Concerning porn commissions
Posted 3 years agoI will not be commissioning any from this point forward. Adult\Mature themed pieces with tasteful\fitting nudity are fine, but I have zero interest in getting outright porn of my character in things and will not be pursing that stuff any longer. If you came looking to have my character in a porn piece, i'm sorry but that will not be happening and I will deny any requests from people trying to get my characters involved in it.
Art slowdown
Posted 5 years agoSo i've been a bit slow on getting new artwork and such for the past couple of months that it's getting around to being every 2-3 months i'll get new artwork. I do want to get new artwork and honestly have so many ideas that I really wanna have made, but artwork is a luxury item that can be quite pricey. So i'm just wanting ya'll to know that I WILL get new artwork soon, it's just that i'm trying to focus more on RL stuff first then doing the typical furry thing of spending every single available cent on furry art. I'll try to get new stuff soon so everybody who's watching (or visiting this profile) will hopefully be entertained with what they see.

Posted 7 years agoI kinda feel like i've been missing the mark you know? Each new picture I post now no matter what time of day it is, it barely gets up to 60-70 views from people. I admit, I wish people would look at the artwork I get and get a nice smile from it and give them more views. But it doesn't really seem like i'm getting the views for the pictures I post. Perhaps I am just merely tapering off due to the surprising One-Hit-Wonder comic I got showing me changing species to an opossum, but after that it all has been going down and man nothing really seems to really stick or catch the attention of people. Each new idea I get gets more complex and intricate or I am stuck with the idea to get dozens of comic style commissions to show all the expanded ideas I have. But does anybody really care? It seems like the second I post something lewd\adult it gets the instant spike, kinda sad to be honest since I was wanting to get more mature and clean artwork since I can have more interesting ideas there then with adult artwork. But I digress, what doe you guys REALLY want to see? Is there something specific ya'll want to see, some sort idea I haven't come up with yet (or gotten down just yet), or perhaps it's only more porn you want to see? I don't know, just let me know if there's something you want to see, take part in, or or some random idea so I don't feel like the money I spend is going towards something next to nobody will see.

Lack of art and upcoming move later this year
Posted 7 years agoHey everybody, sorry I haven't posted any new artwork or journals mentioning what I am doing lately but I am currently in the process of getting the ground work set up for me to move out of my parents place by the end of this year. Yes I know, quite lame to still be living with the family, yadda, yadda. Well for now I am restricting all upcoming artwork purchases and will NOT be getting anything else till the end of this year till after I have saved up enough and moved out since I am wanting to stockpile as much cash as possible so this means cutting back on artwork. I do however intend to be posting a couple of photos of when I was at TFF a few weeks back but am still waiting for a select few to be provided to me before posting. On the artwork side of things, I have 2 pictures that should theoretically be finished by this summer that I had already paid for that should at least help keep you guys sustained for a good bit. So don't worry, i'm not disappearing or anything like that, it's just a case of where I need to focus on saving up to move out before getting anything else that's really nice.

About adult artwork on my page
Posted 8 years agoSo I have been getting a lot of questions from other furs wondering why I have very little adult rated artwork in my gallery and seem to keep it all "general" rated. So to help answer these questions i'll do a quick Q&A thingy down below to help explain this all to everybody and hopefully solve any confusion they may have. If there's something I missed please ask it down below and i'll be sure to answer it and update it into the journal as well.
Q: Why is there almost no adult artwork of your character Karter?
A: I just have very little interest in showcasing my character in sexual aspects. I don't want to be known by other furs because everything on my account was sexual for them and being identified as the porn guy who only has sex 24\7 like what certain furs here do online.
Q: Are you only doing clean artwork because you're trying to hide something?
A: No I am not hiding or trying to be anonymous. If I was trying to hide then I wouldn't be posting artwork and sometimes asking others to join me in the pictures.
Q: Are you just one of those people that hate adult artwork and that's why you only want clean artwork?
A: No I am not one of "those" people. I just find clean artwork to better and more worthwhile.
Q: Why do you say adult artwork is not very worthwhile to you?
A: The reason I find adult artwork not very worthwhile is because there's only so many times you can see somebody getting sucked off or getting pounded before it all blurs together and loses the uniqueness to it since the idea has been done too many times. Not to mention that I can't exactly show off all the interesting pictures I get to others and non-furs if it's all porn. There's just a lack of creativity and inspiration to most of it at times.

Story cancelled!!!
Posted 8 years agoSorry everybody but the story is now not gonna happen and is forever cancelled. Due to a MAJOR falling out with 
Flynt the story "Year of the Rat. Book 1 and 2" have now been removed entirely from FA. There will be no appearances of me in the story now due to copyright issues and that we are not on the agreeable terms currently. So i'm sorry to disappoint everybody who had been waiting for the 2nd book to come out and to see my cameo appearances in it.

Well I am in it right now "technically" but all it is is pretty much a cameo in Chapter 39 for right now that's not entirely worth mentioning for the most part I suppose. Cuz right now this brief appearance of me is for a larger setup later down the road where I will then be staying as a permanent traveling companion for the story's main protagonist. So if anybody was expecting me to show up in the story or wondering why I have only appeared very briefly, don't worry, I will be arriving in the not too distant future for an even bigger role. I'll keep you all posted on it all and will include links to the story down below if you're new and want to read about the life adventures of my rat friend in a medieval time period.

Going to be in a story!
Posted 8 years agoHello everybody, it's been a while since my last journal and I do apologize if you were wanting me to stay more active then just favoriting new pictures everyday. But I have some good news! Now this has been in development for a few months now, but I am happy to announce that I will be a supporting character in a story that my friend Flynt is currently making. The story is called "Year of the Rat" and is focused on the life journey of a small rat who grows up living a difficult life during a strenuous time in a medieval fantasy period. He has made about 38 chapters at the time of this journal and is planning on having a whole lot more added. I only know small bits of the role I will be playing in this story since I asked for no spoilers, but I can assure you that my part will be coming up soon and he is planning on having me stay in the story for the majority or all the way till the end of the story. Though it may be the later. It does have an odd start with a different theme but don't worry it switches to medieval by Chapter 2. So if you want a medieval fantasy story to read with some oddities then go check it out and give the story a read, my friend would really appreciate it if you did. Or if you don't want to go through the whole thing you can just wait until my parts appear which i'll be making a journal announcing my official appearance in the story when it comes.

To all Texas furs! (event for September 24th)
Posted 9 years agoTo all furs out there from the great state of Texas, I am wanting to let you all know that I am going to be hosting a semi-event\meetup on Sept 24th (saturday) from 9AM-5PM. The event I will be loosely holding will be for us to play airsoft at the D14 field in Denton TX. I know you may be thinking, "Why airsoft? That's a pretty odd or downright bad idea for people to meetup and do stuff at." Yes that may be true, but I was thinking that it'd be a good way for us to do something active, hopefully meet some new furs, be entertained for a bit, and that we can have the opportunity to shoot our daily frustrations out on some random humans.

Concerning the recent FA blackout
Posted 9 years agoTo all the people crying "waaaah, FA went offline again, i'm quitting FA and am leaving for another art website" please go shut the fuck up. Nobody cares, honestly go ask around if you don't believe me. Yes I get the fact that you're frustrated and are not happy with what has happened, as am I. But is it really that hard to go re-upload artwork back onto this website? I have a few friends that lost their recent submissions due to the events of this blackout and sure they were a bit peeved that they had to go upload it all again but they did NOT act like crying babies when having to upload it again and cry false threats of leaving FA unlike a good majority of people here on this site. Now, I understand everybody's frustrations about this all and can see why it's justifiable since behind the scenes this makes absolutely no sense. You're gonna tell me that "somebody" just "happened" to obtain all the special information to FA's website via flashdrive while at a con and then proceeded to attack this website? Seems kinda fishy don't you agree? And how come this "glorious" website is still MASSIVELY behind on features (and some common sense) compared to other furry art sites? Because it's showing here with this recent attack where you were only able to get a previous saved version from well over a week ago. And I know for a fact that companies backup their information every single day\night. So why is it that FA only saves data once a week? That's just begging for issues. I've worked for several massive companies and they ALWAYS backed up their information no matter how little they used it since it was important to make sure nothing got destroyed or lost. So anyways, stop acting like crying wussy babies about needing to re-upload due to this blackout and posting your false threats of leaving FA, cuz nobody cares whatsoever.
Concerning the past month
Posted 9 years agoTo all the people I normally talked to on a normal (or semi) regular basis, I would like to apologize for being very uninterested or downright annoyed at almost everything as of late. Things have been....."frustratingly difficult" , as of late that I just am in no mood to talk to people or do much in this current state\time since I know that I will snap from "something" eventually and I don't intend to cause unnecessary issues with those that I talk to. There's even a couple of people i've been meaning to talk to as well that I was wanting to talk to but my current mood is just making me push that priority to the side (when I shouldn't be). So yeah, sorry for not talking much and to those that I would normally talk to and I am hoping this issue hopefully gets fixed soon. And in other news, I will be getting two more art pieces eventually, so stay posted.
Back from TFF 2016

What do you look like? : A thin average looking opossum
What is your gender? : Male
How tall are you? : 5ft 10in
How is the best way to find you? : I'll probably be the only opossum at the con, so look for the large tail.
If I see you, how should I get your attention? : Just come up and say hello to me. Meeting new people is nice.
Are there any panels/events you might be attending? : I'll be attending the masquerade ball with
Will you be going to parties? : Oh hell no! Too many people that I don't know or want to be around.
Will you be fursuiting? : Sadly no, but i'm going to try and get a fursuit next year.
Can I talk to you? : Of course! Just come up and say hello.
Can I hug or snuggle with you? : Either one is fine with me.
Can I buy you drinks? : Sure, but i'm not gonna be driving though.
Can I give you stuff? : Depends on what it is, but I wouldn't say no.

What/where will you be eating? : Will be eating at Sushi Envy with a few friends on saturday, but will then be eating food at the con the rest of the time.

Posted 10 years agoThe best is yet to come! Ok in all seriousness I do have several things coming out semi-soon that'll be pretty great. Such things will be; the final showing of me as my fox-self before I permanently stay as an opossum, several new art pieces i'm getting done, and even my partial suit which I should "theoretically" have done within a month or two. So stayed tuned, because the best is yet to come!
