So...I got to watch the HTTYD short today...and it sucked. Ok that's a little unfair. I enjoyed some parts of it. But it was entirely too Toothless-less. Toothless appeared for maybe a minute and then was entirely gone. I'd like to blame laziness but the Boneknapper dragon was more detailed than Toothless (at least in my opinion). I think the short was Dreamworks' lousy way of trying to include a short that they did not have prepared. I mean, if they were going to include something like that they could have at least made it worthwhile, like including more of the unseen dragons from the manual. Or Toothcup sex. But on the subject of dragons and their riders, why the hell didn't they just take their dragons to the island? Or at least Toothless. He could've fit on the boat. But Hiccup just had to totally break character and leave him behind...*sigh*

Ok rant over. On a positive note, I liked the Boneknapper's design and Gobber's storytelling (especially Thor lol)
