Posted 2 years agoTo the admins of FA, I really don't care if you see this? But you really aren't protecting anybody, never have been. Minors do not care about your rules, they do not care about your "protection". They don't need protection, they need parenting. There have been plenty of incidents in the fandom of ACTUAL grooming and they more often than not were not people who perpetrated the art your staff seems to be against.
"Minors" and "Furry Fandom" do not mix, they shouldn't be anywhere NEAR this site, or this fandom, because of how hypersexualized that we KNOW it all is, but just won't admit to. Minors will find a way in, they will look at things they aren't supposed to, they will get picked up by somebody with bad intentions, because their parents won't parent, and your protections won't stop them from lying about their age or sneaking in anyway.
It's probably all for legal liability and whatnot but clearly the feedback you've gotten shows just how much people aren't happy with this kind of leadership and censorship...still, it's not that I care enough to make a complaint to you directly, only writing this, as your site has never given me the kind of exposure that other places have with far less restriction (and denial of reality).
You can't stop minors unless you purge them entirely from the site, and probably from the fandom. They do not need to be here, and you are just censoring innocent artists in favor of "protecting the children" when you are not their parents. It's sad but, again, I don't really care enough to do much more than this. I've all but moved on from FA except for the occasional post here and there and the most I ever feel the need to do to cover my own ass is reiterate how my work is NOT FOR ANYBODY UNDER 18. So if you're following me here, looking at my work when you aren't supposed to be, your parents clearly need to do a lot better. Get lost!

I'm glad to see people still hang around here and pay attention to my work, but I tend not to draw color art that often (which is what I try to keep this profile for).

Posted 4 years agoHey all, just so you know as of now commissions are closed due to some IRL events. Im going to be far too busy packing, moving and working my day job to dedicate energy to commissions so, if you haven't paid for one yet, sorry!

Posted 4 years agoHey all! I hope you had a wonderful New Years celebration! For 2022 there will be some updates to my comm prices...don't worry I'm not gonna pull a MilesDF and start charging thousands for no good reason.
A new comm sheet will be designed for the 2022 year, the prices will hold at that rate for the future and will not change until next year if need be. I'll be back with you guys soon with an updated sheet, thank you all who supported me for 2021, here's to an even better 2022!

Progress and Updates!
Posted 6 years agoWew have I been a busy mofo lately. Both IRL and with drawing and other stuff heh. It's been a long week for me...but I've made steady progress. To those of you still waiting (which by now is 2 of you) I hope I haven't kept you waiting too long! Progress is steady but a lot of things still demand my attention, either way, when I start on yours, I'll notify you as soon as possible!
As for other stuff, I'm happy to say the money I earned from opening the commissions was very helpful, and, I thank you all for your generous support ^^ once I've finished these ones, I'll take a break for a while, maybe doodle here and there, but when I'm ready to open up again, I'll let you all know!
I have a mini vacation from work coming up so that will give me a little time to do stuff, in any case, thank you all for your patience, I gotta get back to work now x3

The Furry Community and How it has affected me.
Posted 6 years agoI've come to realize after a lot of thought and time, that with my gradual slow shift away from the furry fandom and its facets that I dislike, I have still one more problem that I had for a long time, refused to address.
And now that I am where in my life, I feel like I need to stand up and make the change for myself before I lose it all. I have a boyfriend, one who I love very much, but unfortunately I had been for so long living a lifestyle of "the single life" and "2D women and men are better than real ones" and well...now I know full well that just isn't true anymore.
I have an addiction, and it has been controlling me for too long, I rely too heavily on smut and the easy way out...looking at porn, and it's has been compromising my relationship lately. I won't go into more detail than neccessary but I write this today to make a firm declaration about what I will draw, and post, from now on.
Like it or not a lot of my work has been posted to please all of you, I sought your admiration and validation to the point where it became unhealthy, I wasn't doing enough of my artwork for me, and the posts that I did do because I wanted to, when they never recieved validation, I would use that against myself. So from here on out, I need to take a stand for me, I don't get sexually needy "naturally" anymore...and my artwork has just been perpetuating that addiction too. I have to learn how to do things for myself, and unfortunately furry art has done little more than feed that addiction. Its just all sex, all the time, day in and day out, and even though I would cry out for something more meaningful, I'd still just keep coming back to the same old habits of feeding my addiction every single night.
It must end. I am with someone I love now, I'm 27, I have a job, a hobby I enjoy, and a relationship I want to cultivate. Yea some furs aren't all about sex but...the majority of the stuff on this page, even my page, its all to titillate people. If I'm going to kick this addiction I need to start from the source, this is my choice.
From now on, whatever I post, it will be something I did because I wanted to do it. I need to stop looking for validation from strangers, I need to stop appealing to the whims of the crowd just to feel worthwhile. I am a person worthy of more than I ever gave myself credit for. So no more instant gratification, no more using this page of endless smut for an outlet, no more hiding from reality. I need to take steps to fix this, and to that end I am putting a stop to my religious watching of this page, I'm putting a stop to drawing sexy stuff just to appeal to people. Im putting a stop to my endless need to be validated by you all.
From now on, I need to express myself for the sake of expressing myself. Thats what being an artist is all about. So, less Gardevoir smut, less renamon smut, less isabelle smut. More fanart of Tali, more cute pictures of characters I like. More creative ideas, memes, jokes and art for the sake of art. From now on, I'm sticking to what makes me happy, and I'm quitting the 2D woman. I have a real person who I love now, and that matters to me far more than the amount of watchers I have on here.
I will still post, I will still express myself, and I'll still maintain friendships...but I need to stop letting the fandom feed into my addiction, and start letting it feed into my creativity.

Airplane Girls?
Posted 6 years agoI used to think they were pretty dumb but, ever since I've been helping my friend draw his own, I've realized, they're kinda just like the robot girls I already draw. However all the references I'm finding are just weirdo artists making these huge titted blow up dolls that have no personality, and are just sex objects...they even all look the same. Very few if any have distinct features that make them LOOK or act like the planes they represent.
I'd like to dabble in mecha some more, and if I'm gonna do plane girls, I'm gonna do them right. Aerodynamic, sleek, and deadly! I've got lots of favorite planes, the SR71, the F22, the XA20 Razorback from Hawx, I bet I could make a whole plethora of plane girls that are distinct from one another, exciting, and yet just the right amount of sexy.

I'd like to dabble in mecha some more, and if I'm gonna do plane girls, I'm gonna do them right. Aerodynamic, sleek, and deadly! I've got lots of favorite planes, the SR71, the F22, the XA20 Razorback from Hawx, I bet I could make a whole plethora of plane girls that are distinct from one another, exciting, and yet just the right amount of sexy.

I had a Vacation!
Posted 6 years agoI spent a week in Houston, seeing mom, and extended family, as well as a couple of friends. I drove a big ol truck the whole time, we got to shoot guns, play video games, ate amazing food, and I really got a chance to step back and fully recharge from the endless work and toil I've been at lately...
I really needed that time off to reset fully, and finally get my motivation back to do, various things. Like draw! I posted that Toriel pic, and I've got another on the way for you guys, plus lots of sketches :3

It's been a while.
Posted 6 years agoYea I know I haven't drawn much but I've been...well tired. And busy with work and life in general...I guess I'm just in a sort of art block at the moment? It's been difficult.
But I'm not really writing this about that subject today...today yet again the community has decided my words are not worth hearing, and when I call someone out to try and fight for artistic integrity, I get shut down, because it's "mean" or something. Pretty sure it was a misunderstanding but tbh at this point why should I care...the community has done little more for me than jerk off to my artwork and try to shut me up like a good boy. Nobody wants to talk about it or ask me why or have a thoughtful conversation about it, its just shut up and be happy or get lost as usual.
Its just a big hive mind...and if you disagree you're out. Why do I keep putting myself in these situations? No more chat rooms for me...its just more gestapo simulators...

Anyway holy cow 1000 people!! Dang it took a while but, ya know what, it feels good! I'm aware that my views are not everybody's thing ans my art sure isn't either, but through all my work and dedication to my form, I've managed to get 1000 of you watching me. It feels great, and I'm really thankful for everybody's support!

What Koth is saying in this video is pretty much all true. After spemding 8 years in the fandom, I know full well that he's right. All the time I've spent in this community, has always been from a reserved stance; I stay away from fursuiters, avoid chatrooms, and speak my mind. This will not stop me from posting or making art but, I wanna do more than just draw anthro girls, always have. Mayne I'll start an Instagram...
Either way, just know that what Koth is saying here, I've experienced too, so take that into consideration. Being a furry is about more than cuddles and sex...its about living in a fantasy far from reality and becoming an attention whore and social outcast.

Kero Controversy?
Posted 7 years agoNo doubt a lot of people have heard about this little gem of a story that dropped on us a few days ago...I don't know all the facts, I don't think he's guilty or innocent.
Buuuttt....
Given the nature of how fucked up people can be in the fandom, the fact he changed his story between two different interviews (thanks Mister Metokur), given that there are chat logs, pictures, and data supporting the fact that Kero is probably a degenerate motherfucker...
It would not surprise me in the least that he is absolutely guilty.
And if he is you motherfuckers need to call him out on this. I swear when furries just let shit like this happen, the cub porn, the real life beastiality and now "fucking roadkill", you start to lose your faith in everything. This needs to stop, seriously. If furries are simply innocent people having fun, dressing up and playing pretend, then fucking call out the degenerates. You wonder why people paint furries with a broad and merciless brush? THIS IS WHY.
It won't be long before the world will be looking at this story and they are not gonna be lenient about it. We need to start distancing ourselves from the people who take this shit way too far. Stop acting like this is okay, stop "accepting everybody" and start criticizing! Look at things with a closer more scrutinizing eye and stop letting garbage like this spread.
