A Day Early
Posted 4 years agoWell, since I was a day late last week, I figured I might as well upload it early this week. We're catching up on my backlog, meaning that we're going to need to sit down and grind out either the rest of it, or continue on where I left off. I have a few plans in mind, so it's just a matter of seeing what seems comfortable enough.
Delayed, explained...
Posted 4 years agoWe bought a house! Finalized it on Monday, but the internet technician took an extra day to come out. As such, most of yesterday was dealing with that and other issues that we have had since moving in. This has been the first moment I've been able to actively sit down and look at something without financial pressure. It feels kind of nice, having some of the stuff under control at this point, but this is only the end of the third day of an untold amount ahead of me. I'm excited and a bit interested in thinking what I can do with that thought. The idea came about that I could always offer my services in writing fiction, fat fiction, or what have you on a platform. I'm slightly worried whether or not I'd have any audience that'd be interested in that though, so I have to convince myself a bit more before I go any further. We shall see.
Anyways, tl;dr: All Natural Milk's next chapter has finally come out. This one is definitely far more adult-oriented than the predecessors, so I do hope my readers have all been of appropriate age to be able to read these, or there will some pieces that they will have to miss out on.

It has been awhile, huh?
Posted 4 years agoWhile I've slowly become more active here, it's not something that I ever really did in the first place. Most of the artists that I used to love seeing submissions from have drifted away behind other walls that I can't climb over, or have just cut off any means of interaction. It is quite a shame, but what can you do when it has been a decade since I was last here? Either way, just expect to see some more submissions for the newest series, All Natural Milk, to appear here. Meanwhile, if you're wanting to know more, I still post these on Tumblr and am slightly more vocal on Twitter.
Eh, Readable Schmeadable
Posted 6 years agoDoesn't really seem like FurAffinity has progressed much since so long ago. I was hoping, by now, we'd be able to put up formats other than .txt and have it viewable without downloading. I see I was wrong, oh well~.
For those unaware, I've been in a trade with
. My side has been completed as "An Empty Feeling". The .txt file looks horrible, I know, but if you feel so inclined to look at it in another way, try the original version. Either way, do let me know what you like or disliked about it so I can field myself on the responses to try for improvement.

My Return Has Been Overinflated
Posted 6 years agoMuch like your butt! But hello, readers and well-wishers. I have returned from the grave to visit upon you more writings, sooner or later, perhaps. Either way, hello from the WORLD OF YESTERMORROW!

Hmm...
Posted 15 years agoSo, when you read a gaining story, what exactly draws your attention to it? Is it the detail to the body as it grows, the person's perspective and thoughts to the whole experience, or is it by forcing the person into a situation he might not be keen on being a part of? Reason for this is that I was desiring a bit of a monthly journal-entry thing, in the form of a submission, which would chart/progress a guy's unexpected changes and tribulations.
Vamoose~!
Posted 15 years agoSo, I will be having to pack up my computer here either sometime today or tomorrow. What this means is that I won't be able to get on this for anywhere around three months or so, so I apologize... Skyler's Story will be taking a break until then. If you wish for further details, then you may want to look into my dA page and journal.

Journal Bump + Writing News
Posted 15 years agoLet's get that dreary old journal out of the way. There, that's better!
Now, on to other news: Skyler's Story is moving on at an acceptable pace, and I do hope to get around to further details upon it in the coming chapters. I mean, technically, I'm already near halfway done, since that's three Midgars down, four left known, and the mysterious Maxwell has yet to show himself still. With Michael running a competition between Skyler and himself to see who can claim the rest of the magic, it's only a matter of time before something terrible happens, right?
In other writing news, inspired by KyleChimera's recent character art of Hokai, along with the story provided, I do hope to try and write a fan-story of him for him. We'll see how that goes now, as there's also other things on my plate that I have to get around to doing. This'll be a busy two months, that's all I can really say, y'know?

Strange Occurrences or Moments of Weakness
Posted 15 years agoDon't feel you have to read any of the following unless you want to. I'm not wishing to force you at all.
This may not even reach someone, but I do wish to at least try. Is there any such moment of weakness, or an otherwise strange occurrence that you can admit has happened to you, but would never really speak of to others face-to-face for fear of rejection? I suppose the internet does allow some freedom to admitting such things, since for the most part, those who would read the admissions would have no real connection to your otherwise separate life in the real world. That is, of course, unless you allowed them into it in the first place.
I suppose, I just want to let some things out, and this is as good a place as any. No, they're not angst-moments, at least... I hope they aren't after finishing this, but I just want to kick it out and leave it there, rather than holding it in.
1) The Painting
Back when my family was still together, we once lived on a specific street in Memphis. I'm not giving out any more details than that to where it was, but this was one of the times I had my own room. Well, in said room, my dad had allowed me to hang a painting he had done in his earlier years. It was of a deer grazing in a wind-swept meadow. I still remember many of the details to it, too, as there was a log on one side of the rolling hill of grass, and a forest could be seen to the right and the left, nothing but blue sky in the middle behind the grass.
I do not remember the situation that brought this on, but I was lying on my bed, staring off towards the opposite wall where the picture hung. This was when my eyesight wasn't kept in check with glasses, so some things did get blurry often enough. As I stared at the painting, in a rather quiet household, I swore I saw the grass sway in a wind. Granted, there was some distance between where my head laid and the actual painting, and with my poor eyesight, anything was possible. But I swore that the picture had temporarily animated itself, and with it, the deer within and the very grass.
Sadly, I don't remember where the painting is now, but I would honestly love, on a quiet afternoon, to attempt to see beyond the mere paint and canvas and see the living art once again.
2) Terrifying Car Accident
It may not be as terrifying as being in the more serious of cases, where more damage is incurred, but growing up, it was enough. I was about 10 or 11, somewhere in the early double-digits, out with my father. We were just wrapping up fishing and he wanted to give me a try at driving. I was enthusiastic to actually try, and I suppose all kids are until they actually do it. Either way, we switched seats, and he gave me a destination: to drive down the small stretch of road and turn around in the parking lot at the end. It sounds simple, but usually things that sound simple never are.
I found out the hard way that it wasn't simple. I didn't know the workings of the car well enough. He only told me a little, and I'm not sure if I admitted to knowing of what to do or not. Either way, I turned the car on, and what I did afterwards was what messed me up. I held the brake in and shifted it into Drive, but I put too much power on the gas. The car jerked forward and panicked me. Now, the road I was driving on was rather narrow for two people to try and drive down, and on the sides were grass and some rocks. Especially to the right side of the car, there was grass, followed by large rocks near a docking ramp for boats.
The car pulled forward and my hands turned the wheel to the right. The flash of the Tennessee River near the car halted me as I slammed on the brake. We were like two or three feet before the grill of the small car met the river. To this day, I still remember that, and although my fear of actually driving dwindles, that won't be forgotten. I don't remember what happened afterwards on my part, but I do remember getting out of the car and having Dad back it up over the rocks. The car was dinged badly underneath, but it still ran.
3) Goodbye, Mother.
Looking back, I was spoiled, and a bit jealous/disgusted at my mother's choice. After my parents split up, I went with my mother and we moved into this... house that really wasn't meant to be divided the way the home-owner had. It was originally a larger house, but they put a wall to divide it into two to make more money by renting it. I lived with her from then until 2007 or so, when the figurative "s'" began to hit the fan.
My mother was hard-working before and after the divorce, and looking back now, I wasn't at all very helpful of her situation. I should've taken up the torch to try and help her, rather than just continue to leech off of her. But, regardless, she tried relationships with a few others as her way of trying to rekindle her youthful emotions once again. A few times, it didn't work out too well, but I suppose with this one man, she felt that she had to give it not one or two chances, but three.
I don't remember too much about the first two chances, but she had been seeing this guy... I don't remember how she met him. Either way, he wasn't quite the model man to be trying to hook up with. He was shifty-looking, shorter than her, and his former stance in a marriage wasn't too great either. Either way, she saw something in him that made her wish to keep trying, and eventually it began to become a greater presence. I was jealous of him, as I loved my mom and didn't want anyone else to take her. It was wrong of me to think of such a thing, but I know it wasn't right of me to act out as I did. I was hateful and overly expressive of my dislike of the fellow.
This went on for a few months until Father's Day came around. I asked my mom if she would take me down there to spend the day with him, if she would pick me back up the day after. I remember this because it was a Sunday, and she'd have the following day off. She agreed to it and took me down. Well, over the course of the day I spent there, I had a call-back from a job I had applied to, and my mom was a bit late in telling me this. The day passed, and then when the day-after came, I called her to ask her when she was coming to pick me up.
She told me then of the call-back, saying it was for the next day. Only catch to this good news was... she wasn't going to be able to pick me up. She had some last-minute plans with "that man" that took priority over picking me up. I blew up there, yelling at her on the phone. I even went so far as to hang up on her out of disgust. She called me back and said that it wasn't nice of me to do so, but I was still in a bad mood... I'm not sure if I did it again or if I said some rather hurtful things and then she hung up. Either way, the phone call ended again, and some time passed. From there, I received a third phone call from her.
"I've put your things in a bag and thrown it on the front porch," or something to that effect. She had called me to tell me she had thrown me out. My heart felt like it was like glass and breaking apart at the very mention. I sat on the front steps of my dad's house and just cried, contemplating dark thoughts of the nearby busy road... I admit to having had such thoughts before too, which is depressing in itself. However, my dad said he would want me to live with him since there was nowhere else.
Still, now... I wish it didn't come to that situation. I do enjoy and am greatly thankful for what he's done, but it's still making me more of a hindrance than anything to anyone that I cherish as family... I hope this changes come December, but we shall see... Either way, I had to claim my items, so we went to my mom's house. I wasn't going to give her the spare key to the house I had until she let me get the rest of my things, so we had to bring the police into the situation. My father wasn't making it better, and to this day, he and my sister still glares in disgust when we have to pass by her place. I've come to forgive her of what she's done, since I was the cause of it in the first place, but nothing will ever mend the relationship back to the way it was.
That's... pretty much it. I just really needed to get those things out. I don't care if they're personal or not... I just REALLY needed it out.

Skyler resumes...
Posted 15 years agoI'm currently working on writing the thirteenth chapter right now. Afterwards, I'll get to work immediately with the fourteenth and fifteenth, to catch up on the now three weeks I've slacked in not writing and posting them up. I think I'm going to try and finish this series up before I work on another little story that I've been thinking of, but expect it all to come in before December. :)

Skyler 13 may be a bit late
Posted 15 years agoIf anyone reads it, that is. If not, then no cause for alarm! :) Just got some things on my mind that's kinda screwing around with my mental concentration for that and two other stories.
Imagination Go!
Posted 15 years agoWriting [Skyler's Story] is really awakening my imagination once again. I suppose I've been so lazy with play games or doing other certain things that it just hasn't had much of a chance to stand out. However, in writing this, I really get to enjoy myself once again with this sort of thing. As of posting Chapter 8, I've finally shown off one of the darker forms of magic that the Pigs know of: using someone as a source for further element manipulation. Marc, as met in Chapter 2 and referenced from then on, was isolated, so the temptation of doing this sort of thing was thrown out of his mind. However, with Mina and the rest, they've let the power go to their heads, and this is just one of their darker abilities.
I'm not sure how long it'll take me to finish writing it, but I won't stop this one. I promise, definitely. ^_^ I'm loving the writing, and it's not for the comments, views, favorites, or ANYTHING that I'm writing it. I just... felt really compelled to write something like this after thinking of "The Three Little Pigs" in a different light? Either way, it's just another excuse to write about some guy getting fat! Whoo fat guys! *snickers*
Oh, speaking of, not sure if this would go over on a furry art site, but I wrote a fattening story of a human or two. I've shown it to one person from here, but not sure if it would be acceptable showing it off to others on here. Not really interested in putting it on deviantArt or anywhere else for obvious theme reasons... *ponders*

1. I'll respond with something random about you.
2. I'll tell you which song or movie you remind me of.
3. I'll pick a flavor of jello to wrestle you in.

Final Boss
Posted 16 years agoI saw
rolacus do this, and I was intrigued by it. So, here I go...
A) What is your pre-battle speech?
B) Where does the battle take place?
C) What is the battle theme song (links preferably)?
A) Well, it seems that my cohorts did absolutely nothing to stop you from getting here, huh? Good help is so hard to find these days that I should've finished you off from the start, eliminating my need for useless baggage! *every joint in his body pops, his fingers lengthening out and growing claws as his body seems to take on an added mass of muscle* Let's just get this over with, so I can return to my plans, "hero".
B) A large tower built downwards in the earth, causing the world above to become unstable due to its interference with the planet's core. Several floors have been stacked on top of the final floor at the bottom, where the final boss plots with the ultimate weapon to finish the planet off.
C) Something that shows off the insanity that is unleashed as I lose my self to the beast within. The severity of the battle is escalated to the highest stakes either side can wage, as whomever wins decides not only the loser's fate, but the fate of the entire planet as well.

Bonus parts!
D) Winning and losing quotes
Win: See, "hero". You aren't cut out for this sort of thing. Guess I'll be seeing you on the other side, then. *activates the weapon with an instant effect on the planet, breaking apart the soil and everything solid as the planet shakes violently, breaking itself apart as it collapses inwards* Next time, play a game and let someone else do the heroic feats.
Lose: ... I hate heroes... *falls down to his right knee* Always thinking what they're doing is right, when they're merely getting in the way of progress. Fine then... Have fun getting out... *activates a self-destruct feature with the tower, causing it to break apart and sink into the planet's core* Who said villains can't have the last laugh? *laughs as he falls to the ground, wasting his last breath on it*
E)How did it come to this?
The planet's gradual decay due to the inhabitants that dwelt upon it forced my hand. It seemed only natural to attempt ways to finish the planet off with any shred of dignity it may have had left, before it deteriorated to a more horrible form. Of course, the pesky hero and the crew with said hero thwarted plan after plan, with the tower being the last plan.

Dreamy Dream
Posted 16 years agoGRAPHIC DESCRIPTIONS AHEAD!
<3 For some reason, this is like the second time I've had this dream in particular. It was around the bridge of being awake and being dead to the world just like an hour ago. Somehow, it reminds me now of like a platform action game, like the two progressive levels on Resident Evil 5 where you stay still, and your vehicle continues on in a set path. Monsters pop out and everything, and you have to put up with the set path and take out the creatures that attack you. Anyway, before I get to that, let me go through what I remember...
I was walking along like an outside warehouse, seeing far to my left an open gate. Tons of Doberman dogs were past the gate, and I mean like an ocean of them. It was hard to count so many, and in the middle of it all was a large mound of them. Standing on this side of the open gate was a weird old man, that sort of reminded me of Malcolm McDowell from Star Trek Generations. Some people I was walking with decided to venture further to my right, giving them some distance between me and them. Slowly, I walk in the same way, but the butt of my handgun falls off. Somehow, he miraculously hears this and starts walking along the OTHER side of a large shelf that was supposed to be my cover, and comes around at me from the other side. I manage to put the butt back on, ensuring the clip of bullets doesn't fall out, and see him aiming a rifle at me.
Before he can shoot at me, I shoot at him. Of course, the Dobermen knew the sound all too familiarly, looking up in the direction the sound came from. They all looked like the rotting Cerberus from the Resident Evil movies right then, and I threw the gun up onto the top level of the shelf, beginning to hoist myself up onto it as well. I don't know what happened to Mr. McDowell, but a stream of Dobermen began flooding past the large shelf I had hoisted up onto, rushing towards where my companions had gone.
The scene shifts to the back of an open-ended cargo truck. McDowell was in front of me and someone else, who I don't remember too well from this scene other than it was a female. McDowell was covered in something, and as we struggled to take him out, I found a large-flame lighter and flicked it at him. Catching quickly on fire, he fell off the back of the truck as the camera shifted to be on top of the roof of the truck cab.
Armed with a shovel, the truck began to slowly progress through a house. It was dark outside, which made the creepiness even creepier. It was rather boring, but scary that large spiders appeared to shift their way out of the ceiling, crawl a bit across it, then dig back into the patterns, without making a scratch. They soon began to dig their way out of the vents in classic video-game manner (leaving no marks where they appear, but the vent is far too small to allow them to come out normally). The second character turned out to be my sister for this time, and she jumped off the truck to investigate some of the house drawers for a weapon. The truck started to drift further ahead in the scene as she struggled to keep up, having to break through a window to get outside and get back on the truck.
As she broke through the window, a Doberman saw her. I hit it with the shovel to catch its attention, and she jumps on the truck with a shovel. Of course, the car starts to pick up speed as we finish touring the house, and the Doberman is still catching up on us. Getting close enough, I dug my shovel into its back, just beneath its shoulderblades, and began sawing into the rotting flesh as it just ran there, allowing me to. Coming down to the opposite side, I finish cutting it and it just falls to pieces.
The scene then progresses to where me, the driver, and the female character (no longer my sister) are taken into a building by a weird blonde woman, a guy with a baby doll head for his own, and two thugs. Massacred toys are thrown across the corners of the room, while a LARGE glass window, full-body to the wall, shows tons of Dobermen just laying out in a field next to the house, staring at the window. The lights go out briefly, and the woman's body lights up like one of those Glowworm dolls, or Glow-in-the-dark stars. With the lights back on, she goes into the back room, and I'm not sure what happens to the guys.
My partners disappear somewhere in the house, so I take my shovel and go into the back of the house. Opening the door to it, there are no working lights, so I trudge in, using what light was coming from the main room to get me to a large room. I knew, from a large chair being in my way, that she was sitting in it, so I handed over my shovel and told her to let them free. Somehow, the Powerpuff Girls appear on the scene, I'm thinking the ones that I freed, but there's only Blossom and Bubbles. They go outside, where it suddenly became sunny for them, and find a pair of women's underwear with a note on it. The baby-doll-man got away, and they started running after him. A citizen threw the underwear at Bubbles' head, slipping conveniently on her head as she wore them.
The next part is something I remember from the last time I had the dream. Confronting the blonde woman, something happens where we get into a fight. The window is broken, and all of the Dobermen's ears perk up. One after another, they run in through the glass frame and pounce on top of the woman, who was the cause of their predicament all this time. They didn't bother anyone else in the house, just her. Her screams were loud and long as the sound of her clothes and flesh ripping off followed behind. Not a lot of the dogs came in, but it was enough to completely cover her from sight.
And that's all I remember of the dream, from either of the times I've had it. I mean... wow! That's quite a vivid dream. I think I had the dream during the time I had borrowed Resident Evil 5 from my cousin, but to still remember enough of it from then to accompany now... wow... I wish I could've recorded it.

Convergence
Posted 16 years agoI've decided on what to name the new story, as well as the first set of main characters. It's actually taking the two I originall started with, but I think I can do the story justice now. Antenora Victoria of Wild Arms: 2nd Ignition (PSX) and Aeris/Aerith Gainsborough of Final Fantasy VII (PSX) will be the main characters. I'm not sure if I wish to make a male lead, though, as I may mess it up by using an official character in a way it wouldn't be... Wait, that's what I'd already be doing with Antenora and Aerith, huh? ;) I think I'd be more comfortable with an original character, but there'd be no way to properly convey how the OC looks. Such a conundrum I've thought up, huh?
At least I've decided the first batch of enemies, and what they'd be causing troubles with. I think I should do well, but it all depends on the opinion of others, really. This would be something I'd greatly want the comments of others on, even slight things.
For those that don't know, Antenora Victoria (Wild Arms 2) is one of the antagonists within the group Cocytus, a team of members within the organization Odessa. She has long red hair with a slender white/yellow business skirt. The outfit comes with an outer cloak, which she uses to hide her hands as she works from the shadows, controlling others with magical threads. She despises violence, meaning she would rather use the threads on her enemies and send magical energy through them to harm her victims.
Aerith Gainsborough (Final Fantasy 7) is a timid little flowergirl that is met early on in the game. Throughout the storyline, it is revealed that she is the last of her kind, the Ancients: wandering inhabitants of the planet that are in tune with the Planet's sorrow. She has long brown hair and a pink dress with a red blazer. She may be a female, but that doesn't change the fact that she is ready for battle with her choice of weapon: a metal rod that she wields with full force. To couple that, she has healing capabilities beyond those of normal healers, thanks to the White Materia Brooch that is a family heirloom.
I'm just wondering if I'd actually warrant any looks into this sort of thing from others. *scratches his cheek*

Memorable Characters / Places
Posted 16 years agoWhat memorable places or characters do you know of from any cartoon or game? I've been bitten by the random bug thanks to yesterday, so I want to go back to making the pooled stories. I'm not sure if I'd follow through with it for a long run, but I'm at least interested in starting once again. You wouldn't believe how fun it was to actually post on that group like 9 years ago. I'm serious, too. If anything, I'll probably still use Antenora from Wild Arms: 2nd Ignition, but other than that, I don't know who or what else to include.
I think I'm interested in reading a few more chapters of Mysterra too, kinshou-fox. Just a few, at least, because I know you do that sort of story as well.

Ah, such fragmented memories...
Posted 16 years agoI had a craving for nostalgia yesterday, so I ventured back into the old roleplaying MUD that I used to go on some years ago. To add to that, I also looked back on an old Yahoo! group that I used to venture on and roleplay with. Ah... those were the days. I don't remember much else about the time, though... *looks down, scratching his cheek* All I remember now is that I sucked at writing then. Not like much of that has changed now, though, right? ;)
Well, the Yahoo! group was generally a roleplaying group that allowed the members to take control of memorable Playstation 1 characters, such as from Final Fantasy 7, Lunar: Silver Star Story, and others. I only remember those two, because most of my characters were from either of those or Wild Arms: 2nd Ignition. <3 A bit of a spin was put into the story I wrote too, because I was heavily influenced by Sailor Moon when I was writing it. How embarrassing, right? But I loved every new post!
Even now, reading some of the previous posts made, I'm getting the inspiration I need to write again. Write what, I'm still not sure. I've decided to give Merial another shot with a fresh start, but we'll see if that even takes off. If it doesn't, I still have the old chapter progress I was up to. Oh man, this rocks so much, even if it was so corny back then. :)

Writer's Questionnaire
Posted 16 years agoSaw it on
tobiaspretztail's journal.
~
1. When did you start writing?
Hmm... It would probably be around late 90s or so. I know I enjoyed re-writing down everything that happened during King's Quest VI, and I think it went on from there.
2. First drafts: Handwritten, typed, or some combination?
A combination of both. Generally, it is mostly in my mind until I type it up, but I'll take some ideas for later and write them down.
3. Do you keep any kind of notebook or writer's journal, and if so, what kinds of things go into it?
I have two spiral notebooks filled with notes.
4. Do you set any quotas for your work (number of words per day, number of hours per day, etc.)? Why or why not?
Nah. I just write what I think of.
5. Are you most comfortable writing short stories, novels, or something else?
I'm comfortable with short stories, as I don't have to worry about a continuation effort. I don't have enough interest in writing something long when there is no one else to enjoy it. I'll just keep the tale in my mind.
6. What's your favorite kind of story to write?
Fantasy.
7. Talk about a story of yours that was easy to write and one that was difficult to write, and why.
Easy to write: Merial Chronicles. I mean, heck, I spun out quite a few after one another. The creativity just rather flew through me, but looking back, it was rather messy.
Difficult to write: Within the Shadows. I think the concept of trying to keep a dark side to the world was my trouble. I messed up on it quite a lot, I know.
8. Which of your characters is closest to your sense of self? In other words, who do you most identify with in your own work to date?
Karona. I mean, it is me, in a sense. Eh...
9. What work are you most proud of right now?
Merial Chronicles. I mean, it's pride of seeing how far I got with it, even with no interest shown from others. :/
10. What do you feel your strengths and weaknesses are as a writer?
I don't know if I have any strength in writing. I fail in keeping the story straight and the details are often too damn long.
11. Name a few writers who have influenced you or your work in some way.
Piers Anthony is the only one that comes to mind right off. I loved reading his Xanth novels growing up, and his well-worded use of puns in every story.
12. Talk about something you've written that you later found embarrassing for some reason.
Earlier works I used to write on a Yahoo! club role-playing group. Oh boy... I sucked! :P
13. Talk about the earliest stories you remember writing. What were they about?
Well, I got into writing about certain characters from games such as Wild Arms 2, Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete, and Final Fantasy VII and putting them in a situation that was reminiscent of Sailor Moon... Yeah... Good times/bad times... :P
14. If you knew you would be successful, what would you most like to write?
Long-ass fantasy books. If only I could be successful...
15. What inspires you?
Music and conversations. Mostly just random things, really... The right instrumental music or the silliest little cartoon images.
16. How many projects do you tend to work on at once?
A few things at once. It's not like many of them go through anyway, through loss of interest and overall negligence.
17. Who reads your work before it's released to the public? Do you have beta readers, a critique group, etc.?
Nope. No one. No one reads it after it's released either! Isn't that AWESOME!? :D
18. When you're not writing, what do you do for fun?
Play games. I mean, that's where I also get inspiration, too.
19. Advice to other writers?
Keep doing what you love. If you're writing for another reason, then that's rather silly.
20. What are you currently working on?
Re-tooling the background story for another swipe at Merial.
21. Share the first three sentences of a work in progress.
"From the mighty darkness of the void, a single being, known to us now as the goddess Merial, brought forth a small hill of land. From this hill, she planted and grew a mighty tree. That tree, called the Tree of Beginnings, or Magidemris, grew quickly from the care and love that she gave to it, and bore large fruit on its massive limbs."

Hmm, how interesting...
Posted 16 years agoI've got a plan, see? I'm planning on enjoying my... obvious desires with characters, only on a larger subject. No pun intended either, 'k? I'm planning on writing a fanfiction on Naruto. What can I say, I love blondes. Heck, Choji's adorable too, but the thought of Naruto himself is adorable. So, it's not going to be entirely based on much that was shown throughout the actual anime/manga, but it will contain certain key points that were brought out.
In other words, I'm going to pin up the true Merial Chronicles up here, once every few days. I mean, I want it to take a while to be put up here, giving people that may actually read it another reason to go over to my deviantArt page at a time. Of course, once I get FA caught up, both sites will receive updates of the same nature, at the same time. This Naruto side-project is just something to tide me over until I can think of some more key points to the recent chapter.
As well as also giving me some time, I am plotting the Prophecy story some more. I mean, it's intended to be short, just like this fanfiction will be, but the ending is something I'm really, truly looking for. I mean, I was influenced by a retelling of the classic "Three Little Pigs" story that one of the artists I watch made. However, he's removed all works of the past, so I can't really reflect back on it once again. I'm just taking my time and creativity into doing more with how it originally came around, as well as just overly having fun with it.
Yada-yada-yada, blah-blah-blah. I can really drag on with a simple subject, can't I? Either way, I'm just letting those who may want to know, that I'm not done with Merial, on here or on deviantArt, and the fact is, I've actually found a writing muse lately to keep me in the mood for a bit longer. Just a heads up, that's all. ^_^
