I'm excited to announce that I will, in fact, be participating in ArtFight this year. I'm super stoked, I've been wanting to join for the past few years, but have always been so backed up on commissions. I've decided to take my time on ArtFight as a little vacation from regular commissions, some self care if you will. So yeah! If you're willing to attack, I'm willing to fight back >:3c

No Car | Life Update 6/14

Thank you to all interested in my YCH commissions. I have currently hit a rough patch in my life, I was driving my boyfriend's car to work when suddenly it started stalling and eventually died on the side of the road. I had lost my own personal car back in October, so we have no method of transportation.
I paid $90 out of pocket for the towing, another $90 for a car inspection, and who knows how much more to actually dispose of the car. I don't want to make anyone feel guilty about my situation, I have people who can help me cover it for the time being. However, if anybody would like to commission me for a YCH, that would be very cool and appreciated 👌🏻👌🏻 I need to pay all those people back, and since I don't have a car, I'm going to have to leave my current job due to the fact that it's an hour away from where I live.
So yeah! Hopefully the crazy stuff is over with now, and I can eventually get on with my life again. I live back at my mom's house with my boyfriend right now, so unfortunately my apartment plans are postponed. I plan to respond to everybody's messages as soon as I possibly can! Thank you all so much for your patience 🙏🏻

KorgiKush Commissions and Terms of Service
By commissioning me, KorgiKush, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
I. General Terms
✷ Please be clear in what you want for your commission. I will choose poses, expressions, and mediums for you if you do not specify what you'd like.
✷ Any rude or inappropriate behavior, persistent messaging despite a response, or suspicious activity may result in cancellation with partial or no refund.
✷ Please respect any individual rules for sales, YCHs, adopts, etc. Although it rarely happens, I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.
✷ NSFW is unavailable to any minor. Minors under the age of 16 are prohibited from commissioning me without parental supervision and permission. This includes YCHS and especially fursuits.
‼️ Art I will not draw ‼️
➜ Fanart for or characters based off of any mainstream celebrity or social media influencer (including Youtubers)
➜ Zoophilia and beastiality
➜ Extreme guro scenes (intense triggers, too graphic, or excessive abuse / brutality)
➜ Complex non-animal or non-humanoid appearing mechs and robots
➜ Complex armor
➜ Logos, texts, or fonts
➜ Background only commissions
➜ Political propaganda directly affiliated with any elected official or candidate of ANY POLITICAL PARTY.
➜ Flags that I will not draw include but are not limited to: Political flags, Confederate flags, SS / Nazi flags, 4/8chan or Qanon flags, "Super Straight" flag, etc. Please ask.
➜ Characters owned by (or on certain occasion: affiliated with) people who have been added to my black/blocklist. If change in ownership has occurred, the commission may be considered.*
[*Basically, if you are blacklisted, you can't get a friend to commission me for your character. Your friend may also be denied a commission for associating with you.]
II. Payment
✷ All commissions under $100 must be paid upfront before work is to begin. For purchases over $100, a short payment plan can be arranged. 30% down payment must be paid before work is to begin.
✷ Payment plans under $500 must be paid off within six months of initial down payment. Payment plans of $500 or more must be paid off within a year (negotiable) of initial down payment.
✷ Payment is only accepted as USD through Venmo (preferred), Cashapp, and Zelle* at this time. No cryptocurrency is valid payment.

[PLEASE NOTE: Paypal is still being accepted for commissions, however it comes at an additional $1.25 fee. KorgiKush will be discontinuing the use of Paypal as of January 1st, 2022.]
III. Process
✷ Work in progress pictures will be sent throughout the process, if you have not received an update recently, chances are I have not worked on it. If you're concerned about the process of your commission, please shoot me a message and I will be as transparent with you as possible.
✷ At this point in my life, I am unfortunately unable to work full-time on art. Art commissions can take a few days up to three months to be completed. Fursuits six months to two years. I am physically unable to take deadline and rush commissions, so please bare with me, I do not accept rush fees.
✷ If your commission is to be delayed for any reason, I will contact you letting you know. A commission cannot be fully refunded unless I have not started, or the max wait time is achieved with little to no work to show for it. Force refunds will result in a permanent blacklist, and you will be unable to purchase anything from me. I am always willing to work things out the best that I can, please contact me first, and we can figure out a plan.
IV. Customer Satisfaction
✷ Customer satisfaction is my utmost importance. I pride myself in creating work that matches a commissioner's expectations. If I am unable to satisfy a customer, I am willing to tweak minor changes of the project to fit your needs and preferences.
✷ After a commission is finished, I will only be able to alter small changes- i.e.: marking changes and coloring mistakes. Any major changes needed due to an unclear reference will require a 20% fee. I send WIPs for a reason, please respect both of our times and speak up right away if something looks off. You are not bothering me at all! I want to make your commission the best I can in YOUR image.
V. Copyright and Usage Policy
✷ As the artist, I hold every right to use the artwork as I see fit. Therefore, I am allowed to use your commission to promote myself, publish in a book/article/etc., and display/post wherever I want. If you want to remain anonymous, please let me know before, during, or after the process, and I won't tag or mention you in the post in any way, anywhere it is posted. Please note that I will NEVER claim your character as my own.
✷ You as the commissioner are allowed to use my artwork for personal use, unless agreed upon otherwise. This includes printing, posting, etc. If you are not profiting off of my artwork, claiming it as your own, or using it to paint me in a negative light, I have no problems with where you use it. If you are concerned and would like clarification or confirmation about where you can use your commission, just ask and I can let you know! All I ask is to be credited for my work wherever you may post it.
✷ Breaking copyright in any way may land you on my blacklist. Copyright infringement includes reproduction/using my artwork commercially (i.e. selling, mass-printing, or simply making any money off of my work), taking credit for my work, removing watermarks or signatures, and altering the drawing without my permission.
✷ If you are to sell anything purchased from me, it MUST be equal or less than what you have paid for it. The ONLY exclusions are original characters, as long as more value has been added to the character(s).
✷ Under absolutely no circumstance will I allow my art to be used in any way relating to propaganda of any sort, or cryptocurrency such as NFTs.
✷ Purchasing commercial rights for my artwork will always be 300% of the original price. In purchasing commercial rights, you are allowed to use the art anywhere you see fit, and are welcome to use for profit. This includes examples such as publishing, promoting your brand, creating merch, etc. You will still be required to credit me for my art, even with any changes or alterations to the work.
VI. Cancellation / Refunding Policy
✷ Art commissions under $100 are unable to be refunded unless three months have passed without progress. Fursuit commissions are unable to be refunded unless six months have passed without progress.
✷ As a commissioner, you have no right to cancel or force refund after payment has been received. Failure to go through with a payment plan, or chargebacks of any kind can land you on my blacklist, and you will be unable to commission me. Refunds will be issued under very specific circumstances at my discretion. If a refund is to occur, you will still be charged for labor and material costs. No exceptions.
✷ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Your name will be publicly posted anywhere I want for others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
✷ Any statement mentioned in my TOS may be subject to change if you are to discuss it with me prior to commissioning.
