Posted 18 years agoIf anyone is interested, which I doubt, I'm open for commissions again. I'm willing to pixel for you, or draw. I've decided to go with a base price of $10 for a piece of drawn art (regardless of what you want, or want done, within reason) and $2 per pixel piece. Add $2 for adult content. =3
Am I Diseased?
Posted 18 years agoLately I feel like I must be diseased or afflicted with some other ailment that drives people away. Those whom I thought were very good friends-loved ones, even-seem to avoid me. Or, worse, lie to me or make feeble excuses as to why I seem to be unworthy to talk to anymore.
It's not fair that those closest to us can-and are-the ones to cut you the deepest. It's just not right. They're supposed to be the ones there to help you feel better when others hurt you or the world turns its back on you. When your safe haven is the source of the pain, where are you supposed to turn then?
My thoughts and emotions have been in such a jumble these past few weeks. I just don't know where to start. I have no off-line friends to speak of, no life, no vehicle, and no chance of anything of importance-other than pain-happening.
There are very few things I've ever asked for in life-substancial things-and I don't think any of them are terribly large things. Most want fame, fortune, glory... I want none of these. I don't want to be anyone important. I don't want to be rich. But what I do want seems just as far out of reach...

Posted 19 years agoyou know, i don't think it's fair that people bitch at others for 'stealing poses'. that's like saying you're stealing my color palette. no one has rights to COLOR. unless it's a patented color. and there are a few out there. like Ford blue (i think that's what it's called). but you see what i'm saying? there are NO original poses anymore. as many artists as there are in the world ALL poses have been used a bajillion times. so how can people bitch that you've blatantly ripped off someone else's pose? they didn't CREATE that pose. and i'm sure that person got it from someone else. i mean, i can understand if the STYLE of your picture looks like someone else's. then i can see someone saying something about your ripping off someone's STYLE. but pose? no.
i don't know... maybe it's just me...

Posted 19 years agoOk, so the commissions-again-didn't work. So, it's back to the same-old same-old. Except this time, I'm stealing something out of Topaz 's journal.
Like Topaz, I will do 4 images. 2 from here, and 2 from SA. However, I will not demand that you do this as well. You may, however, choose between a traditional piece and a doll. AND you must give me a good reason why I should choose you over everyone else. Don't worry, I doubt this will be the last time I do this.

I have three weeks to come up with almost four thousand dollars. I have no idea how I'm going to do it, save asking for help.
So, the help I ask from you is in the form of commissions. Please. I'm willing to do traditional art, pixel work... Whatever I can. I'm willing to try almost anything at this point.
Below are the prices I'm asking. I don't think they're asking too much...
*I color in colored pencil because I don't do well with marker or CG, but if you wish me to try these mediums instead, please add an extra $1*
These prices are for one character on a white background. Please add $1 for each additional character, and $2 for a background.
Pencil Sketch: $5
Inked (in black): $7
Inked (in color): $9
Inked in black and colored: $10
Inked in color and colored: $12
Set of 5 pixels: $15
*you specify what you want, and I'll do my best to accomidate you.*
If it is a doll you wish, it must be done on one of my bases (which I will link you to) or you may choose one of these bases by Feymeggan, whom has been gracious enough to allow me to use her pixel work for my own monitary reasons.
