absence // homophobia
Posted 10 years agoSorry guys, I'm leaving for a week. I planned to submit ended YCH and AT for AriaDog today, but I have a little problem with my laptop and tablet. Probably I'll have to install the drivers again or something like that?? I don't know what happened, but tomorrow I'm going with my mom to a place with no internet

Why are people so homophobic?
I was in guests at my family place and two days ago I find that my aunt (daughter of my grandma’s sister) is really homophobic. We (me, aunt and my cousin) were watching TV and there were lesbians in some movie who can’t have a child and my aunt said something supposed to be funny. I was like “Why? It’s really sad” and I heard it isn’t normal and they’re ILL. It was so disgusting. I asked “are you joking?” but she wasn’t. So I quit and avoid her because I did not want to stay in one room with her (I was feeling really uncomfortable). My mother and grandma didn’t know whats goin’ on so they were angry at me. I told them yesterday in car when we were going home and I was crying really hard. I’m not even homosexual person (I’m more of a bi) but my close friends are and one of my aunties and a lot of awesome people I know. I finally understood how big is this problem, because I never heard something like that from my family member. And she was laughing as if that was funny.
For some reason I feel like a shit. I don’t even know why, I just feel. It was so awful.
