Posted 3 years agoGreetings all, This weekend me and Kit are gonna be streaming to raise funds so we can upgrade our pc's. Mine in particular is still a win7 machine and I can't really do much with it at the moment, its sorta been wrecking my productivity and what i thought i could accomplish with purely an iPad kinda hasn't worked out all too well. Though now since GPU's and such are far more obtainable than peak pandemic, we wanted to sorta nip this in the bud and get it taken care of asap.
So the plan was, starting tomorrow (Friday) at 9-10am central (12pm pacific), was gonna do an old fashioned art stream, probably taking some sketch slots and maybe run a few events and raffles, till we reach our goal, I'm kinda playing it by ear, but anything helps at this point honestly. I might run it similarly to some of the older Halloween stream events where the TF chosen is determined by wheel spins. just to keep things simple since I don't have like my full setup. So namely asking to be a bit patient with me as I kinda get back into the groove of this.

Been working on a little project for a while now, compiling EVERY conceivable piece of art I've ever done since being a part of the Tf/Furry community. It turned out to be an incredibly sizable amount of art that I had to break it up by 2 year intervals up to 2022 and plan to release subsequent years in the coming months.
The art included is literally EVERYTHING, personal art, commissions, WIP's, fan art, TF stuff, absolutely everything. Quite a lot of it is stuff I never posted and stuff I entirely forgot I even did, a lot of preliminary drawings to some of the more notable sequences and such that I've been known for in the past. Including some long lost things that took some serious digging, and some things thought lost entirely, were found, including HD full-size versions of some old sequences that have never been online period.
That said, I'm very proud to announce Art pack (Zero ONE) contains Everything from the first era of me kinda entering the Tf community, and the inception of 'Kuma' the bear
Also included:
-Over 250+ original illustrations
-Highest possible HD versions of ALL art
-Alternate/NSFW versions of Many pieces
-Art that has never been posted online, in any capacity
-Full resolution and unused frames to old sequences like "Payback"

*Bit of a small disclaimer, between all the artpacks already put together, some original files to some of the art has been entirely non-recoverable so full resolutions for some images is unfortunately fixed at their smaller 'FA posted sizes' Thankfully this occurrence seemed to become far less as the years went on, so a lot of the later years will have much more consistency in their HD-ness. That said, some of the more prolific notable old sequences like 'Payback' 'Dogdude' and 'Hoplite' were able to be fully recovered in their full resolution.

Charity Event Stream tonight! (Donkey vs. Rat TF)
Posted 5 years agoSo tonight gonna be doing a stream to help raise money for a local charity for homeless kids in the San Antonio area, we decided to make a little bit of an event out of it and split it between 'team rat' and team donkey' the highest of either will result in one of two volunteers to be Tf'ed against their will, tomorrow, but as it stand there's no commitment or anything required, just gonna be doodling tf shananigans tonight, if anyone wants to relax and chill.

Posted 6 years agoHoly moly It's sure been a while since I last did much of anything on Fa, or pretty much anywhere else for the matter.
-The Reason-
Namely, pretty much just art burn out, I kinda worked myself into a corner with commissions and such that it basically became all i was doing, to the point that i hadn't really drawn for myself in quite a long time and ultimately even the act of doing artwork kind of just became monotonous and i couldn't really maintain my art identity, since 98% of stuff i was doing was commissions and i kinda let myself just become a machine where i would pretty much draw anything and everything. Eventually, it diverged and it got to a point i was hardly even drawing the stuff i initially wanted to do the most of, Transformation, designing characters from scratch, all the things that fueled my passion for art and illustration in the first place and it kinda just...wasn't clicking anymore. Eventually streams and such kinda got to be a bit too much for me and even finishing my workload got to be completely unmanageable. i still did keep drawing however, the odd commission here or there or would try to at least be in the ballpark of what I wanted to focus on and I'm really grateful to my fox
kitsunekit and the friends who stuck with me and continued to support me and give me time to sorta heal off feeling so inconsistent and artistically aimless for literally years.
-The Future-
Its taken me a while to put myself back together, and I can thankfully say things have been on the upswing, creatively. a couple months back I started a Patreon, it wasn't really anything special, I didn't have anything planned, or fancy assets or anything, but was talked into it by a friend as a means to reconnect with my roots and love of making art, and to take just a little bit of the edge off of being locked in commission limbo for all eternity. slowly but surely, it came together and i met some amazing people and fellow artists, frequent commissioners and longtime admirers that hadn't really reached out till that point, and sure enough, suddenly art slowly became fun again and it got to the point where i would look forward to every subsequent Stream like it was Christmas.and for the first time in years i finally got to just indulge myself in just letting loose to which I sincerely thank everyone who gave me that chance and opportunity to embrace that feeling again. Sincerely, thank you guys. Also a huge thanks to kitsunekit for helping me get a lot more organized so maintaining everything so it doesn't feel so daunting. since as far as social media goes, i find it gets extremely overwhelming at times, since even though I've come a really long way to how i used to be in the days of yore, I'm still very much an introvert.
-Where the Bear Roams (& Goals)-
I'm very thankful to the people who reached out to me, dm's notes emails etc. A lot of people asking where they can find me or my art, and for a while i didn't really have an answer to that question, but after a lot of deliberation I went and created

Its still empty, but starting soon, this will become my main source of artwork for twitter, i will most likely still be on drawingkuma but for more general use and communication, thoughts, stuff i like or just general nonsense. I plan to making the Pawingkuma handle primarily and purely Art, most likely also including retweets from fellow TF artists and the like so we can get this Tornado of self indulgent TF debauchery, spinning. THAT said, it will also be my NSFW stuff so just fair warning. I always felt kinda weird doing anything remotely NSFW on my main twitter due to like....family and stuff kinda peeking in occasionally.. and uh..yeah, that's a story for another time.
Oh and of course, gonna keep continuing to post here on FA, for anyone who doesn't wanna play the twitter game.
It's sorta fallen into disuse, but i also have a personal discord for art and streams, but its been a bit on the dead side, but may attempt to revive it once everything becomes a bit more routine.

I'll probably come back to this a little later in more detail, closer to October, but as of now i did enable Shinies for anyone who wants to support the mayhem.
Although in October i will be formally, going public with Patreon, I don't really have much planned as of yet or many tiers, and if you happen to find it pre-emptively, just know that there will be be some pretty big changes to whats on the page for tiers.
But as a start the lower end tiers will probably include an archive of all my art from like 2014 onward full size and HD, with a lot of stuff I've not posted or slipped through the cracks. But eventually hope to maybe taken on some more grand projects on a month to month basis, sequences or collabs with some fellow Tf artist buds.
Also updated a lot of the links and stuff on my profile to all the places you can support and find me.
Phew, that was more than I expected to write, there will prolly be a follow up to this a bit later with information regarding commissions and such, since I WILL still be doing them, but on a much smaller scale than previously.
Again, thank you guys for ya'lls time and all the love and messages from this small flood of art (there's still a lot more coming btw..i don't think I'm even half done....)

Posted 7 years agoSo I guess I've sorta been on hiatus for a while...been getting back into the swing of things and not being such a hermit.
But wanted to give you guys a heads up, I'm prolly gonna be posting quick a big backlog of art over the next coming days/weeks? also updated my page a bit.
Planning on getting a commission/list/form up and running again, also added Ko-fi and updated links for twitter and email and all that good stuff.
I've also created a bit of a stream discord server, for announcing streams and stuff and generally being an art dump for stuff that goes on in streams, not super sure how I'm gonna be using it, but we shall see as time goes on.
That said, sorry for the long hiatus guys, hope to start cranking out more art this year, do some long standing projects and things I've had on the backburner and prolly a lot more streams, included a link to my picarto on my page.
Anyway thanks for stopping by guys, hope to hear from/chat with you guys soon, stay awesome!
