Resistance
Posted 16 years agoEasily the hardest part about working on art
isn't the working on art bit;
it's the sitting down to work on art bit.

Courtesy and Ritual
Posted 16 years ago"Therefore when Tao is lost, there is goodness.
When goodness is lost, there is kindness.
When kindness is lost, there is justice.
When justice is lost, there is ritual.
Now ritual is the husk of faith and loyalty, the beginning of confusion."
-Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching, chapter 38
I delete courtesy shouts that say nothing but 'Thanks for the watch/favourite/whatever'.
Nonstandard replies are very welcome.
Thank you.

Favorites and Watches
Posted 17 years agoHey all you crazy people arbitrarily coming here to thank me for favouriting works or watching galleries that I favourited or watched for the purely logical reason of obvious kickage of ass; it probably takes the same amount of time to look at one or two of these pictures as it does to leave said comment...
People Post Too Many Fuckin' Journals
Posted 18 years agoMy statement stands. Whores.
Boredom = Psychoactive Infoz
Posted 18 years agoMy extensive drug use has led me to the realization that some drugs feel distinctly 'dirty', while some feel 'clean'. Dirty drugs are addictive and/or impair thought and/or leave you feeling hung over or sketched out afterwards. Clean drugs are clear-headed and/or pleasant, without (m)any adverse side effects.
So.
Divine (All Nonaddictive.)
Psilocybin [Mushrooms] (Very manageable, enhances mood, improves focus, impossible to overdose.)
2c-e (Long-lasting, no sketch, extremely clear-headed.)
Clean (All Nonaddictive.)
DMT (Breathtaking and Earth-shattering. Tastes fucking terrible, and is harsh on lungs.)
LSD (Can be very disorienting for first few hours; otherwise excellent.)
Hashish (Like Marijuana without the muddy-headedness and paranoia.)
Ginseng (Extremely inexpensive. Mild surge of energy with no sketch.)
Piracetam (Can't get you high; enhances psychadelics. Improves focus and clear-headedness.)
Mediocre
Ketamine (Comfy and very novel; but moderately addictive, and K-holing in public is dangerous.)
Marijuana (Muddy-headedness, can cause paranoia, munchies are annoying. Otherwise great.)
DXM (Availability and inexpensiveness makes for abuse potential. Risky to take in public.)
MDMA (Moderately addictive, but soft and pleasant.)
Codeine (Same as above, but for different reasons.)
Percoset (Moderately addictive; moreso than Codeine. Euphoric.)
Taurine (Like Piracetam but much milder.)
Dirty
Ecstasy (Addictive. Often cut with DXM, Speed, Caffiene or Aspirin, leaves you burnt out.)
Opium (Addictive. Extreme lethargy makes for boring.)
Lorazepam/Atavan (Pleasant but very addictive. Would be clean if not for this fact.)
Cloves (Mildly euphoric when smoked. Extremely heavy on tar.)
Sketchtastic
Caffiene (Addictive, long sketch, leaves one strung out. Availablity makes for abuse potential.)
Fructose (Same as above.)
Alcohol (I could write paragraphs on how much and why I loathe this substance.)
Nicotine (Immense addictiveness not worth the stress relief.)
Datura (Haven't tried, only observed: Dangerous deliriousness, mildly poisonous.)
Cocaine (Haven't tried, only observed: Very clear-headed but extremely addictive.)
Meth (Haven't tried, only observed: See Alcohol.)
