Been (semi-)away for a while, now it's something like over 10K submissions to go through. Oops.

Guess I'd better get started.

(Edit: Down to (just) below 10K submissions now, so at least I'm getting there. )
(Edit 2: Got through the 2017 stuff, now just all the 2018 stuff to go through... About 5.3K submissions left to go through now.)

(July 11 Edit: Went from 20K submissions to a bit over 8.1K submissions over the past few days a month or two per day, just caught up to 2019 and will probably go through January tonight as well.)

Bleh, I need to remember to keep up with my submission inbox better, just finished going through over 2000 things in there from nearly a month of not keeping up with submissions, took forever. (Did most of them yesterday, just finished the last 500 or so today...)

They kinda uploaded the first couple upside-down, but you can download them and play them in VLC rotated 180 degrees (its under video effects I think?), or if you have a laptop or LCD monitor you can probably just turn that upside down to watch it instead.

But the third one is right-side-up. AND it borrows those awesome monsters from that other TV show that had the monsters as the main characters. (Maybe the same people did both shows?)

Ever seen those scratch-art things with black paint over a rainbow background, where you etch a picture into it?? You can imitate that in GIMP! Here's how:

- Take a black(ish)-on-white(ish) lineart (like pencil/pen) picture. (White-on-black would work too, just skip the first inversion step.)
- Paste it into GIMP.
- Invert its colors. (MENU > Colors > Invert)
- Add a new layer. (Open a layer dialog, click the "new" icon.)
- Put the new layer on the bottom. (Layer dialog, down arrow icon.)
- Hide the picture layer. (click the "eye" for it in the layers dialog.)
- Click the second layer in the dialog, so you can use it.
- Select the "Blend" tool. (Boxy icon next to the paint bucket icon.)
- Select a rainbow gradient.
- Run a line diagonally across the entire layer, to fill it with a diagonal gradient. (Bonus: Try setting the gradient shape to "Spiral" and drag from the center to the edge. It makes it even more cooler looking.)
- Unhide the top (picture) layer.
- Add a layer mask. (MENU > Layer > Add Layer Mask) (Select "Grayscale copy of layer" and check the "Invert mask" checkbox.)
- Flatten the image. (MENU > Image > Flatten Image)
- Save the image. (Preferably as a PNG file. GIF limits you to 256 colors, and JPEG flat-out butchers the image quality.)
- Enjoy! ^_^

By the way, anyone who feels like drawing a pic of me, feel free to do that, just try to keep it to the "General Audience" rating, and of course show it to me at some point so I can see it. :-P

Oh, and try not to forget the big "lugs" in the boot tread... (That happens a *lot*...)

Basically, my usual outfit is pink-on-white tie-dye shirt, pink overalls (with a "smiley flower" patch on the pocket, although sometimes the 'smiley' part is omitted), and big stompy boots. :) (Also occasionally younger versions will go with skirtalls in place of overalls but otherwise about the same.)
