As some of you may know, Twitter reportedly is going to remove the block feature for users. So this means accounts you have blocked will now be able to see your twitter feed but not be able to interact with it. Personally I don't have much to hide on my main so I'm not upset at it but I know this is something MANY users do not approve off. I'm hoping you won't be able to see these tweets publicly on your timeline either... Yesterday has been a big day for bluesky since many profiles are now migrating over there and I have a feeling this may have been the final nail in the coffin. Previously accounts would join bsky and come back to twitter a week later but I have a feeling activity on bsky is gong to grow a lot more now soooo... I'm joining them lol.

No this doesn't mean I'm leaving Twitter to live in the sky where it's blue. I'll still continue using the cartoon butthole symbol website but I'm going to start taking bsky more seriously now and try to be more active there. Unfortunately, a lot of features are still missing there so I hope they act on it quick but also not rush everything.

ART RAFFLE

So about that art raffle? Yeah we're coming up to 250 watchers on this account very soon. TBH I'm going to cheat and have some pre-ready since I may be busy on certain days. I hope to finish this challenge since I believe I've never finished one of these challenges before. So a cute vixen drawing for each 31 days of October! All dedicated to our former US president, Jimmy Carter.

A year ago, December 2022 to be exact, I wrote a journal entry asking my watchers what their furry con experience was like. I received many answers ranging from everybody being kind to not being as fun without a friend. Despite all that it didn't really matter that much since there weren't any local cons near me nor did I have the time and money to travel a across the country for one...

UNTIL NOW!
On May of 2023 it was announced that a new furry convention would be opening up. Garden State Fur The Weekend in New Jersey, where I'm from. Me alongside other jersey furs were absolutely hyped about it. Especially since the last NJ con was waaaaay back in like the early 2010s(geez). So this was a first for not just myself but many others. My experience was very eventful. Lots of fursuiting, dancing, sharing art, and fun panels. I dressed up as Bubsy Bobcat and thankfully it gave out lots of smiles and happiness rather then that annoying angry gamer I met at NY Comic-Con lol. I will agree that bringing a friend along is HIGHLY recommended. Most grouped I tried to get involved in had friends of their own to talk to and I was mostly ignored lol. I completely understand and I won't bash on people for that. So the panels I attended weren't that many but it was still fun nevertheless.

What kind of rubbed me the wrong way was the fact that there were some sexual pieces on display in the dealers den. The con was meant to be a family friendly convention where kids and parents are welcome during the day yet there were plenty of sexual works hung up, censored of course, but still on display for kids to see. I have nothing wrong with selling nsfw stuff, I draw it myself for crying out loud, but when kids are able to see that stuff it just really rubs me the wrong way. Besides that I had a blast and a fun time. Knowing how much money we raised, the friends I made for the con, art I shared, and confirmation that the con will be coming back next year. All made me shed a tear of happiness. No joke. I'm so happy that I was finally able to attend my first furry-focused con and happy that it was here in New Jersey. I hope to come back again for 2025.

Also, I will be attending AnthroCon in Pittsburgh this year so I hope to see some of you there :)

It's been a while since I shared with you all what's been going on. August 29th marked my 23rd birthday and boy oh boy... Time sure is going by faster every year. Still working an okay job but I really do want to move on to something greater... I STILL don't have my driver's license yet but I hope to change that in a few weeks when I finally take my test again. I believe I can do it now after studying for hours and hours online and with the help of my family members. But yeah... Here's to this new year of my life being a life-changer.

I'm coming back to New York Comic-Con!
Over the summer I decided that 2022 was going to be my final year for NYCC. Prices just keep increasing and the management is always a mess. But my god I couldn't help it! I bought a ticket at the beginning of August and now I'm officially going! I have a lot of guests I'm looking forward too such as Rob Paulsen, Maurice LaMarche, and Dee-Bradley Baker among many others. Also if any of you have been watching my Instagram or Twitter... I've been working on a Bubsy Bobcat cosplay. Yeah I know... Worst video game ever, what could possibly go wrong, blah blah blah. He's a huge favorite of mine so why not? I will be reopening commissions again later this week after my short hiatus from it. I completely forgot to advertise my past commission opening last month but for those here wanting one you'll soon get your chance! I will be open to doing SFW and NSFW works. Something else I want to bring up is how happy I feel about being a part of the furry community. I don’t actually HATE my characters but man are they really bland? They all have such one sided personalities. Carmelha is just an angry and tough red panda, Bunny is a shy-nervous rabbit(literally the same as one of my other human characters), and Vicky is… Vicky. I have no clue how to describe her.

And now I realize why it’s so difficult for me to come up with scenarios for them.

I’m going to be taking a hiatus from the three for now to develop them more and give ‘em more character instead of just making “sexy hot poses” over and over.

This year has been an unexpected and wild one. I created my FurAffinity account on April and met some wonderful artists I’m super grateful to speak with. For a long time I had a small vendetta against furries but after drawing anthro animals, and looking at some artwork. I’ve come to appreciate and fall in love the furry community. All because I saw a cute bunny girl on a carrot package at my job.

This was also the year I created and uploaded two professionally made YouTube videos(mostly revolving around Felix The Cat). I hope to apply for monetization. Creating Vicky The Raccoon, Carmelha, Bunni, and The Bodega Cats were one of the greatest things in 2022.
