gender/species either!

Each piece will also come with a simple animated icon (I'm going to be doing Halloween icons, basically a strem of candy flowing into your mouth!) included in the cost, and you will be the first ones to get these icons! All Halloween commissions will be first come, first served, and all will be completed by October 30th. Each slot is $40, and does not need to be paid until September 30th/October 1st. Please, if you won't be able to pay by then, either contact me via pm, or don't take a slot!

As far as free art goes, if all slots are filled, I will be doing a raffle-type thing with two winners - one will receive one of the Halloween icons, and the other will receive a simple Halloween piece of your character in costume. I just set up a Patreon account. I'm hoping it will help ease my stress and let me work on things without constantly worrying about when the next time I'll be able to afford things is.

If I can manage to even get a couple of patrons, I think it'll help me to just push through everything, and be able to offer free art like I'd love to do. It makes me sad to know that so many people like my art, but can't afford to get any. I wish I didn't have to charge for everything, but I'm always struggling to make ends meet.

I'm beginning to develop anxiety issues dealing with people. I've always been a pretty sociable person, I love(d) going to crowded places, being surrounded by people, and just making new friends. Recently, I've started to have a lot of issues dealing with people in general, and I don't leave the house much at all. It really affects my day to day life, and keeps me tied down in a sense. I can see the changes, and it just makes me spiral into a horrible depression, which keeps me from working on art, and is starting to manifest physically. I've been ill a lot lately, and I sleep constantly. It takes a lot for me to feel like getting out of bed, and when I do I just go to the couch and sit. I don't even cook often anymore, and it used to be one of my favorite activities. It helped me decompress, and just feel better about myself, but now I just get anxious and worried when I think about cooking. It's more like a chore than a hobby, and I hate it. Which, of course, makes me hate myself. It really doesn't help that the financial situation I'm in doesn't allow me to leave the house except for things like groceries and doctor's appointments. My car needs a new batter, tags, and insurance. Right now it's basically a pile of metal sitting in my driveway. I'd like to look into therapy, and try to work on my issues, but I've got to get things sorted before I can even try.

Sorry for the pity party, but I feel like you guys deserve to know why I'm having so many issues and delays and such.

There are a couple art programs in there, including a 3D rendering one. They're supposed to be pretty user friendly, and it's over $600 worth of software for $19.99! I got the last bundle they did, I won't be buying this one due to money problems, but I figured I'd share with my watchers and let you all know about the opportunity. My boyfriend's mom has had it going on three weeks now. Boyfriend has had it almost a week, and I just started like two days ago.

This is stupidly awful. I don't want to be coughing like that. I just started coughing today. I also can't stop sneezing. She's been waking up coughing.. I don't want it to get that bad, man. This is gonna suuuuuck.

Saw the dentist today - was going to get one of my wisdom teeth pulled as an "emergency extraction" since that's all the medical card covers, and the tooth is completely sideways so it requires oral surgery.

Had him look at the OTHER tooth, that broke a few days ago - I can't get a filling or a crown or whatever. It needs a root canal. I cannot afford something like that... and then there's the chance the nerve will just grow back? Fuck. My. Life.

So I was working in SAI earlier, trying to get rid of this nasty art block so I can finish all these Spring Starlight Ball pictures... and it crashed. Just randomly crashed, and said the error was my tablet.

So I tried to go back in and recover, and it didn't work. And I LOST saved progress. So uh... now I'm missing some progress I'd made on that piece, and a few others. And I'm raging so hard I don't even want to open SAI again. -.-;

I'm looking for Tamagotchis - preferably the old ones, and I totally wouldn't mind if they're broken because that'd be better for what I want them for anyway. xD

Siiiince money is tight, and I'm booked solid art-wise with the Spring Starlight Ball, I'm just putting up this reminder of things I have already made for sale.

Remember how I said I thought I had that covered? Weeeeell.. guess what? The payments I was expecting haven't arrived, and I've got until the 6th to pay my bill.

Okay, so I've been thinking for awhile about doing a big project type thing, and I've finally decided what I'd like to do!

I will be selling tickets (slots) for the Spring Starlight Ball - a fancy, formal event that I made up because I felt like it. c: If you purchase a ticket, you will receive a number of pieces of art from myself of your character at the ball! How many depends on what tier of ticket you purchase!

Bronze (general admission) tickets will be $20 and will guarantee your character to be in at least 3 pieces! Silver (vip) tickets will be $30 and will guarantee your character to be in at least 4 pieces, one of which will be a solo piece (or couple if you choose to have a date!) and you get to choose the theme/pose of said piece. Gold (honored guests) will be $40, will guarantee your character in at least 6 pieces, including a solo/couple like silver tier, and one picture with the princess of the ball!

Tickets will be available from now until 4/25/14! If you intend to go as a couple, please let me know when you purchase your tickets! As a side note - if you're only paying for one ticket, only silver/gold members may attend as a couple and only 1 picture is guaranteed to have both of you!

All species and genders are welcome to the ball, there is no discrimination! c:

You will be expected to pay for half of your ticket when you reserve it, and the rest on 4/25! You're welcome to pay for the whole thing upfront if you'd like! Payment can be sent to isto.payments@gmail.com.

BONUS: Want to go to the ball, but you can't afford a ticket? Give a signal boost - if it results in someone purchasing a ticket, you will be granted a "Cinderella" ticket! FAQ
If I buy a gold/silver ticket, can I have a date?
In the solo picture, you may choose to be by yourself or with a date. If your date has not purchased a ticket, they will ONLY be in that picture.

If I have a gold/silver ticket can my date have a silver/bronze ticket?
Yes, just know that whoever has the lower tier ticket will only be in as many pieces as the ticket allows (i.e. you have gold and your date has silver, you get 6 pictures but only 4 have your date in them).

When can I send payment?
Half of your payment is expected when you reserve your ticket, the other half is to be paid between the date of reservation and April 25th (i.e. you buy your ticket March 20th, you pay half then, half by April 25th). If you need a different payment plan, send me a note and we'll discuss it! I'm flexible!

When do you need my reference?
Ref sheets will be collected near the end of the purchasing period - somewhere close to April 25th, and I WILL send everyone a note asking for them!

When will we get the pictures?
This is really dependent on how many people buy tickets. The more people, the more pictures I'll have to draw. I'd like to release them all at the same time, so I won't be posting them as they're finished. I have closed my commissions, so when the event starts, all my free time will be dedicated to this project! Please be patient, it may take a bit of time for so many pieces to be finished.

Who is the princess of the ball?
I don't know yet! I've been considering Mocha/Mako as the princess/prince but I have no idea yet. If you yourself are interested in being the princess, feel free to send me a note! I may be willing to give the spot to someone else for the right price.
