I'm gonna be on an art break. I found out some pretty bad news that has me in a wreck. I really am sorry that I haven't been able to keep things consistent...

I got some heartbreaking news recently and it's put me in a really bad funk. Doesn't help that seasonal depression is adding to that. So I think I just need a week to myself where I can just process this. It won't be good for me to bottle it up or ignore it.

As the temperatures outside grow higher, my mood simultaneously lowers.. That means my art output craters too.. I hate this and I hate summer TvT

Currently reworking my price structure a little bit to remove the things no one buys and add some things that might be a bit more affordable for some people out there. Mostly wanting to add an Icon option for like 20 bucks or so

Hey there! So I'm slowly trying to get back in the swing of creative stuff. Mostly just chipping away at some ideas and what not for character designs and hopefully getting a backlog of drawings I can share whenever I get a Patreon up and running. I can't really offer much on that platform other than seeing art early and maybe a sketch request for a higher tier but that's all I can think of since I don't wanna gate my server behind a paywall. I just need a more reliable source of income right now and a job is just not possible to get here in the US. So I'm looking to my art for potential options and a Patreon feels like the most fair and doable one I can do. Here's to hoping I can get the ball rolling there!

And now Halloween month is here... Gotta really lock in if I wanna get the comic ready in time for Halloween. It's not gonna be kink related in any way though, just to warn you. I'm trying not to burn myself out on that kind of thing

The more I think about starting Thunderbird! I realize that I just don't have nearly as much drive to start that as my main fantasy world, The Luna Isles. I have such a better idea for it and so much more passion to start it. Why waste my time on something I'm not as passionate about when I can just start my main project? This does not mean Thunderbird! is fully canceled as a series. I'll be starting that as a side project down the line whenever The Luna Isles gets too tiring or stale to work on. I'm really sorry, but even if not as many people in my current audience are interested in it, I cannot let myself keep pushing something I'm so passionate about aside for another few years! I'll obviously keep doing the Swallouti and Thunderbird! doodles on the side, but The Luna Isles is going to be top priority to me.

My mental health has been on a steep decline as of late. I feel good about how my art looks, but I kinda die inside when I realize how much I've slowed down when the quality hasn't gone up, and it's a mix of infuriating and pride whenever someone talks about my art being underrated. Makes me feel like I just can't get a foothold on my art career due to luck more than anything if people think I'm a professional level artist already yet I just can't breakthrough the barrier XvX

I'm going on a break for who knows how long. One of our cats passed away due to cancer. It's always fucking cancer...

So I got two main things going on right now. Currently redesigning a very old oc that is near and dear to my heart, and I am getting ready to start making Thunderbird an actual comic series. I'm in the sketching phase of the first page. It's a pretty big task, but I'm certain it'll be worth it once I get the ball rolling!

Slowly getting back into the groove for drawing. I do need to figure out a better workflow so I don't get distracted easily! Sure, I do things kinda fast for most artists, but it could be faster, which would allow more time for me to do fun detail stuff. I'll figure it out

Everything should be up now! So now any future art I post will be new :>

Almost done getting my backlog up. Just gotta get all my Swallouti art up and I can get my profile set up And call it a day ^v^

I got through pretty much everything but my art for The Luna Isles and Swallouti, I'll get those up here tomorrow. My eye is KILLING me from all the staring at the screen I was doing XvX;
