COMMISSIONS THEMSELVES:
*All fanart is just that-- fanart. This means that while Kitten Blue Studios sells art for a profit, Kitten Blue Studios does not claim to own any of the characters of any anime, movies, books, comics, video games, or anything else of that nature. That being said, you may commission Kitten Blue Studios for existing characters as FANART commissions unless they are privately owned characters such as fursonas. These commissions are not exclusive to buyers and can be resold, as any characters are not theirs nor mine, however, the art is mine. Privately owned character art need permissions by all character owners. This excludes DISNEY characters as Kitten Blue Studios will not draw Disney characters due to their strict guidelines on fanart.
*All custom character art--such as my character "Kitten Blue"-- can not be resold by myself or the buyer(the buyer meaning the client or customer, not just the paying party, but all who come to own the art that is commissioned from Kitten Blue Studios) unless agreements are made before purchasing of any commission. The art is exclusively for personal use--badges for conventions, a picture on the wall, a desktop. Commissions are not sold for commercial purposes such as reselling on cups, hats, as a logo, print, or anything else. By commissioning Kitten Blue Studios you agree not to use any of Kitten Blue Studios art for commercial use unless agreed upon via contract at a higher price paid in full before the commission is completed. Kitten Blue Studios does, however, reserve the right to showcase your commissions as part of their portfolio as an example of their art skill.
*I will not depict the following: Rape, abuse, force, suffocation, under age characters in sexual circumstances, fecal matter, urine, vore, suicide, or self mutilation. I will depict violent scenes, but I will not depict them in a matter that makes them sexual in anyway shape or form. I will only depict Ferals with other ferals. I have the right to refuse your commission request for any reason. Please respect this.
*When commissioning NSFW(Not Safe For Work) commissions, you may commission depiction of shipping with characters in my gallery in my art only. You may not commission my characters through other artists without my permission, and if permission is given, I am to receive copies because they are MY characters. There is a 'Rental Fee' to use Razzle Dazzle, Karma Charmer, and other characters in my gallery. You may Note me with questions.
*When asking about NSFW art examples at all, you are agreeing you are above the age of 18 years of age by legal united states of America standards. You, or your parents/guardians, are completely responsible for your own actions as far as your age and sexual content at this point due to lack of supervision on the internet or website blocking.
COMMISSION PRICES:
*All commissions are paid for up front. This means that all commissions are paid for before the commission is completed. This prevents loss of time and effort on the artist's part. Kitten Blue Studios will present you with the means to contact them. If you wish to compromise on this, we may come to a half now half later agreement, but never a full payment after completion. I will not risk putting several hours of work in for free. This is my job, not my hobby.
*Please remember that commission prices vary by commission. What seems like a simple change to you, may not be a simple change to me between two characters and can potentially alter the pricing. If you become argumentative, I may back out of the potential deal, as I am not willing to work with people who do not show me the same respect I show them.
*Prices are negotiable to an extent. Art trades are only accepted for up to only 1/2 of the price of a $40.00 USD+ commission I do not accept the Art Trade as the first half of payment, before you get the unwatermarked full commission you must present your art trade. Art that is given MUST BE WORTH THE MONEY YOU HAVE LEFT TO PAY. That being said, The higher price of what's left to pay, the better quality art you must give me.
COMMISSION DEADLINES
*All commissions do not have deadlines unless laid out before hand. This being said, be very clear about what you want and when and we will let you know if that is clearly something we can do. We plan out our commissions carefully so that everyone gets their commissions done in a timely manner.
*IF YOUR COMMISSION IS TIME SENSITIVE YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO RESPOND TO MSGS IMMEDIATELY. GIVE ME CONTACT INFO ON HOW TO REACH YOU EFFECTIVELY DURING THE DAY.
COMMISSION CHANGES
*All changes to poses, character lineart, positioning, anything of that nature MUST BE SPOKEN UP ABOUT BEFORE YOU SAY "IT LOOKS GOOD" OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT DURING SKETCH WIP PHASE. This is to prevent doing extra work. In short: CHANGE BEFORE PRAISE.
*All changes in color, marking placement, and anything of that nature MUST BE SPOKEN UP ABOUT BEFORE SHADING. This prevents extra work on my part. CHANGE BEFORE PRAISE
*You WILL be charged extra for changes made that cause me to do extra work because I will have asked you to read my terms and conditions. CHANGE BEFORE PRAISE

*You will pay upfront.
*You will not make changes past certain points in which make sense to make those changes in. If you do, you will be charged extra.
*Your art does not come with a set deadline for completion unless you speak up.
*More detail=more work=you get charged more.

Posted 9 years agoI just wanted to thank everyone for the watches, and I'm sorry for the mass upload today! I bought a lot of characters recently because I have plans! I have some more I am working on to upload but those are on the back burner until I get commissions done!!!

Keep in mind I will add simple backgrounds. I don't do full backgrounds unless paid a lot of money, guys. It's really time consuming. Time is money. Unlike others, this is my legit job. I don't get paid hourly. I get paid per art piece. My prices are really low, considering.
