New Year 2024 update:
I will be revamping my Patreon again at some point mostly once I rework my closed species. I am currently figuring all that out.
Any support is appreciated, especially sharing my stuff with others! I work very hard and sometimes getting commissions is hard. ;;;

Bossty: Not Safe
Posted 3 years agoBoosty will not protect you as a buyer. They're a "donation" platform and if you get actively scammed by an artist, you can't get that money back from them. They will refuse to refund due to their TOS being for "donations".
After dealing with a scammer, asmascona on ych.commishes, I tried to get a refund back via paypal for what I paid through Boosty. In their TOS I know now that they have a hard no refunds policy due to "donations".
PLEASE do not make the same mistake I did. Buyers, don't use Boosty. Sellers, find something safer to use if you value the people buying from you. Bosoty is convenient until you pay someone who has no intention of doing work for you.
If you pay them anything, from a tiny amount to an astronomical, you are not protected. They have no interest in helping against con artists and scammers.

Hello, hello!
Officially I'm now opening up my hard "no trades" policy. I will now accept some art trades. Whoot!
Soon I'm going to be hosting my first raffle (free!) to all of my followers. There will be one for here on FA and another one run on dA. That being said, if you want to follow me on dA then you can follow this link here over there to find me.
I'm also working on a new semi-closed species that I'll preview below. I have most of the line work for a basic info sheet for them done and I am super excited about introducing them. I'll be putting out a couple of free ones to raffle off in the next few weeks as well!

Hello folks! I'll be taking a break from taking commissions for a couple of weeks from now through January the 7th. Once I get back I'll be forming a free raffle for a custom bust for watchers both new and old, as well as introducing a free base for any new Patreon subscribers. Taking More Commissions
Posted 7 years agoAfter finally getting caught up after the past couple of months of catastrophe, I am taking a few larger art pieces on commission wise.
I'm taking TF art commissions (I have a YCH available for it) and ref sheets. I also still have a ton of slots open again for $5 usd sticker art! I'll have my website redesign up hopefully in the next day or two. With it I am also opening up two slots for Furcadia portraits and two IMVU display pictures.

After an overdue vacation, I am back and working on projects once again. In a few weeks, I will be holding a raffle for a set of three stickers. I am also going to be opening up my Etsy shop to allow purchases for my current prints to the public!
I am currently working on commissions and working to update my website with a new layout so that it will no longer be attached to my tumblr page.

I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.
Typically it does not take much time after that for me to finish a piece, however, the size and complexity of the order, as well as how many orders I have at the time, will also cause the amount of time to vary. I do try to work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Be kind and be patient.
Feel free to ask for WIPs, but remember that the more I have to check in, the less time I may have to work on your piece.
I do not work weekends. If you email me or message me I may not reply until Monday.
All rules are subject to change.
Permissions
Any art you receive will come with a non-commercial license. This means you can upload the image onto social media, etc. You must also reference me (Jasdeki or Jasdeki Design) as the artist. You may not receive financial or personal gain from my art.
Any bases or adoptables you may purchase from me you have the same permissions for it.
Do not edit or recolor any of the artwork I produce. This includes cropping or filtering for social media sites.
Any refund or funds reversal is a cancellation of the contract, meaning that any wip or art not paid for is subject to resell or destruction. This also cancels your right to use the work in any form.
While I do fanart images, I will not accept any OC art requests for characters that you do not have permission to use.
Any ordered piece must have a name or a watermark. This will typically be my signature or my pixelated blood drop in the corner.
If you wish to resell any adopts, you must ask for permission from me first. I do not allow re-auctioning of my work.
Payment
Please message me or email me to discuss commissions. Do not send payments before I approve the request. If I approve I will then ask that you send payment as well as proof of payment.
I must receive payment before starting the work.
All prices are in USD. I use PayPal only. I will only sell premade images for Imvu credits.
I may under some circumstances accept Furcadia Digo life trades for artwork.
Any bids made for auctioned artwork may not be revoked after being placed. If you win the auction with the highest bid, you must pay. If you do not within the first two days after winning, the art will go to the second highest bid.
If you cancel the commission, I will refund you a percentage based on the time spent on working on your art.
If I receive a chargeback or funds reversal, I will end any future proceedings with you.
Auctions, adopts, and completed artwork is non-refundable.
Full refunds are only eligable if I have not yet sent you a first wip of the piece. Refunds can take up to four weeks to process.
Payments must be made as goods or service.
Other
I will make graphic NSFW material, whether it be sexual or violence, however, I will NOT make any pieces that express a political or religious statement, etc.
I will work with you if you have a deadline, however, I express my right to require a fee for the rush.
Any revisions of the artwork after completion will be an extra cost, at my discretion. The WIP period is where any active revisions must take place.
Any lost contact longer than a month will put your commission on hold. I will update you if something pushes back the timeline of your commission, but I also expect to receive some kind of check-in from you as well.
Lost contact over six months will cancel our contract and I reserve the right to either resell or destroy the work in progress.

Posted 7 years agoSo I've never really made much use of this account. I've always been sort of a lurker, never really put up much of my artwork or thought to. However, I want to try to change all that.
Soon I'm going to be posting a lot of my artwork and a lot of adoptable type OC reference sheets and the like. I am taking commissions as well, and the more art I upload I hope to show off that my art is worth purchasing here.
IRL I'm trying to branch out my current art business, and one of the ways I want to do that is to showcase some of the fur/anthro art that I love to make.
So, to anyone who might read this, keep a lookout for more art and critters I'll be putting up in the near future!
