I'm gonna make myself a nice list so I can get through my queue. I feel like I know everyone on my queue but just in case please note me. Posted 9 years agoI just want to say i was able to get my kitty to the vet today and they arent too concerned about the lumps and i have to monitor them for a month but he has medicine for his vomiting and a new food regimen. He also had ear mites so his ears were cleaned and I got medicine for that as well. I also had him tested for leukemia just to be safe. The bill was only $140! so i got lucky there!! again THANK YOU ALL SOO MUCH <3

Posted 9 years agoWorking on some adopts and might take more commissions because I need to bring my cat to the vet. He has had massive lumps in his groin for about a month now but now he is also vomiting and its really worrying me. I havent had the opportunity to take him to the vet yet to get him checked out because ive been tight on bills this month. I feel like he might have a hernia but i dont know its really scaring me. D; He has been acting more needy and talkative than normal as well and i feel like he is trying to tell me something.
I will be taking 5 commissions. but i do need around $300 ASAP. (hopefully the bill isnt more than that)

For the first time in like 2 years I will be doing an art auction!
You name it ill draw it. (As long as it abides to my TOS)
Now you may be thinking that 8 hours isnt a lot of time, but this is 8 hours of PURE DRAWING TIME. I dont count my breaks. If the pen isnt touching the tablet the timer isnt going down.
Last time I did an art auction I got 3 full background pictures done!! which is a value of $600!!
This auction is starting at $100!
Min bid is $10
AB is $500!
So even if you do AB you are still getting a $100 savings! :D
The auction will end on Monday August 1st! At 11:59 pm EST! To avoid bid sniping at the last 10 minutes of the auction if a bid is made the auction with extend 10 minutes!
Now lets all have a great time bidding! <3

It was a con that had some small highlights but a lot of
....
Nothing
Like my boyfriend and I walked around a lot and talked to a ton of people but it seemed like everyone always had somewhere to be or had no time to talk.
I didn't really have my normally posse but I don't think that had anything to so with my thoughts.
Con space
I feel like again like every year it's just too big. Like I know there are a lot of people but like there is so much empty space and forgotten areas. You can go the whole con and not see certain areas. I wish it were smaller.
Dealers room
There wasn't a lot there this year and what was there was IMO way overpriced. Small 6 inch plushies off of a pattern for $50.
The zoo
I still really don't like that the zoo moves from the westin to the convention center. Overall it seems like people weren't that interested in being social. Even with my normal free art sign I didn't get much attention.
Headless lounge
It's too small. Every time I was there all of the fans were taken and all of the head coolers were taken so all I could do was sit and wait until a space freed up.
Attendees
There was no one my age really. It was mostly old people and really young people. So I felt a bit left out.
Events
Any meet ups and events that were held by non staff were....very poorly executed. The instagram meet was mostly standing around. And my boyfriend wanted to go to a vine meetup but no one told him where and when it would be.
Overall
The con was a solid 5.5 out of 10 for me
I probably would have had more fun going to Cedar point.

Posted 9 years agoGonna stream in a bit after i finish a commission! Its going to be a how I animate stream and Im gonna be picking someones character from the stream to animate as an example.
Then after that I will work on more commissions and probably sprinkle some small free arts in between. I have a large backed up queue that I need to get to but im also trying to get animation practice in almost everyday as well.
