Something's Going On With DeviantArt
General | Posted 3 years agoWhen I went on DeviantArt recently, and the whole website looked like it was in absolute purgatory! I mean, it was all white with everything messed up all over!
I'm sharing this on Furaffinity to let you know because I'm not how to make a Journal there while it's like that. So, if you've got DeviantArt accounts, are you experiencing this issue?

What's a Take-On Art Trade, you ask? Well, what happens is that you ask him to draw an artwork YOU created in his art style, and in return, you gotta draw one of HIS artworks in your style. I like this idea, personally, so I went ahead, and asked him to draw one of my pics in his style for me.
That means that I gotta draw one of his pics in my style in return. But since I'm currently travelling, he won't get it until I get back.
So, swing by his channel, and leave him a note asking which pic of yours you want him to draw for you in his style.

Christmas 2022 + 2023 Plans
General | Posted 3 years agoHey, everyone! How was everyone's Christmas yesterday?
Well, mine was pretty good. I really cleaned house this year with these gifts:
-Four T-shirts: Street Fighter, Jurassic Park, Mario Bros., and Mario Kart
-A collection of Transformers socks
-A Star Wars hoodie
-A Homer Simpson sweatshirt and a matching pair of pajama bottoms
-A new belt
-And the following games for my Switch:
Nickelodeon Kart Racer 3, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, Mario Strikers Battle League, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, Pac-Man World Re-Pac, and Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.
And while I cleaned out big time this year, on DeviantArt, I didn't get a whole lot. In fact, this is all I got this year:

I guess not a people understood what I was talking about with my wish list this year, even with the accompanying story I made, or they just forgot. It looks like I'm gonna have to make that literal issue of Covergirl myself.
Speaking of which, here are my plans for 2023. First of all, I'm gonna be heading to Florida for three months, so I'm gonna be away from my scanner and art supplies for that time. But I'll still be uploading stuff from my sta.sh while I'm there, including characters from an original series of mine that I've teased earlier this year called "Heroes, Ltd.," which is a superhero series that has both heroes and villains in a workplace environment were being superpowered beings is part of their jobs. It's like "Monsters, Inc." meets "My Hero Academia." So, be on the lookout for that.
My time in Florida will also be a good opportunity to get started on writing some episodes for my upcoming Super Animal Squadron series "Jurassic Squadron: Shinobiger." I've already finished writing three episodes already, and I've just started writing a couple more, so this would be a good chance to get the bulk of it done while I'm not at the beach.
Also, that means that Season 6 of the Masked Toon Singer is on hiatus until sometime when I get back from Florida. But don't worry. Once I get everything set up for that season, it'll start! In the meantime, here are some clues from one contestant from each group to keep you occupied for the time being. I won't reveal what the contestants' costumes are just yet, but in this season, there will be two groups of five with three Wild Cards for each group. So, here are the clues for those two contestants.

Christmas Wishlist 2022

Time to trim up the tree with Christmas stuff, decorate our homes with all sorts of festive stuff, binge all those holiday movies and specials.... and steam roll your way through Walmart and Target to get this year's must have holiday item!
Fortunately, you don't have to risk your own health to get me something this year on DA. You can just draw it out and upload it here, saving yourself lots of money on your medical bills. But enough concern about your well-being, what do I want for Christmas this year?

Well, it's high time to give him what he wants. In other words, a more literal version of the magazine, where the models are all covered up.
My friend ShinyBlueberryJ50 and I have been doing an RP based on this pic (which I'll be uploading a story version of during this weekend), and we've had various female characters dressed in outfits that cover them up completely with only their eyes showing. The characters we've included are as follows:

Those are the models in question. Now, you may be shocked to see that Kitty's excluded from the list of models. Well, I'm planning to draw her in a more traditional holiday pic along with the rest of her friends and family. And besides, she's not my only waifu out there!
As for the outfits they'll be covered up in, I was thinking of having them be unique to their characters. In other words, Carmelita in an outfit colored similarly to her belly dance outfit, Cynthia in an outfit with a color scheme similar to her Garchomp's (complete with a hammerhead-like designed headdress like a Garchomp's head), the Nitro Squad wearing outfits colored with their cart paint jobs, and the Dazzlings wearing two toned outfits similar to their color schemes with diamond accents. The other models you can cover up in any way you want, but just be sure to have just their eyes showing.
Multicolored wigs are totally optional.
So, that's what I'm asking for Christmas this year. I'll be looking forward to seeing what you came come up with for this literal Covergirl magazine. ^^

MTSS5 Group D Duet Finale Results
General | Posted 3 years agoAlright, everyone. Voting for Group D's Duet Finale in the Masked Toon Singer Season 5 is now closed. And the last singer who will be moving on to the Battle Royale Finale will be... the Bat!
It looks like we have a finale where, with the exception of Dalmatian, most of the finalists are the Wild Card contestants. This is gonna be very interesting to see.
However, that means that the Ice Cube, despite his best efforts, is gonna have to be unmasked, and sent back to his universe. I'm sure everyone's figured out who he is, but stay tuned to find out for sure.

That means the two of them are gonna be facing off in the duel to see who will be joining Jaguar and Werewolf in the Playoff round. So, let's go to Kitty, and get this underway!

Masked Toon Singer Season 5 News
General | Posted 4 years agoHey, guys! I wanted to let everyone know that I've changed my mind about Season 5 of the Masked Toon Singer.
I've decided to have it start earlier than I originally planned. Instead of having it debut in the summer, I've decided to have it debut sometime next month. The reason for it is because I already have ideas for Season 6 bouncing around in my head that I wanna get out, along with other art projects I have in store. But I wanna get through Season 5 first.
Now, speaking of Season 5, here's how it's gonna go down. There's gonna be four groups of four just like in Season 3, only the Smackdowns won't happen until after each group's Wild Card has been revealed. And yes, each group will each have one Wild Card contestant. And here's the interesting part: The last remaining member of each group will be duking it out in a Battle Royale in the finale to see who the next King or Queen of the Masked Toon Singer will be. So, it's gonna be an interesting season for sure!
And here are some first clues from each group to keep your brains busy until then...
Group A: A wrestling ring
Group B: A pile of ribbons
Group C: Rain clouds
Group D: A cane
