So, just got back to the hotel after first anthrocon fursuit parade (which apparently had 2,100 people in it). It was amazing and so much more exciting than the MFF one (even though that was fun too).

I totally love seeing peoples' faces light up when you give them attention :D.

I think 4k is pretty decent for not being an artist and not watching hardly anyone.

I had, quite possibly, the time of my life. It was so amazing. I'll spare you all the little details that you either: 1) know about because you were there or 2) don't really care that much anyways.

I roomed with  hkmentova ,  Trpdwarf,  zekeshadowfyre, and one other (no FA page yet I don't think. He should be making one soon). They were awesome and I had a blast for the second year in a row (except that this year,  Locrian couldn't make it due to unforeseen circumstances and HK took his place).

I hung out with  fayv,  takun,  Pineapple92,  icen, Trpdwarf, HKmentova, Zeke Shadowfyre,  xipoid,  kitstaa, and the aforementioned FA-less person mostly. Awesome times were had.

I also met/hung out with a little  combatraccoon,  daef ,  hippie-wolfboy,  benchilla,  reimeerkat,  bucktowntiger,  hippie-wolfboy,  seprakarius,  sleet,  commiecomrade, , , , Reap (who I'm not sure what his FA page is if he has one), and maybe some others. So, hey. I found out two weeks ago that my favorite dog, Highway, died. He was the absolutely sweetest dog I've ever seen. He was 14, which is pretty old for a border collie mutt. I think it was just old age. I'll miss him.

Today, my dad called me and informed me that one of my favorite dogs at his house, Honeybear, died recently. She was a sweet tiny little Pomeranian who LOVED ME. I was her favorite person. She was a little floofball. She was like 15 or so. He also informed me that their other dog, Zipper-a Jack Russell- has cancer and they can't do much about it because she's 12.

So that makes 3 dogs that have died/are dying this semester in addition to the other 2 I really loved dying about 9 months ago.

5/6 dogs that I had between my dad's house and my mom's house gone in the span of a year. Ick.

At least all three cats are still alive for now, but two of those are getting old...

In other news: college sucks. I get so swamped with homework over the weekdays that I can't help but relax on the weekends and try to catch my breath. Then that leads to me not starting on my homeworks that are all due on either Tuesday or Thursday...you can see why this is a bad thing. I'm not doing as well in classes as I did last semester, but I think that I can pull it together and keep my GPA from dropping if I start to try harder. But at least spring break is on its way! :D

Also, I'm starting to look forward to AC this year. It's getting close enough where I've stopped thinking "Oh, that was awesome last year, but this year is so far away.." and got to "OH MY GOD I CAN'T WAIT AHHHHHHHH" [citation needed]. Hopefully I'll see a lot of you there.

Speaking of AC, I'm planning on trying to get in shape over the summer, instead of being out of shape like I am during the school year, so that I can not look horrible. Any tips from the more health conscious out there over what exactly I should eat mainly if I want to run and lose like 15 pounds in two months?

Well, I think I did it backwards. I went to AC BEFORE going to a small fur meet. I guess I'm weird.

Anyways, I had fun. It was a little awkward at first getting there and only knowing the person I came with, but then I played frisbee with  swiftfox  kitch-fox and a few other people who I'm not sure of their names.

So I moved back into college yesterday and had an ABSOLUTE BLAST hanging out with my friends that I missed all summer.
