Have you ever used any other payment ways except of paypal? to buy something from any artist.
Something easy to use of course c: where there is no need to go to the bank and fill out too many documents. I know Patreon method (but it's expensive) and p2p, but not sure how it works with foreign banks (I've tested with only 1 country).
I'll be grateful for any information!

In recent days I was asked about commissions by many people and it was very unexpected!
Unfortunately, I am not a fast type of artist, so it is impossible to take that much. I have already selected several people and this is the limit at the moment. Sorry to everyone I had to refuse this time. I hope you understand and don't take it personally.
Second thing, I am still very unsure about the prices. When people ask about this, I'm just confused... But with my old prices, I don't want to "dumping" and make problems for other artists, but I also can't put too high a price so as not to lose customers. It's a delicate balance.
In the future, I would like to do more YCHs and do something like " 5 portrait slots for X$" to see how people buy it and make a proper price list.
All information about new slots will be in future journals or somewhere in the gallery C:

In the past few months, we (I and my "agent" who recieves money for commissions and sends to me) have noticed that we can no longer accept payments in USD and also send invoices in same way. But it works if someone sends the payment in local currency. For us, these are rubles.
These are some new regional rules, or something like that, I'm not sure ... I'll keep the prices in $ for your convenience, but we can send invoices only in rubles. Conversion will be based on the paypal rate.

Posted 5 years agoIt's time for global changes in my life and work. I have been preparing for these changes for about 2 years (yes, that long). Styles gonna be changed, new categories added, and more.
This update is so big that I decided to split it into 3 parts: Terms of Use, Characters and Backgrounds (otherwise it would have taken hundreds of years more).
And finally, the requests I promised are open on Twitter.

Posted 6 years agoOn YouTube, anyone can get money from viewing ads on their videos. For example, you can be a game blogger and get pocket money for it. You can even shoot your cats on video. The site pays you for it. Some may even devote this to all their time instead of normal job.
But your gallery is also viewed by other people. And they also see ads that are displayed on the side of your drawing. But you receive nothing with every viewing! It looks like you are being used ... It does not look like mutually beneficial cooperation, like on YouTube.
(Yes, you can say: it is very little money. But come on, in some countries, $200-300 per month is enough to live)
This is very unfair to artists ...
It might be a very easy way to support the author, simply by looking at an advertisement. Just imagine... that you could do your comics and get support from the views!
Perhaps such sites for artists exist?

It will be a long story about everything of the past year and what is happening now. I have long wanted to tell about it ...
Let's start from the beginning.
For more than 7 months I have been suffering from incessant depression. A lot of bad things happened to me.
In a normal situation, time always heals, but in my case, the more time passes, the worse it gets. Now I cannot imagine. that I could ever return to normal state.
In January, my condition worsened greatly. I feld terrible pain insude my head, that haunted me every day. I was not able to work, and my money was running out. (Therefore, last time here were very few commissions) I was not able to even cook my own food or even sleep. It was like hell, I really did not want to live...
Then I decided to finally go to the hospital for help. I was sent to Regional psychoneurological hospital. I promised you proof, and this is a real place. goo.gl/maps/mvpMg85QaDr
During February, I passed inspection. The doctor prescribed therapy and pills. (Proof https://sta.sh/01givkl15mrq)
Date: 22 Feb 2019. It includes Sertraline and other things.
I was supposed to buy these pills and then go back to the hospital, where we could begin therapy. This had to happen at the same time (pills + therapy), otherwise there was simply no point.
I waited for my advance payment for a commission to buy it all and finally start my treatment.
But...

It was unreal expensive for me... For rabbit was used gas anesthesia, which costs about $ 1 per minute of operation.
(I earned less $200 last month for all - food, rent, etc.)

ABOUT PRICES (To all people who ask about commission)

Someone told me, there are big problems with prices on FA/DA. Some people came here and put very low prices, so professional artists lose their commissioners and money.
(but I see the reason why they did it - in some countries dollar costs very expensive. For example, I spended around $120 per MONTH during last year (for for rent, food etc) and that was enough! So that people don't need big money and they easly get a lot of customers)
I've been with the FA for 3 years and have changed prices on $5-15 only, so I think now is the time to change them again for two reasons:
- This will be my little contribution to improving the situation with prices for FA/DA
- I really need money now for my project, and lot of people ask me for commissions. It will be a good incentive to develop my skills.
New price list will be done soon.
