2021 Prices Poll OPEN [Feedback appreciated!]
Posted 4 years agoA new year means new commission prices! As of now, I'm closed for any new commissions and my estimated opening date has been pushed back for the end of February. I'm trying to settle on how to go about raising my prices for this next opening, and thought it might be nice to actually hear back from those of you who follow me.
So if you're a fellow artist, or are someone who regularly commissions, I would greatly appreciate it if you filled out the following form!

Basically, I want to know what your guys' price range is and what you think my art is worth. I need to raise my prices because interest has grown a lot over the last two years, and I have grown considerably as an artist since I first began commissions. Every year, I learn something new and further develop my work. Which results in things taking longer to finish, and me not being paid for the time actually spent on commissions, and then I end up overworking myself. I want to avoid that this year, it's a sort of resolution I'd like to make!

I'm taking October off as a recovery month due to IRL being chaotic (ayyy). Most of you don’t follow my twitter or instagram but basically my mom had spinal surgery and has been going up and down so I’ve been stuck at my grandparents to help watch over her and make sure she recovers right. So because of this I’m lagging behind a bit and want to use October as a nice chunk of time to focus on catching up on Homework and owed art :D
I'll be taking commissions a month in advance for November and December! Last opening for the year. In 2021 I plan on raising my prices so get em now while you can

Updating Gallery!
Posted 5 years agoI'm finally getting around to updating my gallery here on FA of works from all the way back to 2018! I'm not sure how far along I'll get but I'm mostly focusing on posting references, scenes, and chibis since those are my most popular commissions. I'll try avoiding types that aren't available as commisisons.
So just a heads up that there may be a bit of a spam from me and I apologize :"D Hopefully I can get pretty caught up to my other social medias so I can post everything on time here on out! Let's gooooo
EDIT: 7 hours later and multiple of those spent listening to Caramelldansen and smooooch and I've finally more or less caught this gallery up with my other accounts! I haven't uploaded my Patreon rewards yet which are almost two years worth of artwork, but I'll get around to doing that in another spam dump. I think roughlky 200+ drawings uploaded in one day is enough, lol. That's almost 30 pics an hour I just posted. Godspeed.

Commissions Closing on Sunday until August!
Posted 5 years agoJust a heads up for those of you who are wanting to commission me!! I’m taking July off as a break from commissions (aside from Patron’s, prescheduled or bigger ones like animations) to focus on personal art as well as art fight!
I’ve seen a few people fill out the form so once I close I’ll be contacting those of you who’ve filled it to fit you guys onto the June queue!

Just a heads up, though, for anyone interested - this queue will most likely roll over a bit into MAY due to a few things...

Hurricane Dorian
Posted 6 years agoPPL WAITING FOR COMMISSIONS PLS READ
Ooookay so I get outta work in like, 5 hours...after that I gotta run around and go hunting for water and whatnot. Gonna be hit with a cat 4 hurricane SPOT ON...center of the storm, babeyyy
Anyway I'll TRYYYY to get some art done in my downtime between hurricane prep (i gotta clean the house, maybe board up if our landlords...have shutters, store expensive things in the closets etc)
But in the meantime, comms are temporarily on a hiatus! I don't think I'll use my tablet during the storm cause I don't wanna risk power going out...losing progress, ooor killing my tablet because of it fhfhfh. That's an Expensive Thing that gets to go in a closet, too, so.
After that, things will return to normal, I'm sorry about the unexpected commission delay >:O my name might be Stormy but unfortunately I don't control the weather haha

Alrighty well, I guess that hold was for nothing on my end and yours :"D the weather channel and everyone made it sound like Dorian was going to have an actual impact here on the east coast of Florida but...everything they predicted was wrong.
SO. Despite this journal I've been working a little on art between watching the news and prepping for...nothing.
I'll be drawing again tomorrow, getting WIPs sent out to everyone on my list who've requested them! For the most part, the list isn't too large c: I caught up with overdue patreon rewards (which were also on pause because of this) aside from two sketches, and some comms.
Thursday and Friday will be 10 hour days at work to make up for the rest of the week, and I'll be doing some homework catch up as well over the weekend, but should still have time for everything else!!
Thanks for your understanding everyone, I can't wait to get back to normal again and get these boards off our windows. It makes me sleepier than I've ever been, with it pitch black inside without our lights on >:U

New NSFW Only Account

I've finally decided to update this journal and wipe out the original, no longer making my NSFW FA public on this account. So it's no longer one of the first things people will see when they look at my journals. Especially possible employers, or friends and my sibling who I'd prefer to keep separate from that.
If you want my username for my NSFW account just note me and I'll send you a link! :)
ATM I'm working on clearing my NSFW favorites here, and trying to transfer everything over to my NSFW alt. Though, that's a work in progress haha.

Posted 6 years agoAs of today my work study at my college has been cut down from 20 hours a week to 15, which is cutting about $60 weekly from my paycheck. It costs $60 weekly to pay for gas to go between home and campus.
