So this morning I was at work.. yeah I know Surpise right. Anywho I started my shift at 7am so I wasnt too happy about getting up early because I've been having issues sleeping. So I get to work and the first thing that needs to be done is cats, so cleaning kitty litter, give em food, water all that good stuff.
I work at PetSmart for those of you who dont know, I cover the small animal, reptiles, fish and birds, I pretty much care for all animals in the store. Anywho so I get to the cats and I see one has emptied its kitty litter all over and made a huge mess... now I'm cranky.
I get in there and start cleaning the cage, I move a litter pan and one of the 2 little black cats pounce in it spilling it all over the cage and me and it bolts out of the cage... great just great... so I let him run around for a bit while I finish disinfecting the cage and stuff, at this point the little black cat named Dusky is walking around so I go to pick her up and put her back in her cage... BAD IDEA...
She flipped over and attacked me, her claws digging into my hands as I'm trying to pick her up, I grab her stomach to settle her and she chomps down right on my hand! So now I scream and drop her.. I'm bleeding and go get my managers to help me...
Now I get told I have to go to a walk in clinic to get seen because cat bites can be very bad, the saliva from cats can kill a mouse and I'm worried about getting an infection... Long story short I am on antibiodics and have one really sore finger... I've been working there for 4 years and have only been bit by a cat just now... So how is everyone elses day going?

So after 3 years and 2 months my boy rat has passed on... I rescued him from being fed to a snake as a baby, I was highly allergic to him one he became an adult so I never handeled him much but I gave him a big home, plenty of food, and fresh treats, I tryed to keep him comfortable as he suffered from a lung condition too... Rest now little buddy, I'll always remember you.

Okay so my insurance agent called me back and after having an offical appraiser go over the specs of my car as well as the fact that I just bought it in April, only 6 months ago. The new final price is *drum roll please* $3525.60! So apparently I have my mothers luck, everything always turns out for me. Now just so you guys know I spent an even $3000 on the car in April, so I actually made a profit! :/ yeah figure that out! So I'm looking for new cars. I have a wonderful mechanic who I go to, so I test drove some cars yesterday. Lemme just say I am not a fan of saturns, way too low to the ground and yeah, just not my cup of tea. So I'm going to splurge and get a loan and buy a car thats a little nicer. I dont want to settle for with something. I'll keep you guys updated with what car I end up getting.

Now thats looking up, but I am SOO SICK ugh... I have a cold mixed with a flu or something. I'm achey, overly tired, have the worst head ache of my life thus far, I cant breathe through me nose and I have a fever sitting at 100'F or just shy of 38'C. I dont think I've ever had a flu before, but man it sucks, I want to drink something but I can only get a few mouth fulls down before I feel like I want to vomit. So anyone have home remidies that might ease my pain? I cant sleep. so I'm looking for people to keep me company.

Okay so those of you who've seen my car and its recent state know I was in an accident a few days ago. Well I thought it was something they could fix but it turns out nope! Nadda! Not gonna happen.... So I'm getting the black book value for my car, which comes out to a pittiful $1870... thats it. I just bought the damn thing in April for $3500 do they are giving me just over half the value of what I paid for it. So here I am thinking insurance will cover the cost of my repairs and I'll be back on the road in no time right? WRONG... Now I'm left without a car and a small handful of cash thats supposed to buy me a new car. Never mind the deductable of $500, so really I'm getting way less than I think, oh and $5 a day for my rental that they gave me just because I'm under 25.... fuck... So I officially have no money, nothing.... I just wanna cry.

So about oh I dont know maybe a month ago I dropped my tablet.. yup, I dropped my $1000 hp tx2500... as a result the glass over the screen cracked in 2 places, right across. I spent a few good days crying, so upset I managed to damage something so dear to me and so expensive but then my mate told me he would replace the whole lid seeing as the rest of my laptop is fine. So I was happy, and we found a replacement lid online for $300. Coming from Hong Kong... Well it arrived today completely shattered. Like TOTALLY broken the whole screen. The box had NO "fragile, handle with care" stickers on it and looked like a post office employee sat on it for a smoke break... so I'm very sad, I thought my laptop would be fixed and I'd be able to get back to drawing, but sadly no. So I guess it's back to sewing for a long while. *siiigh*

So I was out visiting my father who I havent seen in 2 and a half years. The visit went great, no issues there. But I did sprain my ankle falling down a step. A single step. It wasnt to bad at first, and I tryed to walk it off but after the drive home it was way worse. Its swollen to twice the size of my other ankle and starting to turn colours. >.> Great. Oh well, got ice on it now and taking advil to help with the swelling.

So I was out last weekend at the Contition: Ignition BBQ, it was a blast by the way. And ever since I got home I've been kinda depressed. It was so much fun hanging out with other furries, I never get to do that. I've also been feeling under the weather too with a sore throat. Well today I decided to quit feeling sorry for myself and got back into sewing and working on commissions. I already feel better. Then I helped cook supper, and afterwards I went for a walk with my dogs and my parents. It was very nice.
My father started a fire, so I decided to burn some of my remaining worthless school books. It was such a relief. It was a hard decision not to go back to school, but after having time to think about it, sleep on it and talk it over with friends it was the right decision.
Once the flames flickered out to nothing but red embers, we roastes marshmellows together as a family. It was so nice to be able to let go of the stress of school, and just relax. I'm still thinking about what I'm going to do with my life, but in the mean time I'm going to enjoy ever single day. Thanks for listening....
