Frustration
Posted 2 years agoI have been busy with several projects - I am making branding for some companies and while that is somewhat fun, it's just logo and flier work where I can't really express my creativity that much. I miss drawing stuff I actually enjoy. I should market more telegram and emote commissions that I really enjoy doing but I barely have time to advertise!
Anyway if you are interested in that sort of stuff, feel free to poke me of course haha.
I don't mind working for free if it is a good cause. I know working for free even if I wanted to do it generally is not good for the industry in the first place, even if I wanted to do that. I might do some giveaways regardless in the future when I'm not sure what I want to draw on my free time.
But my frustration mainly comes from working with this charity organization. I am a philanthropic person, so I like to do some good especially if it comes to working with animals. I suggested my boss I could make some merch related to an upcoming project which could improve revenue streams for the charity org. Originally my boss was very interested and excited. I presented them with some sketches, but I was mostly ignored and my boss instead linked some pictures "they made themselves". However, for me it didn't take long to understand all these pictures were made via AI.
I think AI has benefits but using unedited (or even lightly edited) AI images in merch is... not right.
I am a little bummed because my handmade concepts were not taken even into consideration.
I wish people had some sense where and when it is appropriate use these new technologies.

YCHs and commissions
Posted 3 years agoHey all,
I have some YCHs open for telegram stickers. I will probably post more adoptables soon too. ^_^
I have been extremely addicted to drawing lately.
If you even consider buying some of the slots on my YCHs, I am very grateful!
I also have sticker commissions open for now in the commission tab for customs if the YCH ones don't have the desirable emotions.
Thank you so much for over 30 watchers, I'll probably do a raffle for free art after 50-100 watchers.

Summer almost gone
Posted 3 years agoBeen busy doing some other work and school is starting soon again.
Summer went by so fast.
I will get less money during my studies from now on so I may have to find a part time job or maybe do some more commissions.
I am considering doing telegram/discord sticker commissions similar to this submission but not sure if YCH stickers or straight up commissions would be a good idea ^^;
Suppose I'll think about it.

Small update
Posted 3 years agoI had to fly to Finland for a small period - not something I want because all my social life is in Denmark.
I am very tired from traveling so haven't been able to do much about my pile of sketches or other plans sadly.
Feeling a bit down and tired so I am mostly sleeping.
However, the weather is great! The sun is lifting my moods a bit.
Hope ya'll having good time~

Amazing support, thank you <3
Posted 3 years agoFirst, big thanks to
muramuri for giving me a boost after joining here!
Also, thank you all for giving me a watch and warm welcome. Every comment has made me feel more confident about putting effort into this platform and improving my art.
Next my plan is to draw something here every day and be active. I want to support fellow artists too.
But due to some of irl time restrictions such as school I may not be active every day... though I'd rather spend the time drawing and chatting here. However, sometimes I am just forced to focus a bit on a school project instead. >.>;; But I usually draw during the evenings while watching tv and relaxing anyways.
Many thanks for the support!

Hey, I am new here!
Posted 3 years agoHey all, I hope to make some new friends on this platform. ^_^
So first I would like to introduce myself~
I go by the name Keke, my fursona is black&white cardigan corgi, and I prefer they/them pronouns.
I am from Finland but reside in Denmark and I study in a university.
My plans for this platform are to improve my art, make some new friends in the furry community and find some amazing artists.
Hopefully I can make some art quickly to have something to show on my gallery. I am planning to make some telegram/discord sticker YCHs because I really enjoy making those and I need some extra cash for (alarmingly rising) living expenses.
Whoever reads this, I hope you have a wonderful day and feel free to comment to show me your gallery so I can start browsing some friendly artist art~
