Both my own and my fiancee's mothers have Tumblrs and neither of us have come out to our families so we don't talk about it much over there but I kinda just ended a friendship indirectly because of it so I'm going to say it here:

I'm bi.

And to the person who I just ended the friendship with: the thing you're bitching about? yeah if that kind of thing happened in cartoons when we were kids it would not have taken me until I was 23 to admit to myself that I am in fact bisexual don't you fucking DARE act like it's nothing but "stupid shipping bullshit". Especially since a massive number of people who ship said ship are not only bi or lesbian or pan or poly but also didn't ship it beyond a joke until season 3. And don't you fucking dare act like "hate" towards heterosexual cisgender individuals is anywhere near on par with LGBT people getting literally murdered and literally put on the street as teens by extremely bigoted family just because you're pissed a series ended with a canon bisexual pairing.

IT HAS PONIES

Before I stumbled on  king-cheetah 's My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic fanart yesterday I'd have punched anyone who'd even suggested I liked MLP. I watched like half of the episodes that are out so far. AND I CAN'T STOP. It's like the best written kids cartoon out there these days. And it's adorable as fuck. Not like "OH GOD THE ADORABLE IT'S TOO MUCH MY EYES THE GOOGLES DO NOTHING", but adorable like "daw, that made my mood better". Srsly, if you're in a bad mood go watch the pilot episode on Youtube. Hell, if you're in a GOOD mood go watch it. It's well animated, well-written, and it doesn't force messages down your throat quite as badly as most kids shows. It's like a pastel Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, which is pretty much the last cartoon I watched. Sure, it's a bit clunky at times. But considering the original cartoon was BELOW the mental level of the Care Bears, this is good. It's pleasantly unpleasantly surprising how good it is compared to the expectations for anything remotely related to My Little Pony.

BUT DEAR GOD AM I DISAPPOINT, SON.

I just noticed that the last three times I've visited FA have pretty much consisted of me finding an artist and favebombing the shit out of their gallery.

It's something, considering I haven't drawn anything web-worthy in months since getting to college. Not that college sucks. Far from it. But still. Kinda wish I was drawing more web-worthy pics. xD but yes. In sixeen more days I'll be up in Ohio at the College of Wooster. What does this mean for FA? Not much, admittedly. It does affect dA more than FA. However, it ill affect FA in that, when I finally do upload art it'll be a lot because of my lack of a personal scanner up there. -shrug- I'll be studying archaeology, so if there's anyone here who either goes to Wooster or is studying to be an archaeologist, go ahead and chat with me if you'd like

I'm sure a few of you who stop by here wonder why my account is basically a fave gallery. Welp, to put it simply: I dn't draw much, and when I do it's typically an art trade or request over on dA. Also, A lot of the pics I upload there aren't exactly the quality I'd like to be at right now, so until I feel like my work has started to realy improve there probably won't be any of my own drawings on this site. When there are pics, they'll most likely be pictures of bats, and probably more mature than the stuff I'm willing to upload on dA.

Speaking of bats: they need more love. Seriously, I KNOW I'm not the only one here who thinks bats are awesome
