so, artblock has turned into an art lockup. I've completely locked up on drawing. been trying every day and I didn't realise how much I needed the distraction of movies, music,games, or the company of people in my stream to work. with abruptly nothing to vege out on in my off time when I can't draw. I can't draw period. I have no patience and my ocd is kicked into overdrive. I'm overthinking and over working what id managed to sketch and everything else I'm drawing like a 2 yo.

I want to throw my gd computer I'm so frustraited. here I am with literally all the time in the world and I can't even force my mediocre art to try and get through this. I'm still trying and will keep trying but until it hits me I'm going dark. please don't send reminders right now. I haven't forgotten anyone I'm going down the list as I go as I manage to draw anything. but I'm down to getting one thing done ever few days rather than couple hours. its rough. need some patience right now. anything else is gonna add due stress and ill be functioning worse than I already am.

sorry I have a broken ass brain. I'll get through this, I always do, but I'm not an artist that can draw on command either. still trying to learn that secret. if you know how please share that secret with me. its not as easy as just doing the work for me. I've been trying that and it dont work my art worsens considerbly. what do people do to draw in situations like this? I don't know. I've never been so without anything in my life. I can't do much, no videos, and minimal pictures, basically I can look at my refs for work from my phone and that's it... bitch bitch rant. there's nothing to do! and we don't have money to go out and sit in a place that has nets, also could you imagine me trying to draw furry porn in a public place?..... haaah....

anyways, I need something to help keep my mind stimulated to keep the motivation to truck through my work log, the only thing i can think of is chatting. so I figure why not give this a try.

I had left the file I was working on with the last couple commissions i was doing from my last stream up. To keep reminding myself to work on it, But my computer bluescreened and took that file with it. So i lost about 14 hours of work ._. I won't let this happen in the future but the result devestated me a bit. I got mad and went on a rampage cleaning my house, So sorry I haven't been around.

Okay, SO here's the plan, I'm putting this up for more of a reminder to myself but also for others.

I've found what i need to make every month and set up a work schedule in which to be able to make that up while getting the backlog done.

So starting next month, at the beginning of the month i'll be streaming for the first week, During the stream i'll offer sketch commissions $25 or $40 flats per character. In which i'll get done during the stream or the next day and get them out of the way to make the bearable income for each month. Get paid at the first of the month? x3 taming speed, x3 harvest speed, Faster egg laying, Faster egg hatching, faster baby dino growth, and shorter mating intervals. Cus lets face it i'm a whore for breeding dinos.

Max difficulty (higher levle dinos)

pvpve (meaning pvp is active but not encouraged, however be a dick and expect repercussions :) )

Better beacons mod (better drops), still looking into more mods, nothing that'll effect your buildings or dinos.

Gigantos are turned OFF, replaces with alpha rex spawns. If you and your tribe wish to tame or kill a giganto you can contact me to spawn you one, However if attempts fail, the giganto will be deleted. I do not like them wandering the map at large.

I'm open to suggestions to make the ark a cool place! just message me :)

I don't plan to invite just anyone into my tribe however, I want you to bring your own friends and build a fresh start of your own!

Also I'm backing the server up regularly, in case of hacking or cheating. If something is done clearly with exploitation I will revert the server back to a backed up state.

Hey, sorry for the sudden hiatus. After my friend left this last weekend we all got pretty sick. So I spent the last couple days getting better and vegging out. Planing to get back to work today.

Just for some clarity about my gallery as I missed some explanations that came to mind latter. Specially when some one asked me about why their piece was suddenly missing.

I don't give people work I think is 'bad', Or try not to, Even when it ends up hurting me and my time and my schedule. I have a huge problem with this actually. I cannot stop until I think the work is 'good enough' to give to some one. Which more often than not has me spending hours longer on things that are supposed to come out in 15-30 mins or within an hour, taking me upwards to 1-3 hours to do each time. This is a HUGE setback for me and why I still can't manage to get everything done like I would like.

However I NEVER want to have a problem with people being unhappy with what I give them, and this usually outweighs my desire just to throw in the towel and call it when I've spent too much time tweaking on something as small as a sketch.

My OCD is a fucked thing when it comes to my art and oh does it ever take the piss out of me. Why I'm always asking people to be patient with me. Sometimes I've just had to deal with shit 'as is' and I cannot stand to look at it and it demotivates the hell out of me.

So sometimes I've drawn things that were 'easy' to do. Not bad, but easier more simplistic and poses i knew how to do quickly, So I can push through and get by. It's not 'bad' but it most certainly holds me up. I want to look at the things I learned on and got better on so I can push myself past this shithumphill that i'm stuck on.

Currently my mind is ahead of my skill and its driving me crazy trying to push passed it, and do the stuff I want to be doing in a reasonable amount of time. That's all. Having a cleaner gallery helps with that.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Bare with me while I try and sort my shit out, this is an interesting part of my life and right now i'm hoping to devour myself in the art that I live for, and nothing else.

so five months ago I said i'd be going through my gallery and removing a bunch of stuff. It's done, I've completed it finally, It was a pain in the ass to do as FA's system is not very good for mass deleting, most times if I selected more than 3 subs it would time out/crash and i'd have to re select them over again or re pluck the ones that had been missed. most deletions would take up to 5 mins and i spent a lot of time watching the page loading wheel. So I could only handle it in bouts.

Don't be alarmed, I've merely removed things that just didn't compliment the gallery well and I wanted more than anything for the gallery to show my progression and less of my stagnation. It is much smaller and much cleaner and more motivating for me to look at now. I will strive from here to fill it with progression.

From here on out though, I do not plan to post everything I make, only my higher quality work or the few sketches I do that i think come out particularly good and show what I feel is progress. Please don't take offence, like this is personal, I feel like posting all the sketches I make were cluttering my gallery.

If you have gotten or are getting art for me, don't hold out on me to post before posting yourself. all I ask is for you to plug my name, I don't need for there to be an original i'd rather people faved on, the faves you get of the art I made in your gallery is fine with me.
