After months of making more soap, I can finally re-open my etsy shop!

It took a while to restock cause I can only stand up for so long and these are labor intensive lol.

Yehhhhhhhh with Paypal's track record of banning furries, I'm going to wait a good month or two to see if anything happens with this new shinies thing. Neer keeps saying that Paypal is okay with this, but they have banned people before for even mentioning Furaffinity in their paypal notes. Call me paranoid but I just don't trust this yet.

Hello friends!

You guys know me as a person who is prone to overworking to the point of burnout. I felt pretty sickly the last few weeks of April and it gave me a poor start to my Patreon stuff. Rewards are finally done that are owed from last month, and I'll be uploading them soon.

So, I am taking a little vacation until the 13th where I can rest and catch up on sleep. I have other projects I want to work on too, so I hope to have a nice break and spend time with my loves and not make myself sick by overworking.

Other news. There is going to be a big price hike for commission work. My boyfriend who has his own business told me that I honestly need to charge twice as much as I am now and go back to flat pricing. However, I will honor all agreements before hand, and I aim to get that done for JUNE. So, if you want cheap commissions before then, feel free to fill out a form and I'll get back to youwhen I have the time to set things up :3 I apologize it's something that really needs to be done.

My Gofundme is still going, and one whole entire debt is completely cleared! That just leaves a few others and I'll be completely medical debt free for the first time in years :,3. I am so grateful to everyone for their help with this. I am honored.

WOW that was an old journal up.

- I am making soap again, and I hope to have my etsy shop open again in April. All my stickers and such came in and it's just making the soap. I'll also be making bath bombs too! Someone asked if I could make lotion and I don't know how yet, but I'll see if it's something I can get into.

- My millipedes are still fine. Only two are active and the rest are still hibernating. I will need to order more substrate and replace it all, so I'll wait till next month to do so when they naturally start waking up. These are my state native species, Smokey Oak and North American Giant millipedes.

- I am still open for hourly commissions as I work on backlog. If you'd like one you can note me or shoot me a message on discord at KeetahSpacecat #0414. I run around a lot so please be patient if you send a message and I don't get back to you right away. I'm either afk, working, or sleeping <3

- I am working on figuring out a way to make a form that people can send in as a commission waitlist. I'll be playing around with google docs with it but I'll still need to make the sheet public. I can make it that you can chose to have your name listed as Anon or not.

Remember, any art you get from me can be private. There is no extra charge for it and I am actually kinda shocked that some people do charge for it. So yeah, if you want your art to be be private or anonymous, just let me know and it'll all be good.

- I'm doing my best in writing stories but it's harder than just drawing. Seriously, mad respect to all your prose writers out there. Goddamn.

- I am physically doing fine. I need to call and schedule a mammogram for a check up and work on eating good food.

Looks like my idea of doing delivery app stuff on the side in order to make the rent now isn't going to work. Apparently, there's nothing for my city. Nothing. So I ended up wasting time and money getting ready for a job that doesn't exist. Great. At least I can use the insulated bag for our own groceries and the like.

I wanna know if there will be people who would be up to buying time slots or something. I already do this with one client.

Pretty much, you chose the day and the hours and I will just do nothing but sit and draw for you. I'll work with you on discord and pass regular updates as I draw. For now it'll be a once a week thing, and it's 15$ an hour. I'd like to know if anyone would be interested in something like that so I can make rent and not have to try the horrors of retail again.

Pretty much my bones are awful and my anxiety is awful and standing up for more than two hours at a time puts me in a tremendous amount of pain. I'm very hard of hearing and I can't lift more than 20lbs or so. But I don't qualify for disability >:(.

You can read about it here. There's a cat that belongs to my landlord that is totally sweet and wonderful. She started wheezing a lot and I can't just let her sit there without medical care, so I took her to the vet.

They won't be able to do much without an invasive exam where they have to put her under. So today they took some samples and gave her shots and the bill was way over what I had.

Hello Friends, it's a few weeks into the new year. I'm working pretty much non stop, and i hope soon that my backlog will be finished. I'll be instituting a First in First out style list, where i'll take maybe three people at a time from a list and finish them one at a time in order.

That way, if I get sick (like I am prone to do) or something serious happens, I can refund the person's comm I started working on. Hopefully that will be easy for all of us. I'll have to make up a way of people easily getting on a list, probably by google docs or so so people can just submit and i'll get around to them.

In other news my commiss.io page is up and I'll be getting more digital downloads for it soon! And also look forward to some bigass bathbombs coming to my etsy shop. I've never made bathbombs before, but it's fun learning how to do so <3 I got some testers for those to make sure I don't sell a product that will stain everything x< I'm using polysorbate with mica so hopefully it'll work out. Seriously these are like baseball sized bombs no teeny ones from me unless they are in a set.

Also, my friend  not-fun has been diagnosed with breast cancer. He's been my friend for over a decade and is the coolest dude. If you guys have anything to spare he could use some steady uber/transport funds so he can get to his doc appointments. I'm going to start participating in TF Tuesday a lot more often. So post in this journal what kinda animals/triggers you'd like to see. Extra points for 'unloved' animals that are very rarely represented. Some examples are wombats, sloths, chameleons, ect. There are a lot of wolves and foxes XD There is nothing wrong with wolves and foxes, I just hope to bring awareness to animals that people may not even heard of, along with their plight and possibly links to charities looking to preserve them.

Like did you know, that there are only 23 Hainan gibbons left in the whole world?

We see a lot of tigers, pandas, and island foxes, but not many people know about pangolins, vaquita, and kakapo! They all deserve awareness :3
