Busy busy busy! Updates updates updates!
General | Posted 9 years agoI apologize for being so silent! I've been so busy lately with multiple things all at once.
Keeping up with Voc-Rehab ( A place that helps people with disabilities find word ), thankfully my grandmother finally helped me make a resume for myself and made some copies so I can begin to hand it out to places that are hiring, Keeping up with commissions, as well as slowly but surely drawing the raffle winner pictures, and now!
I am finishing a cosplay, props included, a DAY before a convention that my mate and I are going to tomorrow.
It was a last minute thing, so we were like.. Why not??
Been making props, badges, cosmetics and everything since 9AM yesterday, so heavily exhausted. Bleck, why do we do this to ourselves?? Making costumes days before the convention... ugghhh..
Anyway, we are going as Fem-Engineer and Soldier from Team Fortress 2! Wooo!
So far, I've made Soldier's cosmetic helmet antlers out of tin foil,masking tape, and paper machaye.. My mate made her grenades out of felt and fun foam and stitched it all BY HAND, I made Engineer's wrench out of foam board and masking tape, with a piece of a unused disposable chopstick we had lying around and we just need to go to walmart to pick up another can of gold spray paint, since we used up all of our spray paint, spraying down a " Disney's Tangled " foam, sound making frying pan gold.
We even attempted to make Soldier's black box rocket launcher, but... It was a complete fail. The box we used was a old beaten up Christmas tree box.. And the paint didn't take to well to the cardboard and it tore to shreds when we attempted to attach the latches for the dangling parts on each end of it.
All that's left is to make Soldier's belt patches and finish up one more grenade! And we're done.
Last minute cosplaying is stressful I tell ya'... @ w @;

I've been dealing with so much, between driving people all over the place, to doctor appointments and not feeling well.
I have anemia.. Due to being on my time of the month.. For 3 and a half months now, with a on-going heavy flow. So it's been rather hard on me physically to have the energy to get anything done. Again! I wish to thank everyone who entered the monthly art raffle! :3
I will be working on the raffle prizes between when I work on commissions. I apologize for the late start, but recently I was in the hospital. I am alright, just so you all know! <3
I also have a bunch of doctor appointments coming up, so completion for the raffle winners might be a bit slower than expected. As for commissioners, your pieces will be done within this week!
Also, I will be soon making a lot more YCH's! Strangely the cable bill is a bit higher than it normally is. For some reason, it's $99 this month and I am still currently out of a job, my mate's hours were drastically cut due to her being extremely sick, and I simply cannot ask family members, since they've helped me so much already this month.
Hoping I can make enough YCH's or gain enough commissions to where I can get the cable bill paid before the 17th.
On other news, my birthday is coming up! Yaay! On the 24th of this month. ^ w ^ So happy. I hope I can go to this new Japanese grill and sushi bar that just opened up a few months ago. It will definitely be fun, so that's all I wanted to say for tonight, since it's about 3:30AM and I'm really tired and exhausted from driving so much today. I will talk to you all soon! Goodnight and sleep well everyone!

General | Posted 9 years agoI have not disappeared! I know I said I would attempt to post a piece of art up at least once a day, I apologize for that.
I just have been busy, so much has been going on just this past week that it was hard to keep track!
This past Saturday, I went to a small convention. Clearwater Comic Con!
I went as Jeremy Fitzgerald from Five Night's At Freddy's 2.
It was indeed a blast to meet other FNAF cosplayers, even though they were all Purple Guys. LOL
Than the following day, I got the chance to see Zootopia for the first time! Absolutely loved it. I have fallen for the really chubby adorable Cheetah, Benjamin Clawhouser. <3 <3 <3 He is like, my spirit animal. LOL
Than finally, today! The most amazing thing happened, my father bought me my first car!! It's an ADORABLE powder blue Honda Fit. <3 <3 <3
Granted it's going to take a few days before I can have it home, since my father has to go through paper work from out of state, but he sent the dealer ship the check!
Now that everything has seemingly calmed down for now, I will get back to work on my commissions! I thank you all for being so patient with me! :3

• I reserve the right to deny any commission without stating a reason.
• I need ALL details about the commission at the moment of payment.
• Adult art is only available to people ages 18+. No Exceptions.
• If you have commissioned me, I assume you are accepting, and have read my Terms of Service.
• Progress of your commission can be seen in my Commission journal.
• Your Commission will be uploaded to my various accounts unless you request it not be uploaded in the note.
• Prohibited! No adding your own background or editing my artwork without permission PLEASE.
• I prefer reference sheets.
• I do NOT want to be continuously harassed about the commission. Repeated messages as follow: "When is it going to be done?" "How's it coming?" " Is it my turn yet? " will be ignored. If you continue asking, I may choose to cancel the commission with or without refund at my discretion.
(MISTAKES)
* Line art mistakes must be stated at the time of when I show you the line art WIP, after that, changes will NOT be made. As soon as I get the okay, you are stating that there are no errors in the line art.
* Markings or colors, I will gladly fix, say I forgot a design detail like a marking, a certain color on the body, any of the sort. I will gladly fix without extra charge.
* If you sent me a ref sheet without certain details, like the reference sheet is a simple dragon that you've sent, and you message me stating to change the line art because your character has multiple wings,horns,different type of tail that is not shown on your ref sheet and you never mentioned it in your note, than I have the right to charge you a extra $5, since I would have to completely change the line art under the fault of the commissioner.

Flea Infested.. Desperate! help!

im frustrated and at my wits end with these fleas!
We were perfectly fine until we got stuck with having to take in my mates mothers dog.. and boom.. our place was infested..
I walk into the living room and 6 fleas jump on each leg..
my feet are covered in flea bites..
We bathed both the dog and cat in flea shampoo AND put flea medicine on them.. Ive vacuumed.. I sprayed everything with olive oil, I washed clothes, which we can hardly afford since my mate is still the only one with income right now.. At our apartments its $3.00 a load.. So we cant " wash everything" repeatedly..
Bombing the house and having to leave for 4 hours is out of the question because we have a dog,cat, and a bird and have no where to go with these animals..
I can feel them jumping and crawling on me at night..
ive picked 2 off my face while trying to sleep.. Im sick of feeling itchy all the time, ive itched my legs to the point i bled, i just want to cry..
right now i just want to step out of the house and not go back in until they are gone.. im tired of them biting me.. please i dont know what to do.. i need help..

General | Posted 10 years agoSkye is dreadfully sick.. She called me up tonight right before she got off of work in tears and her voice was so hoarse and lost, I could barely understand or hear her.
If you love our kind hearted, beautiful ice dragon as much as I do.. I was hoping we could all pull together and either draw or send her " get well " notes, in hopes it might brighten her spirits.
So for now, I had made her some tea to soothe her throat and sent her to bed. Luckily she doesn't have to be at work till 2PM so it will give her some time to sleep in.

I just want to give an update and apologize I became so quiet. I have been working as much as I could. A lot of people at my department at Long John Silver's quit on us.. So now my boss is starting to give me more hours and I have been exhausted from work.
Luckily I have today, which is my loving mate and life partner's birthday, and tomorrow off from work so I can work on your commissions!
