Granted, he was talking about the problems facing hip-hop artists, but so much of what he said is universal. There just seems to be so much going on around me atm with so many people, sometimes it's hard to slow down and remember the things that are truly important.

As they say, another year older, another year wiser. Or at the very least, we can hope so, right? I can at the very least say that it's been an eventful year and I've experienced a lot, and the only thing I can do now is hope that I've grown from those experiences. Honestly, I can't say I ever pictured what my life would look like by the time I turned 26. But honestly, can anyone really accurately predict such a thing?

At any rate, I'd at least like to thank all my furry friends out there who've helped me navigate the insane ups and downs that have been my life. Y'all are the best!
