Hi everyone,

I usually don’t share personal stuff like this, but I’ve been going through a really tough time lately. My building manager turned out to be a scammer who was charging us triple the normal fees for so-called “repairs” that didn’t really happen. For over two months, I’ve been caught in a constant battle with her, the other neighbors, and even had to get my lawyer involved to try and sort things out.

Finally, after a lot of stress, legal work, and endless paperwork, she resigned. While this is a huge relief, the whole situation left me financially drained. I ended up owing around $500 in unpaid building fees, and it set me back on my commissions and work. Honestly, I’m almost broke from all of this.

Because of that, I’m opening commission slots and offering significant discounts to help me get back on track. Here’s what I’m offering right now:

10% off flat colors
15% off cell shaded
20% off full shaded pieces
