Wait, that's Grandma’s Facial Massager..

So yeah, don’t worry I am not about to recite a long ass boring ‘The ballad of Sad Sack Sharkface’ story here. I am however gonna tell you that Jan 2022 started great, ready and roaring to do a collaboration project.. Then the roof fell in on it. Literally.
My apartment buildings roof got damaged from a freakish 4-day snow storm and my apartment (I live on the top floor) got water damage. Water was pouring out of electrical sockets, and the ceiling. For 3 days. Blah, blah blah... Lame building management. More Blah, blah, blah.. Roofers not showing up.. etc. It goes on and on. Even today my ceiling is still not fixed.
So for a few months my place was a disaster, my solution was to spend as much time as I could away from my place.
Translation: I was partying in Vancouver most weekends.
Anyways, I am back to my usual routine now and I have been starting to get back to older projects and stuff.
SO WHAT ABOUT THAT TITLE? Click Bait? No.
Earlier in this year as I was emptying out my closets due to water damage.. I found a box that I forgotten about. It was something I inherited from my Grandmother. Opening it up, it was a crazy complete Facial Massager set (1960s or 1970s era shit).
Imagine a Mr. Potato head, with every accessory ever made for it and the Potato Head family.. That is what this Facial Massager box was like. It went from the normal looking, to lewd looking, to the crazy torture device looking. All these plugin accessories molded in glorious bright red, not quite rubber but strangely shiney plastic.
So yeah I plugged it in and it buzzed to life..

Greetings Friends! Well its that wonderful time again.. time to shower, do your hair, nails and all sorts of cleanup work on your body to make yourself presentable for family get togethers. Hope your all doing well, have a roof over your head and food in your fridge.
It’s been a rough year for some but its nearly over, and I am looking forward to just puttering around the next few days and get some serious gaming time in. Sorry I been practically unreachable the past few weeks online. I have been oddly busy in RL for December.
Anyhow this is just a disco note saying that I wish you all the best for the holidays!
Oh I want to thank everyone for all the faves and kind words! I will get around to replying to comments in a day or so... I am lounging around now and looking at staying that way for the next day or so. Booze, bathrobes and party foods are in my immediate future! Peace!

Hey Y’all it’s me, myself and I.
I am good, fine and definitely not dead. But I have been pretty busy up here in the Canadian version of the Real Life™ (lock-downs and Covid aside). So you may wonder just what kept me so busy that I ignored my virtual life? Well partner, in the beginning it was the heat waves and a major forest fire that smoked out my city and made it impossible to sit near a heat generating gaming computer for more than 5 minutes. Then there was a security issue; My router’s wifi got hacked, and I had some interlopers sneak on to my private network. Now these were people from my building.. one of them on finding a cache of raw sharky pictures (on a media drive) decided to even be so bold as to change the name of their phone to certain sharky name to celebrate this achievement. It took me a while to realize this.. and made me shut down my network to do some serious damage control. After that I started to spend more and more time ‘unconnected’. It also forced me to interact with humans in meat space. And it was for the better I think. I been even doing the pen and paper RPG gaming thing in person (not online), going to more parties and other such social nonsense.
SO that brings me back to here. I am online more now and starting to do stuff again. I have noticed that I should do more brighter and colorful images.. I love shadows and spot lighting but it seems too .. er, I mean.. maybe the dark tones are more a reflection of some depressive mood I am in or something. So I will make an effort to do more cheery brighter work for the next while (although... no promises lol). However I tend to use darker more shadowed pieces to express a type of personal intimacy for the observer. But it also comes down to my media of choice. I have a history of exposure film photography, and my computer rendered work reflects that. I am not trying to make computer renders look like tradition art, or make photo-manipulate composite art. Granted there are a few pieces of mine that cross these boundaries but they are the exception to the rule. So you will find most of my work follows the rules and even limitations of exposure film. And to be clear, I am not knocking anyone who does the other styles of rendering, I love that stuff too.
Ugh I am blabbering again. ANYWAY, I hope you all been doing good and are surviving the most lame, boring and whiny apocalypse the world as seen. Stiff upper lip and all that stuff.
And once again I want to thank all the people that decided to follow me and liked my pictures in my absence. And yes.. I know I have requests to do yet. Remember my flakey nature.. And this was the first time in a long time I did nothing for Shark Week or Halloween. Trust me I was doing stuff tor them in Real Life™.. sorry I never got to virtually reflect for you.

It’s 2021, and in my part of ‘Planet Dirt’ covid measure are still in full swing. It means Valentines day feels more like just another lingering ghost of 2020. So other than partying online.. its kind of hard to make this day stand out from all the others.
So to separate it from the rest I am doing a few of things:
1. Being naked all day (no one is coming over that I know of except maybe pizza dude)
2. Minimum of 3 hours of Anime or Cartoons
3. Booze
4. Bubble Bath
5. Required outrageous acts of the perverted kind in SL (at some point today)
Hmm that’s all I can think of at the moment.. So yeah that’s about it for me. Hope you all find something or someone to do on Valentines day!

(And I got tested for everything I could think of). So its better than what I thought it might be, that alone reduces some stress, let me tell you..

So its easy to sit here at my computer and shit on about how crappy 2020 was. I don't need to point out the obvious for people. Instead I was thinking (for me personally) I would like to focus on the positive things that could happen in 2021. And of course just thinking about it is lame... I need to plan on making it a good year.
So out with the "2021 New Years Resolutions" and in with the "2021 Bucket List". Between my drunken states this new years day and weekend I plan on jotting down some cool things I want to do to make 2021 a fun year for me. Lockdown or no Lockdown. It's not about being irresponsible either, its about being responsible for your own happiness.

So here is my schedule as I think it will go down.
August 3 – 7 I plan on doing some Shark Week pics, not to many but there will be 'space shark' week pictures.
August 9 – 16 (the Discovery Channels Shark Week) I plan on doing some more normal style sharky week pictures, most likely more adult in nature.
Instead of doing pictures everyday I will just scatter them about and take it easy. I plan on enjoying more of the crazy partying on SL this year and less of the working aspect. I call this my S.L.U.T. mode (Super Lazy Unfocused Time). I need more SLUT haha
The Church of the SubGenius has their moment of SLACK...

2020 is 20/20 hindsight

Its... Eerie out there..
The Disease: CoVid-19 (full name: CoronaVirus Disease 2019)
The Virus that causes it: SARS-CoV-2 (full name: Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome CoronaVirus 2)
Ugh. My RL quarantine ends on next Thursday. I do not have the virus but my exposure to someone who was at high risk (I had coffee with her) put me in the same category. She did not know until the next day when she got her quarantine order via letter. So yeah, even if that were not the case the little community I inhabit on my side of the homeworld has shut down. SO needless to say I been pumping out more images lol. I think no one wants to hear me whine about my personal issues so instead I want to thank people who have been and still are soooOOOoo amazing! (gawd that sentence is a mess I but I am just dictating here not writing a novel)
First I want to thank everyone for faving my work. It means a lot to me. Even though I no longer thank people individually for faving/liking my work I want you to know personally right off the bat.. I love you greatly for it!!
Second I want to thank everyone that watches my little corner of FA. I may not be a steady or most reliable poster.. (in fact I am pretty bad at it) but I am really happy with the number of people that watch me and shout out at me once and awhile! Your like a mixed bag of oddball friends and I love you all! Thank you again!
Thirdly (and my no means last) I want to thank all my supporters in and outside of Second Life. People who been gifting me money (inside of SL), games (on Steam etc..) and through other means. For example one amazing personal friend in SL has been letting me use hir property for all sorts of crazy builds, photo sets and other such shenanigans for years now.. without making me pay hir for all the crazy prim count I cause (prim count or land impact is like a server cost for have items and object inworld). Of course I also mentioned money I have a few, more or less sponsors.. individuals that once and a while shoot L$ my way so I can pay for the mesh import fees and texture import fees to the Second Life asset server. It all enables me to created detailed sets, custom clothing and whatever else I need to produce the strange and sometimes wonderful images you see on my profile here. Then there is the stuff I get on Steam and what not. That is great, it helps me to play games I normally couldn't play and gives me odd inspirations. I find games these day more like a catalyst for my creativity. At one time it was movies or TV shows but it seems honestly that creativity is a thing of the past in Hollywood (my personal opinion.. maybe I am just in rut on my personal choices in the movies I watch..).
Now this list does not included my personal friends who chat with me from day to day. Or once a week to make sure my fins aren't drooping. Besides most of them are in these 3 categories anyways. I love them and they know it.
OH, OH, also for all the people who comment on my work! I love you guys (and girls.. you know what I mean). Its always fun to hear from you! Even if I don't comment right away.. or it takes me a few days. I still love to hear from you!
Well that's about it for this disco note. Everyone stay safe, enjoy this personal time with yourselves (wink wink). Try and stay positive mentally, play games, experiment, sing in the shower. On my side of the homeworld there is no real snow fall yet but it's only a matter of time. But its totally underwear and Hockey sock time indoors. Boy or a Girl.. if you never wore hockey socks.. you should totally try it. Nothing like sliding around wearing them. Anyways if I could, you know I would invite you all for a massive holiday sleep over!

SHARK WEEK 2018, That's a wrap!

Wiggles hips, shakes bum and swings tail about!
I love shark week, but I am glad its over. It's like Halloween, Valentines Day and Christmas all rolled into one.. FOR 7 DAYS. So many teeth, fins and tail slaps.. Started driving me crazy.
I want to thank people for all the visits I had at my SL home and boat between shoots from my friends (and random people). Haha and the sex! Such a bad week to be virtuous, everything even the cheese smells like cu.. never mind. Needless to say some Shark Week extras (images) might show up over the next few days pending permissions to release.
Also I noticed (only today) that my steam has been down. It had a update on my computer, then later updated again!? But the second time it failed and just never started again. I didn't notice until today when I tried to play a game that it was absent and then failed to load. So sorry for all the people depending on Steam to contact me for stuff on the last half of Shark Week. :/
I think I got the Steam thing fixed now. So thank you all again for the faves! Some of these images will appear in high resolution on DA over the week.
To my friends and followers cheers! (even you, mystery person who keeps drawing boobs on my chalkboard at my SL home.. I will catch you at some point..)

So I am in need of some advice. I am looking for decent video editing software for windows. One that can crop and add mutli track sound channels beside all the usual transitions and text/effects layering. Hopefully without a huge price tag... hmm and that supports exporting to multiple file formats.
Anyone know of such a beast? This sharky would be very grateful for your advice!!

Thank for all the new faves and watches. Lots of odd things in the works for me. Still have no idea what project I want to tackle this year. I can be flakey.. but you all know I am a frosted flake The best kind :P

All moved, ordering a new computer (my temp will due till then) and back ONLINE!
Sorry for the delay and stuff, RL been a bitch but its all good now. New Apartment (well for me), New Car (yup super-duper shark mobile) and soon to get new computer! Thank you all for puttin' up with my absence and on again/off again garbage.
So blanket thank you for all the favs and stuff in the past month. I will try and thank all the new ones and such... but if I missed you sorry its just me trying to catch up.

Once the conditions are lifted and my deposit is in, I will be able to spend $$$ on a new computer and be back on full-time-ish.
I am quite happy about it!

Posted 8 years agoSo ok it seems like all my Journal entries are "Back in action", "I'm back" kind of crap.
Well my fixed computer didn't last too long. When it died a few months back (again) it did so in a grand fashion. I took out all my attached peripherals with it. Including the Hard Drive(s). 2 days prior to this I also lost my phone (ok I smashed it in a fit of shark rage after talking to my second lawyer). So I had been kind of offline in a big way. On a borrowed machine that I could not install my graphic programs or SL on. But I could play some of the games that were previously installed on. But the borrowed PC had no space for anything new.
ANYWAYS,
A bunch of RL crap that's been dogging me for about 3 years finally got settled. I can move and leave this tiny rental apartment and finally get my own place and stuff. So long story short; give me about a month or 6 weeks and I will be back for good.
THANK YOU ALL FOR HANGING IN THERE! And all the faves, watches and comments. Hope you are all safe! Shit has been crazy everywhere!

Anyways enough shouting. Yeah ok like whatever, my BIOS in my computer was at fault.. it's method of dealing with memory management for card memory sucks apparently. It only became a issue when some programs started to really use all that wonderful memory on my graphics card in new and creative ways. It took a while to get it fixed mainly because I had no money to throw at it and had no idea. But all is good now, I done a couple of 'Stress Tests'... and my machine seems to run better than it ever did in the past.
SO, that aside.

And yet again clean slate time; Blanket shout-out to all the favs and stuff I gotten while I had no computer. Watches I will thank you personally.

My computer has been crappin' out on me. SL is currently off limits. So it maybe a while since anything new crops up here until I get a new computer system. Not sure how long it will take to budget one in. After a month or so of trying to fix it.. its just gonna need a replacement.
