Me and my husband bought a house and it needed a TON of renovations to the basement to make it a full fursuit workshop and art studio for me. It took a LOT longer than expected but things are done now and I'm back to my regular fursuit and art work routine!

So I've seen a lot of other artists open up a telegram announcement channel to let others know when they will be open for commissions, or for posting YCH's. I have been mulling around the idea of doing so for my art too. I always feel bad when I post something for sale and I get the "Aww I missed out!" or "I just saw this and missed it!" Having a telegram channel would give me a place to post (along with here) so people could get an actual notification to see what I have up, instead of browsing FA and possibly missing out on something.

Yay or Nay? What are your guy's thoughts? I know some artists post stuff to Pateron and give them first dibs on commissions or pieces, I don't want to do this, but I want to make it somewhat fair for others who want a piece of art from me :) I may also post polls for ideas or themes for future YCHs etc.

So for those of you who commented on my freebie Friday journal (and there were lots! thank you so much!) I have a question for you all!

What would you like to see? There are a few options.

1. Sketches
These are quick, rough and dirty, some simple lines tossed down to capture an idea, a pose an gesture. Nothing is tided down too much, there is no color.

2. Refined Sketch
Take the rough sketch from above and add my first pass of cleaner lines, these are tighter, more tied down and give you a better idea of what a final picture would look like. There is no color.

3. Inks
Taking the refined sketch above, I go over and actually ink the whole picture adding in my line weights and quality over the whole piece. There are no sketchy lines. This has no color, but it is very close to that step and can have color added to it more easily by other users or artists.

4. Flat Color
Take my inks and add in the basic color of the character underneath the lines. Its flat, no shading, but would encompass all the basic details and specs of the character.

5. Cell Shaded
Once more you take the step above and add on more. This would be best seen in my current pinup collection, where you have full flat colors and simple cell shading along with a few highlights to make the character pop! A splash of color background can be added as well.

After reading all of that, What would you guys like to see? If I do Sketches I can obviously get to more of you guys and hand out a few extra freebies. If I do inks, it takes more time and thus I can get through less, and full flat color/cell shaded take the longest and would likely end up with only one or two of you getting a freebie in this state.

If I did icons or busts I could do more of flats/cell shaded, if you wanted full body pieces, I could maybe do 1 or 2.

As the post title suggests, I want to give back to my watchers and offer some free art to a few of you. I obviously cannot draw something for everyone, but I will do my best to get to a few of you each Friday.

Quick question to you all. When I post a YCH up its usually for a set amount and I just ask that someone who wants the piece comments with the word "Dibs" to claim it, that way others can comment on the piece without the risk of accidentally purchasing it. I see other artists offering auctions for their YCHs to allow more people a chance to purchase it. Is this something you guys would like to see me do? Or do you prefer one set price? If I auctioned pieced they would start lower, so it may end up being a steal of a deal or could have the potential to go very high. I am just trying to be fair for all my followers and those who have interest in purchasing my art.

So I'm mulling over ideas for my next YCH and was thinking of spicing things up a bit with the subject matter. Comment with your kinks, fetishes, fantasies and more! I am looking for inspiration, it can be a simple subject, or a full on description of a detailed event. There will be no shaming of any sort here, I'll make sure of that.

You guys probably already have an idea of what I like because, well, I draw what turns me on! But to put it into words I would have to say feral on anthro, knots in general, boys with big toys, bondage, and curvy women.

Hello to all my new followers! I've gathered quite a few over the past couple months, even with my lack of activity. So first off, thank you all for stopping by to watch me and my work, it means a lot to me, really :)

Now the reason I've been so inactive. As most of you know I'm in school; currently attending Sheridan for Art Fundamentals. The class work has kept me pretty busy, but I'm loving every minute of it, and I'm seen improvement, so it makes it worth it. Now for some good news! My last journal states that I had been wait listed for the animation program, well I got in! I did it! So it looks like I'll be pretty busy for the next 4 years. Its been a long road so far, and its going to be an even rougher road ahead, but I am up for the challenge.

Now on that note, as I am in school, and not currently working I am open for all sorts of art commissions. I can do traditional, digital, line art, full color, you name it! All commissions are in Canadian $$$ meaning all you U.S furries out there get an automatic discount hah! Take advantage of the exchange rate and nab yourself some art!

So here is what has been happening in my life. In case everyone is not aware, I am currently attending Sheridan college in Oakville for Art Fundamentals. I have recently applied to the Bachelor of Animation program and I have been wait listed... meaning I am waiting to find out not only where I am on the standings on the list, but then I get to wait even longer to see if I get accepted at all...

So I'm sorry I've been quiet, I've had lots of assignments due, and that's cut into my pleasure art time.

Just a little update is all. I'll go back to being super stressed now. :X

SO here's the deal. My life drawing teacher wants me to fill up a 110 page sketch book in... now 12 weeks. I can easily do this with random characters I come up with, or my own personal characters but, being in school I am currently kinda short on extra funds.

My offer to you, my fantastic followers, is a whole page of my sketch book devoted to you! For $7 you will get a few head shots, maybe a full body sketch, some expressions, nifty poses and so on. These for the most part will be rough and lose then lined out or inked if I have the time.

If you want maybe something a little more, like a whole page, traditionally colored with details galore I am also willing to do that! I figured people might not want to go for that but I will offer it too. It would be $40 for a whole page in my sketch book, all colored to the best of my ability. I will also include a sketch page along with the completed one. This is $10-20 savings off a commissions from me, a great deal!

So if you'd like to help the cause of getting my poor ass through college comment below with what you'd like, a sketch page or full page, give me your reference/a good description and your paypal email and I will send you an invoice for either the $7 or $40.

Please note that I am NOT taking credit for your characters design, I will not use your character in any other artwork without your permission. You will also get a full high res scan of the completed piece.

So I figured I'd give everyone over in furry land an update on my whereabouts.

I am now living in Milton! I am working full time currently, at Ren's Pet Depo out in Oakville and I will be attending Sheridan on January 12th as my first official day.

I am feeling mixed towards the whole thing. On one hand its neat to be on my own for the first time, and so cool to live in the city where everything is SO close! But at the same time I miss my family SO much, I miss my mom, my sister, my dad, and the dogs. It's harder than I thought it would be to live without em. Thank god for Avilon he's helped to make this transition a lot easier.

So yeah... its strange, new, scary, exciting, and daunting all at the same time. So any moral support would be welcome :)

Also on a side note, thanks to all my new watchers! I don't know what I've done to earn so many, but thank you!

So.... I am moving! That's right, I will no longer be living in the middle of no where north of Oshawa, I am moving down to the city, Milton to be exact. Now the reason for this move is school, I am currently enrolled for the winter semester at Sheridan for art fundamentals. I plan on applying for Animation for this coming September, and if I don't get in then I'll do whatever it takes to apply for it the year after next.

I will be moving in with my mate  Avilon I'm so thankful for him, hes been incredibly supportive through this whole transition. Thanks baby. It'll be a big deal for us, a new chapter in both our lives.

So this means I'll be closer to all my friends out in Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton! But this also means I will have to move my workshop. So for the time being I am putting a temporary halt to fursuit, hoodie, and other items. Eventually I will move a portion of my workshop down too, but for now it's just the big things.

So I really enjoy doing these pre-pose sketches, they're like the YCH you see all the time only not an auction, just set prices because I feel my work is slowly getting better, but not worth the hunderds of dollars others tend to reach. So I'm more modest in my prices.

Anywho, what would you guys like to see me draw? More foot paws? I wouldn't say I have a foot paw fetish but I do enjoy drawing em! Wanna see different species? If so what? What poses? What themes? What fetishes even! Let me have it, I'm willing to draw anything other than scat, water sports or vomit. Otherwise I'm all game for it!

Just a quick update!

I will be on Holidays starting tomorrow! YAY I'm so excited! I get a week off work, no driving, no going anywhere, and myself, and a few close friends/family have rented a cottage up north ish. We are all excited to spend time together and get back to nature.

Now as for commissions, don't worry! The two individuals who I owe art for will be getting updates soon. I plan on bringing my tablet and doing some work while out relaxing because art to me is a nice get away. For those 2 individuals who I owe hoodies too, your work will be front and foremost on my to-do as soon as I get back on Sunday.

So I ordered a batch of fleece for my first 4 hoodie commissioners and it arrived on Wednesday. I decided to finally take a look at it yesterday night and bam, crap quality. 3 of the 7 colors I ordered are complete and utter garbage, thinner, really stretchy, no visible pile. I refuse to use this for my hoodies.

So I called the company and got a "well if you ship it back we'll refund you the price". The fleece itself would be worth $148 to be refunded back onto my visa. However the shipping of the fleece back is going to cost me $66 or more. So my question is, is it worth it?

I mean I will not use this low of a quality on my hoodies, my customers deserve better. I have swatches arriving next week so hopefully I can order the right stuff then, so everyone who has already paid me dont worry! You will get exactly what you want and in the best quality I can offer! But what do I do with 26 yards of piss poor quality fleece?

It has a HUGE stretch to it one way, so my mother was thinking, what about a onezy? Would someone want a cheaper onezie? I would not charge full price for one because its a lower quality fabric, but is anyone interested? I have 6 yards white and 10 yards of both black and gray. So before I eat the $66 fee and ship back this fleece, any takers? I've never made a onezy but I figure its gotta be easier than making a fursuit body lol. If your character is black/gray with a little bit of white comment or note me and we could talk.

Okay so as the title says I am now open for hoodie commissions! I want to thank everyone to being super patient with me over the past few months due to preparing for a convention, then dealing at the convention, then going in for surgery, and recovery from said surgery I’m finally feeling better! Man its been a long month, hopefully I’ll never have to go under the knife again.

SO peoples, this is the list of individuals who have inquired about a hoodie in the past 3 months who asked for a spot to be held. I will be taking on 4 at a time to be completed within a months’ time, maybe even less! I have 1 person who has already paid, a pre-order from the past convention so they are at the top of the list but that leaves 3 full slots for this month.

How this is going to work is if you want a spot for this month I am giving a full 24 hours for people who have waited the longest to reply, after 24 hours I will open it up to everyone else on the list. Whoever can confirm their slot/payment gets the spot. I am doing it like this, for this journal only as I want the individuals who have waited more than 3 months for this to have first dibs. I hope you all understand. I will be getting through these quickly so please don’t fret, I will get to you!

Every hoodie comes with a digital mock up of what your character will look like ‘hoodified’ to ensure I have the markings correct, and to iron out any kinks of the design, this is free of charge so even if you only want a quote you get one of these.

Wow, just wow guys. What an amazing time! I swear every year it gets better and better. My little journal on my time at FE will not be nearly as long as others because I'm a dealer and thus spend a good portion of each day at my booth but I'll share what I experienced.

So we and by we I mean myself, my sister Belle, and her boyfriend Hexxus showed up at the hotel space by 2pm on Thursday. We had a hell of a time packing my over 100 items I brought with to deal this year but with a mini van packed and her little car stuffed to the brim we did it!

Upon arrival we unloaded everything into our room and took a moment to reflect and relax. Soon after my mate Avilon arrived and we all decided that the pool would be a grand idea. Good thing we did too because come Saturday, Sunday and Monday it was closed at times for cleaning, silly dirty furries lol. We soaked in the hot tub a good while until we had a hankerin for some food and then marched over to tuckers for supper.

Wow such food. Much carbs. So fat. LOL we had a nice BIG meal and retired to our hotel room for a good sleep before the day started on Friday.

Friday morning came and we were all up bright and early getting ready to haul all my stuff down to the dealers den. Once set up, the doors opened and business was booming! Made a decent profit on day one all things considering. At about 3 ish out last roomie made it to the hotel, Trix. She tackle hugged me at the booth and we got into a nice routine of her answering questions and me working on art.

Friday night came and we decided on Montana's for dinner. It was fun all our friends were sitting around the bar, singing to the music being played and enjoying good food and good company. I made a baaadddd decision by having a deep fried platter for supper. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but my body would hate me for it later.

At about 4am I awoke with that usual back pain, then chest pain, then more back pain. I was having another gallstone attack. I rolled over in bed, trying not to wake Avi and trembled in pain reaching for my T3's and gravol, what my doctor prescribed for me in the off chance I had another attack. As I popped the cap off I hear a tiny soft whisper from the floor beside my bed; "you alright?" It was Trix, I told her what was happening and she asked me if I wanted to go for a walk around the hotel. God I was so blessed to have her there at that time. I was in AGONY, but having her there to walk and talk to made it much more bearable.

We walked around, sat by the computers in the lobby, checked out the pool and exercise room, pretty much did laps until 7:30 rolled around. We walked back to the room and passed out for an hour or so until I had to be up and back down to the dealers den. My sisters friend Miss KnowItAll showed up around 2 and took video of the parade for us! Because I had 2 suits in it my sister work my Kitty suit and I work my Velicoraptor Phil. We lined up in the front of the fursuit photo shoot, which if any one has a copy you can see me and her RIGHT in the front in perfect focus. SO happy with that! After the parade I went back to the booth and finished the day dealing.

Surprisingly I wasn't all that tired, even if only having 3 to 4 hours of sleep. We had another great day dealing at the con, makin it rain as Avi said hehe. And for supper on Saturday we decided to hit up Boston Pizza. BIG mistake. The service was poor, took forEVER to get our order put in, but still we all managed to have a good time.

The dance on saturday was kinda blah, I'm not a fan of techno, I prefer music I can dance to, so meh. There was a few good songs after the "wedding dance" so I was able to get in a little bit on the floor with Avi. Then came the bouquet tossing, and my god my sisters boyfriend Hexxus caught it! LOL so he gave it to me, the irony! HAH! So I got some photos of Kitty holding the now broken flowers and photos of me and Avi together, so here's hoping we get married next.

I know I mentioned that I wanted to have my wedding at a convention in the past to my previous partners, after seeing how this one went down, I defiantly do NOT want it there. Too much to go wrong, and a little too corny for what I want which is a traditional day devoted to me and the love of my life who I want to spend the rest of my days with.

After the whole dance I decided to finish up on commissions into the wee hours of the morning which turned into even wee-er hours as the clocks clicked forward at 2am.

Sunday I was up bright and early, and down to the den with a breakfast of 2 apples. I was soon joined by Belle and a few others, but Avi slept in rather late, guess the dance really took it outta him. Sunday was busy at my booth because I sold everything on a little bit of a discount. Had another great day dealing and finished all my badges on time, even got a commission from one of my favorite artists sitting across from me!

6pm came and we quickly took down everything and headed back to the room to do the tally of what I made over the course of the weekend. I closed Sunday night with $2700. Amazing. More than double what I've made in the past. Most of it was tails, and ears, a few hoodies but mostly badges. Over 30 furnal equinox themed badges sold. Just wow. I hope in the coming years I can keep that going!

Sunday for dinner we ordered in for our traditional feast of Pizza Hut. $100 bill to them all on me as a thank you to all who helped me at the con for the weekend. I had a salad but a small taste of all the yummy things hehe.

The dance was amazing, taking song requests, we danced to time warp, thriller, time of my life, and omg so much more! It was fantastic, a perfect end to an overly perfect weekend. I had such a blast, made so many good friends, and saw a lot of regulars I only get to see those few select times a year.
