After coming back from dealing at Anime Boston, my car, in a locked underground garage, was smashed into and $1600 worth of my merchandise that I use to run my business, along with other supplies, was stolen.

Some was recovered in a stairwell, which dropped the amount I lost from $1700 to $1600, but the rest was taken by the thief :(

So the animation studio job fell through (long story, was probably for the best) but I started my training for Sprint this week and whoa!! It's actually been a lot of fun and since I get a base pay (a good one too!) and a very generous commission I might be making quite a bit more money as a part time sales consultant!

Which is pretty cool, because so far I've been loving training! It's fun, even if it's not what I'm used to/want to do in the long run! It's just nice to see a company that treats it's employees right and builds em up for success whether they want a career with em or just a part time thing!!

I appreciate everyone who comments and likes my art. I'm endlessly happy that people like my art. Genuinely. But I would really appreciate if people could abstain from posting slurs on my page and then when gently corrected not to use those slurs, telling me an entire people should be murdered. I get enough of that kind of bullshit in conservative central Jersey.

My mother decided to start more family drama.

This bitch decided it was a great idea to be unrelenting mean to her own mother and stir the shit pot. Essentially my grandmother has been trying to sell this 1930s antique vehicle for a while. She has a buyer, but it needs to have the battery/oil/etc replaced cuz it had been winterized. My mother's asshole boyfriend agreed to do it, but suddenly it's an issue.

My grandmother, my sweet, never curses, doesn't hurt a fly grandmother, who does everything for everyone, asked my moms asshole boyfriend to come over and get the car running so she could sell the damn thing so she didnt have to take it with her when she moves IN A WEEK.

Instead she got a long message from my mom that boiled down to 'DONT TALK TO US. DONT SPEAK TO ME OR MY BOYFRIEND EVER AGAIN'

we have no idea why. she hasn't responded to subsequent texts since. She's fucking off to North Dakota with her boyfriend soon (probably to join a white supremacist group. i honestly wouldn't be surprised and i keep joking about it to my grandma) so she can, i guess, pretend shes a redneck and live in the middle of no where.

But family drama/shit with my mom always depresses me and makes me prone to fits of crying and rage and then i end up getting nothing done and just staring out into space. idk why, it just happens, and i wish i could control it, but even when i think it's not bothering me, it's bothering me and everyone around me can see I'm irritable and uninterested in everything for days and days.

So eah this has been a 'fun' trip down to my grandmas house lol

I had been plannin on putting in my resignation in the middle of the month cuz I wanted to finish my refugee cases, but the boss lost her fukken mind yesterday.

She decided that asking innocent questions about cases when bombarded with a busy office is UNACCEPTABLE and must have passive-aggressive comments as the default response while subtly threatening someone will take my position for DARING to ask a legitimate question. I thought this was ridiculous and unpressional of her, especially since she did it in front of clients.

I was planning on telling the office manager, but then she decided to flip her shit over being mad that I did something she told me to do (???) and was essentially angry I didn't read her mind.

So I was like 'ok i am gonna give my resignation letter to you tomorrow' to theoffice manager and he was like 'yeah no i get why your'e doing this' and then i get a message later that she wants me to resign immediately

???!!!! so you screwed over your refugees who have been ignored by you for months and i've made mor headway with in two weeks than you ever have and then spite them AGAIN by not letting me finish the cases.

I MEAN. OKAY? I think it's unprofessional and stupid and I hope you get a hella bad BAR complaint over it BUT WHATEVER FUCK THAT PLACE I'M FREE.
