As of 22nd February I'll be temporarily closing both commissions & YCHs.

I'll be starting a new job in March which will alleviate most of the financial burden.
This means I wont have to rely on mass YCHs to put food on the table!
This new job will take up more of my time, so I wont be working on art as often.
However once I am settled into the new routine, I may slowly reopen limited commission/YCH slots!

I will also be undergoing some medical treatment shortly, so this will also take away from my free time.
Please be patient with me!

Welp, seems I’ve picked up whatever rotten bug had.
I don’t seem to be suffering quite as bad, but I am having to take more frequent breaks from screens due to head fog/dizziness.

Basically, I’m pushing through and I’ve got plenty of medication, I’m just a little slower.

Still on track to get most pieces done by the new year though. So fingers crossed we stay that way!

Not 100% sure how to approach this, but with the sad passing of Dragoneer, I wanted to reassure commissioners/watchers & friendly fluffs alike that I will not be going anywhere.

I never really interacted with neer, but heard many good things about him. It’s always saddening to hear a fellow fur passing, and I know it’s hit the community hard.

Honestly I owe this site a lot. It was here when I was exploring the fur community back in 2014. I’ve met so many amazing fluffs since then. I’ve found my passion in art, been accepted by the transformation community and even found love here.

I can confidently say I wouldn’t be here today without this site & community. I wouldn’t be able to enjoy creating such amazing works and be planning a wedding!

To get to the point, I’m not going anywhere. I’d love to see this site continue to flourish and grow, and will continue to support it as long as my income allows me to.

Over the Christmas break, I've come to realise I need a better work/life balance.
During the past few years I've increasingly let work take over my free time & have been feeling close to/ burning out.
With an increase in bills/ drop in interest in art; I've taken more shifts on at my other jobs, leaving little to no free time.
Therefore, this year I'm setting more strict working hours for art, and only expanding these if I'm feeling up to it.

This will mean less open commission slots/ longer working periods, but I'm hoping with being less swamped I can put more love and attention to the pieces I'm doing!
There will be a slight price increase this year to reflect the time & effort put into these pieces.

Currently the only days I am not working my other jobs are Tuesdays & Sundays.
These will be dedicated art days, I will be more available to reply to queries/notes/messages & WIPs/invoices/finished pieces will also be sent on these days.
If I get any free time/ feel up to it, I will try to respond, but around these days I can't guarantee that.

Backlog will be worked on first, easier YCHs that take less time may also be done quicker & faster commissioner responses will mean I can advance with your piece quicker.
I will be open to hear commission requests all month, but can't guarantee I can take them all.
Selected YCHs will also be left open indefinitely to give everyone the chance for some TF goodness!

I know I'm guilty of not uploading regularly, and am terrible at social stuff.

I get really overstimulated easily nowadays, and just end up quietly working whilst I recharge social batteries ;w;

I am NOT a full time artist! I work 3 separate jobs. Howver art brings in around 50% of my income. (Yes minimum wage jobs suck ass, but that's all I've got round here ^^;; )

so please be patient with me! I work as fast as I can to get through art, but both of my other jobs are physical & social based, so absolutely exhaust me ;w;

So to update you all, I’ve managed to up my hours at the shop.
For those that aren’t aware, my main sources of income are art & working at the family shop. I also do odd-jobs, along with a couple of cleaning jobs. (I’m busy, I know x-x )

I was considering going back to full-time caring, but thanks to your amazing support ( a few furs especially so! ) I’m going to keep going with doing commissions.

These added hours do mean I’ll be out more/art hours will be reduced. So please bare with me! I’m hoping I’ll still be able to keep my max 1-2 week turn around (queue/commission type pending) or hopefully it will only increase by a few days.
