Hi, all, long time no see. I don't want to get deep into why or what happened, but 2022 was the point of no return for a lot of things. My relationship ended and it wasn't pretty, sums it all up for the most part. I've moved on, and part of that is leaving this account. I haven't quite decided if I want to leave this page up or hide it. It feels like a memorial of another life I had, one I don't want to look at or wish to visit anymore. If I leave it open it'll be for you and anyone else who actually enjoy my gallery.

I want to thank all of you who watched and favorited and commented here. You are what made good memories that will last long after this account has been abandoned, and I hope to make more with you moving forward into 2023 and the future of my new account. I already have my new account up and running. I feel I'm in a good place to finally announce it, so please come follow over at  Fish_boned !

So I changed majors since starting school again last fall. I'm going back to what I know best, despite my depression and family life holding me back a lot, I found out last semester that I will forever be a slave to art. I want to work on improving over the summer with some wildlife sketches (since the study of animals and supernatural creatures will likely be my focus), and thought I'd ask you guys for help with suggestions. Not going to guarantee that you'll see what you submit, but sharing is fun. What animals (alive, dead, fictional) would you like to see more art of?

I found the above story on the front page of Yahoo today. Watching it made me happy and hopeful for our future as a supportive and understanding people, and it made me wonder... would I be considered male right now had I more understanding parents? They claim I was traumatized at a young age by a little boy who tried to look under my skirt (school uniform). Would that really affect one in such a way that I'd never want to wear dresses again. That I'd only be happy with my hair short. I'd never want to play with dolls unless they were animals dressed in clothes. I had some Ken dolls growing up when my parents tried to encourage me into more feminine toys, but I hardly touched them and when playing house I was always a husband or son. In the end I preferred asking for Hot Wheels when I was at McDonalds when they had the boy/girl toys of either Polly Pocket or cars. To this day when I need to shave or am advised to wear something more 'womanly' to an interview, or my dad bashes my haircut after getting back from the hair dresser... I feel like I was kicked in the gut and I want to find a dark hole to hide and cry in. This society of 'norms' for genders makes me sick and fear for others like myself who struggle with what to associate themselves as. Until I got with my mates I was always ambiguous about my gender online. If I had to list a gender at all it was always male. Or I was nothing, as it was the closest representation of my actual feelings of my gender. Now I feel like I can associate myself more as something. Because I'm accepted as I am. And I'm happy. There's still conflict with my family and the rest of society, and it took a long time to find this point of 'neutral', but when there is time there is hope. I'm older than my loves, but I'm still young. I need to remind myself that.


...I don't know where I'm going with this. I guess I related to the news story more than I had thought. Certainly didn't intend to type out a sob story, especially since I doubt anyone reads my journals, but it's written out now... and I kinda like it. I can't save, so might as well post. The one thing I love about this place. We're all accepted here. Let's keep doing that.

I finally filled it out. It'll certainly be easier to edit than a commission sheet picture, which is now in scraps and is NO LONGER valid as I've changed prices. Yeah, I changed prices again. I'm trying to swallow my pride and actually up them without looking self conceited. I got so many comments on my commission sheet when I posted it, that I decided why not. I don't get a lot of people clamoring to get my stuff with my drawings being the price of peanuts anyway.

Our home computer has major bugs or something. Dad freaks out over everything it does and he unplugged it before i got to look at it myself so he's taking it for repairs. some year. fantastic.

So no digital art for a while. or posting anything really. Commissions are taking even longer now even after I got over my "rut". And to top that off my phone won't let me access Skype anymore for reasons unknown. I'll keep trying but in case my mates think I fell off the face of the earth again, don't worry, i didn't.

Laptop is STILL down after how many years, but dad says our computer guy does laptops now so maybe i'll finally get it fixed. lolprobablynot
