Posted 9 years agoWelp. I'm still here. I'm slowly creeping out of a severe art block. My daughter is now 3 years old. I've mainly just been working and raising her. She's sassy and adorable. And loves Pokemon. Heehee. It's been almost a full year since I last posted a journal.

Posted 11 years agoYes. I am alive. And very inactive on the art front, except for the occasional comment and favorite. I've just hit like, this wall. I don't really wanna draw anything. Or write. Or do anything. Except be lazy and watch TV and play FFXIV and lounge with Booger.
Booger is our nickname for Abby. I dunno why, but it just stuck.
She's 1 now. Such a big girl. She's trying to walk, but for the most part, just likes to stand up and walk along things, like the couch. And she's trying very hard to talk. She, in what we call C'thuluing, babbles all day. And likes to give people her toys. And then asks for them back. She points now too, so we're doing the game where she points and Mommy or Daddy will tell her what it is.
That's probably why I haven't been drawing much. Baby time. Lol.

Permanent (1S) in Notifications?
Posted 12 years agoIs anyone else having this problem? I've got a permanent (1S) notification, even though I've nuked them all. And I'm definitely not on the SFW option, so its not like a hidden-mature submission.

Posted 12 years agoSorry for the lull in activity all of a sudden. With the holidays and us running around, on top of me not feeling too well, I just haven't had time to get on the computer.
Plus, Abby's growing more and more, she requires a slightly more watchful eye. That and she likes it when we pay attention to her and cries if we leave her line of sight. She's like a video game enemy.
I promise to get out my chibi commissions soon. Now the holidays are over, I'll have more time for the computer.

Posted 12 years agoHey everyone. :3 Abby's 2 month appointment is on Wednesday and since she's getting her immunizations, I took off work for Thursday too. And since I'll be home all day and so will 
, I'll have some free time.
Would y'all be interested in some stream commissions? They'll be chibis or monotone portraits or something easy for me.

Posted 12 years agoOk! So. First off. Gave birth to a healthy baby girl. She weighed 5 pounds 10 ounces and was 18 inches long. She was a little early, 22 days really. But she's not technically a premie cuz she weighs enough.
Omg. I'm tired. So. Incredibly. Tired. All the time. I knew this wouldn't be easy, but sooooooooo tired. Ugh.
But all in all, I'd say we're doing good. At least that's what everyone keeps telling us. Lol.

Impromptu Hiatus - Baby
Posted 12 years agoHey everyone. Due to some complications, my baby's being delivered early. Like, tomorrow early.
Because of the complications, it's gonna be a C-Section. Therefore, I'm gonna be away for a little. And then at least for a couple weeks to take care of Abigail.
I'll try to keep everyone posted and be back on soon. But this is terrifyingly new to me so I dunno how long I'll be away. Wish us luck!!!

~ I reserve the right to refuse any commission. There are some things I don't feel comfortable drawing, and I tried my best to list them all in my price guide.
~ I reserve the right to re-post any commission to my gallery. Commissioners may re-post their purchased commission to their account, with proper credit given to me. All character credit and rights will be posted in the commission.
~ All commissioned subjects must be within proper copyright. I would like to not draw someone else's character without their permission.
~ Commissioners may not use MY art for monetary gain, for any kind of profit.
~ Payment is to be made via PayPal only and in the form of USD (United States Dollar). Upon accepting your commission, I'll give you my PayPal.
~ Payment can be made in halves for anything $20 and up. Half at the start, half at the end. For anything under $20, payment can be made in full. After receiving payment, I will e-mail you the commission and post it.
~ I can work with deadlines, but please do not commission something large and expect it within the day. A good rule of thumb is that I can usually have it done a week from the day you commission me. (Ex: Monday June 3, should be completed by Monday June 10.) I will inform you if I am running behind, please understand that life can get in the way.
~ I am 100% OK with sending any WIP(s). I will try to send you a WIP at every step (sketch, lineart, color, etc). If I receive no feedback, the commission will be on hold until I do.
