Adoptables TOS!
Posted 9 years agoHello! Here is my TOS for adoptables! If you have any questions please let me know.
> PAY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE NOTE THAT YOU WON. If I don't receive payment within 24 hours, then I have the right to put the adopt back up.
> Paypal only, no holds. If you want to hold it then just bid.
> Bid only what you can afford.
> I can do partial payment, ONLY if the bid reaches $50 or above
> DO NOT edit your comment with a higher bid if you get outbid, instead, just comment again. This could mess up the flow of the auction and make things VERY confusing. If you edit your comment, I will not honor the bid. Please just comment again lol.
> PLEASE reply to the comment "BID HERE" when bidding. Your bid will not be honored if you choose not to comment there.
> You can change the adopt as much as you want.
>When you post the adopt for the first time, please credit back to me <3

> I begin working on your commission once I receive either all of half of the payment (continue reading for partial payment).
> The order of commission slots I have on my journal is NOT the order I'm working in. Check the link in the commission slots journal in order to see where I am at with your commission.
> Payment will be up front. I will not ask you to pay unless I know I can have your commission finished within a week or two (UNLESS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED)
> The last chance you have to change anything on the character is when I send you the finished sketch. If you message me afterwards, saying you want to make a drastic change, then I will have to decline. If you notice something while I'm working on it please let me know though! I'm okay with minor changes. The line is drawn once I finish the outline though.
> I accept partial payment on orders $50 and above. Pay half up front and the last half after I finish the flat color.
> I will not give you a refund if the progress of the drawing exceeds the sketching phase. Meaning, If I start lining and coloring your commission, I will not give you a refund.
> Please let me know if you have a deadline! Mention this while we are discussing your commission order.
> I will send you minimum 3 to 4 work in progress images (sketch, outline, flat color, halfway through the shading process).
> I will let you know when I am able to start your commission, once I send this message, please send the payment!
> If the commission is a surprise for someone let me know! I like to stream a lot, so let me know ahead of time so that surprise doesn't get ruined.
> You will receive 2 versions of the commission, one regular size with the logo and one small size with the logo.
> If you repost the image anywhere please use either the regular size or the small size that has the logo and CREDIT ME PLEASE.
