..is so hard to find most days. I haven't drawn in years actually. Held a pencil and sketched today for the first time in an actual age and I'm amazed I can still draw at all. My hand hurts, but it warms my heart to have even a sprinkle of inspiration again. I'd pretty much given up really. But then I saw Honeyking post art of the Plonkies and *wheeze*...I had to dust off my sketchbook and draw one of my pluns. I've been meaning to draw Magni gardening since I first got him, and I'm finally doing it. I'm still obsessed with them and love them each with my whole heart. My babies... ♥

I had to hunt down the drawing I mentioned in my last journal because....I didn't even know what it was. But I found it. A fully finished inked fullbody of Noah, just waiting for me to photograph and color. ;w; Also found one of Bellora that I have no memory of drawing??? Anyone else just blackout draw? lol

Anyway, I hope anyone reading this has had a better year than me. Stay strong my friends. ♥

*shovels out the dust and puts on a fresh pot of coffee*

I guess I could post a tiny update for anyone who might still peek at my page.....I've been super busy in the last month or two and only now have things mostly calmed down. PHEW. Seriously. I feel like I'm still recovering.

Anyway, I drew a really nice fullbody pic of Noah over the last couple weeks...(well, I only worked on it a bit over 3 days but really spread out..) I have it all inked nice in my little sketchbook and at some point I will take a photo and try to color it and get it posted. My friend actually recognized him when I was sketching it and that made me happy. She was all 'Is that your male plunny?' x3 I was surprised she remembered anything like that because I don't talk about my furry OC's much to anyone. But I guess really the only thing I've been drawing at all lately has been my pluns so....*shrug* They are just so nice to draw. Except Magni. He's stressful to draw because I am not comfortable drawing muscles yet. xD I gotta work HARD to draw him. *snicker*


So rambles aside, I was just sick of seeing my old journal all the time.

And of course I was gone all night again and so I missed his hatching and all the hype! But omg a DRAFT!! A big hunky plun of my very own! Ohhhh I want him to help with all the heavy lifting and I want him in the garden and and....♥♥♥ (look at his speckles!!!! and his soft seagreen eyeeesssssss♥)

My god he's beautiful. He's going to force me to learn anatomy isn't he.....he is...he totally is. *sigh* But uuggghhh he's so purdyy.

.....Now I kind of want a pleasure just to have one of each breed type. xD (this is a lie, no i don't. they would make me neglect my other babies...probably lol)

I need a NAME for him now. hmmmm

edit: I think I like the name Magni for him. Because he strong. lol

....I'm...just going to try not to hyperventilate and draw my pluns with kindling bows. ;w; Everything is fine. I am fine. *deep breath*

I haven't drawn on my tablet for like half a year at least....but I have been doing some traditional stuff! I have no scanner but I'll be photographing and trying to edit and color some art soon-ish!

The hype for the next plunny kindling is real, and I have a handful of old(ish) art of my pluns I really wanna clean up and post. ^^
Speaking of the kindling...I think I will enter, even though I'm very happy with my plunny family. I just...I still lust after a red headed plun super hard....someday I would like one. TwT

..with my new pluns. I'm drawing Sabryna (Star's Lament) currently and it's taking ages, but i'm SO happy with how it's coming out so far. I should get her signed up on the forum, as I think I've got her personality and stuff mostly down now. I think I want to throw together a playlist of songs she does routines to. Not sure what format I'll use...maybe just a youtube playlist....hm.

Noah (Frost Clouds) is proving more of a challenge...I'm still tossing around ideas for him at this point. Ah, but I'm so happy to have a boy with the lop ears! ;w; He's just exactly what I was hoping for when I picked out his sire and dam. ♥ Sabryna was just the product of my two favorite plunnies, but with Noah I was very careful in picking out colors and patterns I wanted mixed.

On the topic of my plunny fam, which is perfect...i think it will be hard to add another, I feel I need to get my owner profile going. Instead of just having myself as the owner, or my fursona, I think I will make an OC for this role. I'm far too kind to treat the plunnies as pets. I'd treat them as people and I decided I do want to follow the cannon, at least for the most part...so to do that I will be making actually 2 OC's to fit into this world. I'm thinking two guys...or a guy and a girl. They would meet at a plunny event and later move in together with their plunnies. The first OC will be the owner of Lovely Weather, and the second, who's more experienced in raising and training plunnies, will be the owner of Star's Lament and Frost Clouds.

I decided on this because after working out Sabryna's bio, I feel she needs to be a mid-level show jumper, and there's just no way that fits with Bellora's current write up.

So yes...sorry for another journal, but it helps for me to write this out as I'm planning stuff. ^^

I have 2 on the way and I'm dying right now. THE ANTICI......PATION! is so real.

Cleaned up Bellora's page on the official forum now that I'm more familiar with the cannon-verse. I cannot WAIT to have 2 more plunny babbies. ;w; I've wanted a 'sister' for Bellora for awhile and I always admire the boy plunnies so I got one and and...my little plun fam will be perfect. >w<

I have so many ideas, but since I don't know what my new babes will look like I can't solidify anything and that's fine but *EEEEE* the excitement is real!!

There's a prompt event going on now for plunnies and I have spent so much time looking and admiring other people's pluns to try and figure out who Bellora might have as an idol and it's really really hard. ; 3; But I might try to ease my impatience and excitement by trying to sketch something for this prompt anyway.


Also, speaking of art.....I know I don't upload much, but I do have some sketches I can probably upload..I just feel like I should only post 'finished' art here..but LOL that means uploading practically nothings so I might uh, throw up some WIP or sketch book stuff. We'll see. :D
