General updates:

Brothers health improving. Adren and I will be returning home mid month. I will be returning to regular digital project work by the 17th. Wheeeeew. This has been a whirlwind of a time, and I am incredibly greatful for everyone's patience with us. I miss my bed and I miss streaming and hanging with you all. I miss digital art like crazy but I've been thankful for the opportunity to get back to my roots with the painting. All in all I'm excited to get back to my regular life, though I'm glad that we were able to do what we did. Thankful that the situation didn't turn for the worse when the chances were so high. And hoping that with time things continue to improve, as he's still far from healthy.

To keep things consise: I'm experiencing an extreme family emergency and have had to travel without notice. I was able to bring my files and tablet, but not my computer setup- regardless of this, I can potentially find time to work sporadically without streaming. it is unclear if I will be able to any time soon considering the circumstances. The earliest I can complete work might not be for 3 months.

I'm in the proscess of arranging privately messaging clients, but considering the whirlwind of a situation I'm in, I want to put this notice out for anyone to consider, so you don't have to wait for dms. I will be messaging all commissioners to double check.

if you are a commissioner waiting on a piece who is not comfortable with a wait time of a possible minimum of 3 months, please reach out to me via discord (if possible) so we can start to discuss best refund proscess and terms. I apologize as I haven't had time for office hours yet this week but I will make sure to respond to any messages as promptly as I can.

That said, realistically with the emergency travel and drastic changes to work and costs we are quickly in a bad spot financially. In the meantime, if anyone would like to support, Kofi or fa shinies help with support immediately, and twitch subs offer longer term support with once a month payouts. Any help with managing our situation here and is greatly appreciated. If anyone tips with a username attached, when the situation settles I will be looking to draw "suprise" traditional art in great thanks (and also for my personal sanity while I'm so far away from my digital setup).

Just a little ramble about catching up~

Wheeeeeew. I know I have a backlog of stuff to post to here that I'm gonna have to start getting through.

That being said, this week I've delivered about half of the pieces remaining in my queue, next week I'm hoping I'll have finished the rest up! With that said, I'm soon going to be tackling adjusting my base prices and will hopefully be ready to open a waitlist for limited commission slots sometime in February.

I decided recently to set up a Kofi, I'd been asked a few times about the best place for tips and it just seemed to be a good idea to have more options then FA shines and twitch bits x3 the link is in my caard but, my caard is a work in progress all on its own. Sorry about that!

Social media update, I've shifted off of twitter and am only on bsky now!

Overall I've been happy to see y'all in streams. It's been nice to hang out, even if I'm not so talkative some nights. Hopefully catch you soon!!!!!

When I come back, I won't be doing those free art streams anymore. I actually think I'm gonna be pulling back on freebies a lot more overall. Frankly, I'm absolutely completely over how dehumanized the entitlement some people have around freebies makes me feel.

So, it was fun, and it used to bring me and others a lot of joy. I dread it now, so I can't continue.

Blah I try my best to keep too much personal stuff from spilling over online, but I don't think it's exactly a secret at this point that we are struggling. My own illnesses aside, our bird has really not been doing so good.

Birdy needs the vet in the morning and I don't have enough, point blank I'm not even sure if I can make enough before the appointment time in the morning, we are short like 300USD.
