hey guys, wow its been a loooong fucking time since i last made a journal sorry guys, so much shit has happened its hard to fit into one journal, firstly my internet went off for a few weeks and it took me ages to figure out what it was, turns out it was my internet security thinking the actual internet was a virus and was blocking it, i went on holiday with some amazing friends and managed to kiss a girl i have liked a fucking long time so that has put me in an amazing mood. i really hope i end up with her, she is perfect to me and she was upset about her ex so i bought her some flowers and that really cheered her up. love seeing a smile on her face.

anyway after that i had to rush home which took 9 HOURS!!!! to finish work which actually want due in until friday so i actually could have just stayed on fucking holiday. but on a brighter note, most of my work is completed and i only have very minor things to finish off now so i cant complain.

anyway guys thats gonna be it for now, coz i really wanna get started on some work now so until next time

Hey everyone, it took me a few days as my laptop was being updated but I can finally right about the fur meet which i went to on Saturday, I finally managed to get talking to people and made a lot of new friends, I got to know particularly well as he was a friend of my very close friend , I also saw my good friend again which was very nice to see him and we ended up doing a pod cast together which you guys will be able to listen to on when they get around to uplaoding it. also the disney project pics have been uplaoded now and are here:

Terms of Service
Art Usage

In a commissioned piece, I own all rights to the artwork identified via my logo, signature, Watermark (save for the character unless it is off my own creation).

You, as the commissioner, are permitted to:

- Post the commissioned work to your FA or other website, giving credit wherever and whenever possible.
- Use the commissioned work as an avatar, giving credit wherever and whenever possible.
- Use the commissioned work as your desktop - ask me about this before I start work on the commission.
- Print the commissioned work for your personal use.
- Use the commissioned work as a badge, credit card background, or other personal item.
- Use the commissioned work commercially IF this has been discussed with me and I agree to it/have given permission.

You, as the commissioner (and anybody else) are not permitted to:

- Claim the work is yours in any way eg: erasing watermarks, signatures, putting your own in their stead, verbally claiming the work as your own etc.
- Use the work commercially in any way without prior permission. This includes selling prints, merchandise, books, CDs, featuring the art. A licensing fee may be required before you can use the art commercially.

I (as the commissionee) swear to never use commissioned work for commercial purposes (prints, merchandise, etc) -- except when I have permission from the commissioner, or for "collections" of work (both commissioned and non-commissioned) in the format of a portfolio or art book.

Payment

Payment is to made through Paypal after the artworks actual completion, I will inform the commissioner that their commission has been completed and that payment can now be made to me, I will not release the commission to the commissioner until payment has been received! If for any reason I am unable to accept payment via Paypal (I will inform the commissioner) then payments should be made to who will in turn forward the payment to me.

When paying through Paypal, please select "payment owed" and not a "gift" option.


Deadlines

through private correspondence with the commissioner, a deadline will be set, either roughly or strict, the latter being used for more detailed or expensive artworks. I will keep the commissioner informed regularly of the commission's status but the commissioner should also frequently check my page to check on the status as i will also keep an updated list of any commission(s)

Refunds(full or partial) will be given if:

- The commissioner requests a refund after an extended period of waiting.
- The commissioner is genuinely unhappy with their commission (see Fixes
- I cannot complete the commission for whatever reason, whether it be personal, lack of skill, or if a commissioner is being difficult or otherwise unpleasant to work with (a full refund will be given and the commission destroyed).

I retain the right to cancel a commission and give a full refund at any time for any reason.

Fixes

One fix may be requested per commission if the commissioner is unhappy or displeased in some manner with the finished piece,However I am willing to correct for free or offer a full refund to the commissioner keeping in mind i will only correct the piece once, if the commissioner is continually displeased, a full refund will be given and the commission destroyed. These will be rare however since I will try my best to live stream and interact with the commissioner directly.

I can be reached via notes, my Furaffinity Page, my DeviantArt Page, or emailed at Curiouslykyle[at]hotmail.co.uk (note that this is not my Paypal address).

I am usually very prompt with communication, however if you do not receive a reply straight away, rest assured that I will remain in Frequent contact with the Commissioner unless I know what exactly what i'm doing, in such a case only updates will be released via my page or personal correspondence with the commissioner.

Disney Princesses project for my niece Lauren(5) and my as of yet unborn niece Jessica (2 months to go),Since they are both my little princesses. Many of the characters in this project are not actually princesses but rather prominent Female Characters in the Disney universe that would be a shame not to portray in some manner. also this is not a re-packaging project, nor is it for any academic reasons, its purely out of the good of heart for my 2 nieces that shows a more realistic/ adult version of each Character.
