Secondly, the reason why I vanished off of the face of FA; my lovable daddy found FA on my history and his curiosity got the website blocked at home and in my krappy town we dun have any internet cafes, so I was royaly butt yiffed by fate. But now karma has kicked fate's fat ass into roast duck and I gots my FA back.
So I'd just like to say I'm extremely, extremely, extremely, sorry for disappering like I did.

Posted 19 years agoMe and two friends bought santa suits last monday and spent the whole week and this week up until wednesday (school is finished for christmas holidays now) walking around the school site spreading christmas cheer by giving out free candy canes, playing christmas music ang giving free hugs, God bless the Free Hug Campaign! I got bored with the generic santa hat so I modded an old cowboy hat I had lying around from a friend's fancy dress party years ago.

I havn't been on FA/MSN/ICQ for sooo bloody long because my dad took my internet away after a little arguement then a few days later the suppliers cut it off for maintenance. So in short, I'm a tit, my wrist hurts after writing my story and I need sleep...But it's good to be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted 19 years agoOkie, now this one may cause some uproar and hooha amongst Games Workshop and their most zealous players but I am gonna love constructing it!
I am gonna be getting my uberly overactive hands on a Rhino tank and mod it up with extremely reinforced armor and turn the inside into a heavy missile launch system/silo. Next step is to purchase an airfix model of a cruise missile (the X-55 to be exact) and clip and mod it into a nuke! The missile will be placed inside the rear top hatch of the Rhino and will be all ready for launch against then Emperor's foes^^
Now, I dunno if a nuclear missile would be fair in a game of 40K but if somebody else is using their big ass converted Ork Squiggoth unit I dun see why I can't use my little nukety nuke. I'm gonna need to formulate some rules for it but overall I think it shall kick ass!
What do y'all think???

Just a rundown of the recent major event...
Posted 19 years ago...That has knackered my life!
Ok, so after school on wednesday I was riding my bike to Italian in the next school building a few roads along with some friends. Now get this...the road was clear, a guy in a white van comes rushing up past me honking his horn and giving me the finger for no apparent reason...I get distracted, lose control of the bike and crash. I went under the bike, not over. Next thing I knew was my left wrist was somewhere behind my ass and my right foot had become crushed and tangles amongst various parts of the bike. I thought I had only sprained it but nooo. My mum saw the swelling and took me to A&E...It had been broken. The cuboid bone in my foot had cracked and chipped. So I am now off school for several days with a temporary cast, on wedneaday I will be getting a proper cast and I get to choose the colour *squee!*
EDIT: This has also fucked up any chance I have of playing the part of Lordi in the school Halloween concert and I can't do anythimg on Halloween night now...I really wanted to go as a giant banana.

Ok...so I got into the final auditions for the Halloween concert, groovy, my buddy Nick is already through to do guitar and another one of my friends; Vikki has got the part of keys. Also this Halloween I will no longer be going as Shaggy from television's Scooby Doo, I couldn't find the components needed for the costume and the internet couldn't help me either, so instead I will be ordering a giant banana costume from the net. While we are on the subject of the net, mine, is fucked!!! It has been for quite some time and it is really bloody annoying, not only does it frequently want to disconnect itself from my computer, but my dad has taken up online gaming from 6p.m til 11p.m!
As you have probably guessed by reading the last section of that first paragraph I'm slightly pissed off at the moment. And to add to the rage, my camera got broken by some retard while I was out taking photographs along the seafront. Whilst I was getting my camera out of it's case the little prick came running up behind me and 'happy slapped' me for no reason, knocking my camera to the floor and shattering the screen...I instantly found myself in a position of "Your camera is broken beyond free repair, that guy that hit you can't run fast and your having a really bad day already...go get him" So I fucking well did! Chased after the little shit and threw him over the railings of the seafront onto the beach below (about a 4 foot drop). Happy slap? I was gonna go down and give him a fucking happy knuckle but the bastard ran off...twat! And so Casio are now going to charge me shitloads to get the screen repaired, so while my camera is gone I am totally ass raided when it comes to my photography award class because...I HAVE NO CAMERA THANX TO SOME ASSHOLE!!!
Another thing that have brought me to the edge of my temper recently is my art teacher at school. First of all the teacher is female, that is not good for me because I just don't get on well with female art teachers, dunno why. Secondly...and this is what has brought my hatred towards her, she doesn't consider photography to be art, that insulted me when she said "Why did you take up art if you are doing photography?"...Oi! Bitch! I chose art because photography is art! Photography is the only form of art that she dosn't consider to be art. Now I hate her because she doesn't like my photography, not just mine but photography in general, and she hates me because I am doing photography. Now in effect to this, she went through my art book and ripped out all the pages that had photos by other artists here on FA on them. I asked Vale and Tiberious if I could use some of their photography for my artist admiration project, they allowed it, but the teacher...didn't. Because of her I am contemplating quitting art. And I swear that if she continues to repress my work I will break in class and shout at her there and then.
So that is my life up to date, how's yours?

Posted 19 years agoI got through the first part! There is me and 3 others trying for vocals now. The instruments (guitar, bass, keys and drums) are all gonna be fake ones so the user can strum or smack them during performance and they won't make any insrumental sounds, it's all in the music. The only thing that will be genuine is the vocals.

My Halloween idea!!!

[ ] I've told a cop to freck off and gotten screwed for it.
[x] I've attempted to sip out of a straw but it accidently went into my nose, rather than my mouth.
[x] sometimes when I think of something funny, I laugh out loud and people look at me weird.
[x] I've caught myself drooling.
[x] I've accidently caused an explosion.
[ ] If someone says the word "fart", I can't help but laugh.
[ ] I've turned into a "do not enter" one way road plenty of times.
[x] Sometimes I just stop thinking & zone out.

Tips for cathing up on lost sleep anybody?
Posted 19 years agoYus! I have a few days free from school and work so I want to catch up on lost sleep. Only thing is...The household is always way too noisy and even if everything does become quite I can't seem to sleep for long during the day. Any tips and pointers???

Posted 19 years ago...Well, not just me but my whole family aswell. Last journal mentioned my grandfather's rush into hospital following a heart attack. Well he suffered a second attack early this day. I was pulled out of school as were my brothers to be with him. He said he knew his time was running low and wanted to give each of us a word of praise. He was telling my mother what he wanted her to know, his voice quietened and his hand went limp. She had never cried so much in years. Two of my brothers didn't hear what he wanted to tell them.
I think I'm suspended from school for a few days because I was called back into school for the last lesson and in my state of grief I wasn't consentrating and yelled at the teacher. I shouldv'e just not gone in.
I'm going to miss him so, so much. This was the person that helped me to learn how to ride a bike, how to swim, and boost my self esteem. I'll never forget what he told me though, he said "Nick, you have always been outspoken. Never change, you have your points of view. Don't ever let anybody put them down, stand up for what you believe."

One unhappy Kobra...
Posted 19 years ago...That's me right now. In advance I apologise if I don't seem too 'enthusiastic' for a few days. You see, I was out at 6.00am doing photography today when I recieved a phonecall from my parents at 8.00am saying that my grandfather had been rushed into hospital in the very early hours of the morning. Apparently he suffered a heart attack last night. Me and the rest of the family spent the morning with him at his bedside.The hospital say that they will contact us immediately if anything happens, good or *sigh* bad.
I send out a big apology to Seraphi whom I promised we would talk via webcam, but due to this unfortunate event, that has been cancelled. Also I am sorry to anybody if I don't comment/reply, I'm just not my usual peppy self right now...

Posted 19 years agoMy ubered up Dreadnought is completed on the modelling side. It already had one underspray but I wanted more stuff on it^^ So lots more gear on it including scroll canisters, an honor laurel and a termie heraldry pad.
Anywho, in other news...I've decided that because the last time I played a game of 40K was like 6 months ago and I've pretty much forgotten how to play I'm gunna focus on improving my painting skills so I have dedicated myself to saving up loads of money to buy from Forge World...A Space Marine Titan! I'm gunna buy it, then I'll paint it and I'll name it George.

Posted 19 years agoThats right, now I have a decent copy of Warhammer 40K;Dawn of War. Went to town after school and spent some of my hard earned cash on the real thing instead of a krappy downloaded version. It's the boxed set so it came with the expansion pack Winter Assault aswell...Kobra happy^^
But in short guys and gals, I'm open for an online game if anybody wants. If you want to game we will have to plan the game in advance due to my busy schedule but I will get to play.

Sixth Form update
Posted 19 years agoWent back to the school today for Sixth Form Enrolment, for the dudes and dudettes that may not know what that is it's where they call you up, interview you and help you sort out what subjects you are going to be doing. In a nutshell, my choices are threatened by the demon of chance! I am now going to be doing Art, Geography, History, Spanish and Italian. The failure...I got a D in English and Maths, so I must resit the exams in November, one catch...the moderators cannot guarantee that resits will be available in November so if I have to wait until NEXT YEAR to resit English and Maths then not only will go insane I will have to wait another fucking year to do Art!!!!!! That is not acceptable! Every year half of the exam hall is empty so the resits have room to take place. I will be so pissed if they cancel them. It is up to the moderators to exorcise that demon of chance and do what is necessary to enable resits!

Posted 19 years agoI got my GCSE results and I wasn't diappointed but I do feel as though I could've done better in English Literature. I got my wanted C in geography, considering I got an F on the mock geography paper (that was due to illness that kept me away from much needed lessons). History was a B, I owe that to my coursework and many (if slightly stupid) metaphors I added in there^^ And science, well, the biology and chemistry are eeeaaasy, but somehow I scored a C in Science with the help of my good knowledge in Physics (I hate Physics and had always thought myself krap at it!)
Well, the main thing is that I got enough passes to get into Sixth Form! YAYS!

Posted 19 years agoI have returned from a holiday in not-so-sunny Cornwall and I am ready to go! go! go!
Vacation good points: Visited many historical/interesting places, grabbed myself some groovy souvenirs and got over 250 photographs!
Vacation bad points: Flooded camp-site, leaky tent, the road trip there and back was hell and a bloody badger broke into the tent and stole my freaking bread rolls!
Well hugs to all and to all a goodnight (I'm too sleepy to look through my uber big messages list just yet).
