I am going to try and get the commissions I still have to finish done. But I can not garentee that they will get done on time. it all depends on how things go. If I find a few hours where I can draw I will.

Posted 10 years ago❥ Ok so some douche decided to report one of my images and it was taken down, something that I am used to as Report trolls are abundant on facebook. However not only did they do that but they reported my account and it has been blocked and I had to send in my ID to verify it! so until further notice I am locked out of my account and no one can see it not even my family so I am doing as much as I can to get my account back. So that means that I am going to be moving all my furry friends to a Furry account.

I adore books, I have 300+ but i am still missing a few for my collection
I will probably never run out of books I wan to buy, so there will always be something for you to purchase here, I am always window shopping for books and Trift stores are usually where I get them but if you feel so inclined feel free to look through my Amazon wish list.

Posted 10 years ago❥ So I went on a mini camping trip with my boyfriends church (and him of course), and I didn't put on enough sunscreen. So now I have this horrible sun burn on my back which I was hoping would be gone by now but my boyfriends one night sunburn treatment of sleeping with a wet towel did not work. So now I am sitting here, with my back hurting more than it did yesterday and I don't think I can concentrate on art right now.

We do not need to be afraid! As Homophones has brought to my attention, the "legislation" is actually just a "note of inquiry". That means that it is a hearing where comments and opinions are invited, but no rules have as yet been proposed. There is no bill yet... this is only one of multiple preliminary moves required by law before a bill can start to go through Congress.
We are OKAY for now! Nothing will change yet, but it is still important to be vigilant and aware of such matters." :)
Also, the problem is that while it's a lot safer than we thought at the moment and in all likelihood it won't be passed, it is still a potential threat and could catch back up to us if we do not put a stop to it now.

“The Next Great Copyright Act” would replace all existing copyright law.

3. It would “pressure” you to register your life’s work with commercial registries.
4. It would “orphan” unregistered work.
5. It would make orphaned work available for commercial infringement by “good faith” infringers.
6. It would allow others to alter your work and copyright those “derivative works” in their own names.
7. It would affect all visual art: drawings, paintings, sketches, photos, etc.; past, present and future; published and unpublished; domestic and foreign.
UNLESS YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR WORK WITH THE COPYRIGHT OFFICE (which is expensive to even register a single piece, let alone hundreds), ALL OF YOUR WORK IS CONSIDERED ORPHAN AND UP FOR GRABS WITH THIS LEGISLATION. DON’T LET THAT FUCKING BULLSHIT HAPPEN. YOU CREATED YOUR WORK, YOU OWN YOUR WORK, YOU HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO YOUR WORK, SO LET’S KEEP IT THAT WAY. WRITE YOUR LETTER!

Posted 10 years ago❥ I feel accomplished. I did so many commissions today (really it was just finishing a bunch but w/e) I still feel like I have done so much, I have only one left to do and it's just an icon with a few variations, so that is going to be great.
❥ I feel like I will have to raise the prices of a few of the things that I do. Also I am planning on adding comics to my commission list. (means I need a new Commission's sheet) We'll see how it goes. But anyway I want to say Hi to all my new watchers I'm so close to 900 already and I can't believe it. I hope you are all loving the content.
