It is in style of monochromatic, as seen in my latest two submissions. You may request one female character (or a really, really girly-looking boy) of your choice and one color to be used. So I had my JobCorp interview last Friday and it went really well. Got a bit more paperwork to fill out and send to my doctor. I'm almost there! *squee*

To add to it, I've been practicing new things with Photoshop, and though I'm nowhere close to even be bragging, I am so proud of the small amount of things I already know how to do. It's so rewarding!
My friend also hooked me up with an English version of PaintTool SAI, which is also very, very cool. I was scared to download it because I was unsure about how to use WinRAR, but after  eclipsed_soul showed me how to use it while dowloading Photoshop, I learned enough to know how to extract things correctly. Herpin' my derp like yeeeah~!

I'm working on two really big projects, and I actually hope to finish both of them before I head out for JobCorp. Not even sure when I'm going, because I haven't faxed in all my paperwork yet, but even after I do, I play the waiting game.

Reporting to you from the cardboard box in my backyard:

I have some interesting news to bring forth. The first of which being that I have received a very nice custom-built computer from a good friend of mine, of which can handle the capabilities of many different games and Photoshop. I also obtained a tablet and have been training in the art of CG.

Also, I will probably be moving my ass to JobCorp. soon, as I cannot find a job, and college didn't work out for me. I have grown tired of waiting around for something to happen and have decided to take the leap. So it should be interesting to see what goes down.
I have my final interview on October 7th, and I'm nervous as a mouse that's been cornered by that fat-ass cat from Cinderella. That mouse has no way of sweet-talkin' his way out of that one. But I digress..

And lastly, I wanted to send a big, fat "thank you" to  eclipsed_soul,  EverlastingRejection and  GrimReaver for sticking by my side, even when I wasn't a part of the FA community to see it. Much love to you guys. <3

I've been MIA from this site for forever, it feels, and I miss all my friends on here.
When I cam back, I had 2000+ submissions. But I wasn't the lazy fattycat I thought I would be and just nuke 'em all. I looked at them all. Every. Single. Picture. And I just have to say: God, you guys are awesome.

Anyway, I've had some of my own problems, which is the reason why I went missing in the first place, but I'm not coming on here to complain.

Hopefully I'll have some art up soon. I'm really trying to figure out some neat background so my art doesn't look so boring anymore, but as always, that doesn't go as planned. We'll see. ^^

So wrapping this up; It's good to be back, it's good to see you guys again, and it's good to wallow in other people's art and check out your amazingness!

I was able to download a driver for my scanner, so now I am able to scan things with my laptop instead of having to wait for my mom to put in her password on her computer.

And the really sad part about it is, I've gotten a huge burst of concentrated skill within the last week. I've been trying new poses that aren't perfect, but better than I would have ever hoped. I think I'm finally improving and taking a leap.

Art-trade anyone?

I don't understand why people buy these 'adoptables'.
I mean, some of them are reallyfreakingcute, but a lot of them are just changed in colors, hairstyles, and facial expressions. Wouldn't you rather use that money on a real commision that you know is going to have some time and effort put into it?
I'm not here to bash adoptables, because some of them are really cute. But personally, I'd rather spend my money on something that's going to be what I want, the way I want, and have actual originality and effort put into it.
