No comic this month
Posted 4 months agoI wanted to avoid this, but due to a lot of factors, I will not be able to create an update on F.A.T Frat this month! I still have a lot of work to do on the drive and other projects, making it not feasible to create two comic pages. I am so sorry! I didn’t think the drive would get this much attention and need extra parts made. I am super grateful for all the support and hope you all have been loving the drive as much as I have been; I just didn’t expect you all to love it this much and for it to eat up so much time! Hopefully all the votes for the drive make up for it, however, I know it is not the same as the comic.
That said, I will be picking up right where we left off next month! Just with the move and the drive, I have had no time to work on it! Everything else should function as normal on patreon. The stickers will still be sent out at the end of the month and a new vote should be up tomorrow for July’s sticker! If you have any questions please let me know, and if you want a refund for this month, I will happily give it!
Again thank you all so much for understanding and the support!

My favorite part of doing freelance is reading your ideas! Over 180 of you submitted and I enjoyed looking over each one! It was impossible to select people for the first batch, so I used a random number generator instead!

Posted a year agoHey everyone, I’m back!
Firstly, thank you for letting me take a few weeks off for my mental health. It has been up and down, but I am finally at the point where I can reconnect with the fandom once again. My responses will be slow for a bit. So please be patient with me while I catch up.
As for my work, I will be resuming everything right off the bat. The next pages of my comic are finished. Expect them to be posted tomorrow (with voting), and a day or two after, a big sequence commission will be posted for one of my good pals!
However, to prevent myself from falling into depression again, I will be trying a few things. For example, I don’t plan to be active on social media during the weekends. Giving myself time to disconnect and not be online 24/7. While also focusing more on studying on my off hours.
Thanks again for your amazing support through this all! Now who is ready to see some big bellies!?

Taking a step back
Posted a year agoWith a heavy heart, I must step away from social media for a bit. This includes messaging platforms like Discord and Telegram. Stepping back was something I didn’t want to resort to; however, with all the physical and mental pain I have been enduring these last weeks, I am left with no other choices. I can barely take care of myself, let alone run a business. I am in a very fragile state. This last month has worn me down. I can barely go 15 minutes into a drawing session without feeling debilitating depression. I am petrified to even pick up my stylus. I can’t sleep, because I worry about failing not only at art but failing the amazing community I found myself lucky to be in.
I am going to need some time. Time to get myself in order, and time to be able to draw again. This will likely be a month or two, maybe even longer. I deeply apologize to everyone who has been supporting me. From the commissioners in my queue who know have to wait longer, or the Patreons who won’t have any new content to vote on/ see progress of. I know how lucky I am to have all these amazing folks supporting my dream. It devastates me to let you guys down. I will do my best to get back on my feet as soon as possible.
From the bottom of my heart, I am sorry and will see you all again soon. <3

Now that a year has passed, I will be taking a break from the connoisseur tier. It has been a blast to do, but it does take a lot of time. This change will let me open up for commissions sooner! I want to give more people a chance to get art from me, before trying out this tier again. When I do revisit it after a while, I plan on taking on one person at a time rather than two! This should strike a better balance between Patreon and commissions!
If you have any personal interest in signing up for that tier down the road, let me know personally with a note! It will help me understand the demand for something like this!
Otherwise, everything else will be the same for the $2 and $7 tiers! And if you have any questions, leave them in the comments.

Taking a Gap Year
Posted 5 years agoAfter debating the decision for a couple months, I have decided to officially take a gap year. This means, I won't be returning to school this fall. Instead, I am waiting a whole year and returning in 2021. During this year, I plan on doing commissions full time! I also have a few other things planned. But mostly it will be furry art! Hope you guys won't mind me sticking around for that long!

For now, what did you all think of the Google form? What worked and what didn't? How can I make it better in the future? This was my first time opening up commissions publicly, and I would love to know what I can do to improve the process for you all. The Extended Goodbye
Posted 6 years agoI cannot believe it is already time for me to leave again. It feels like only yesterday I came bursting back through that door and got pelted by darts. I am still in shock from the warm welcome I received and will always be grateful for it. Like I have mentioned time and time again, you are all such wonderful furs and it has been an absolute blast chatting with you all, even if it was brief. I have made some great memories these last few weeks that I will never forget! But sadly, it is time for me to get ready for school and head back. This is by far the worst part of any break, as it always pains me to say goodbye to amazing furs like you guys.
Similar to before, I am going completely offline, which means no telegram, fur affinity, and twitter. My workload is so large at school. I need to devote all of my attention to it. This means I can’t have any distractions no matter how amazing they are. If I want to survive my classes, I need to make this sacrifice every time I return to college. But different to before, there is going to be a larger gap of time between now and when I return. Currently, there are two possibilities for me: The first one involves me leaving for an entire year. It kills my heart to be away from the community for so long, but unfortunately I would have no other option. This possibility would involve an internship over the summer with a game studio. It would be a surreal experience if I got the position, as it has been a dream of mine since a young age. However, because of the internship I wouldn’t be around until next winter break. The other possibility would be returning in the summer. If I don’t get an internship, I will be home for the break. If this happens, it is very likely I will open up commissions and be around to chat. I will be able to relax at home and take my time making artwork for this community. But regardless of what happens, it will be at least 6 months before I can return.
I am going to miss each and every one of you. I will cherish all the memories we forged, be it good or bad. I hope you all have a wonderful year ahead of you!! I am terrible at goodbyes, so instead let’s just say, “until next time!” And don’t forget: A true act of goodwill always sparks another!

The Big Return!!!

I’m back!!!
Wow, it feels like ages since this last summer; however, now that the fall quarter is complete, I can return for the winter break! So, like it or not, this roo is back for a good solid month before returning to school. During my time, I have a few things planned.
Firstly, I have a few pieces that I need to rap up that I either started during the summer or during the thanksgiving holiday. So, expect those to be showing up on Twitter and Fa in the next week or so.
Secondly, I will be working on my professional portfolio. I was fortunate to get some amazing opportunities at school to get my portfolio reviewed. But now this means I need to fix it up and add an additional piece or two. Right now, I am shooting for an internship this summer, so I don’t have very long to put together my portfolio. Working on my professional pieces will sadly take up the bulk of my time, which means less furry art. In the long run, however, this could allow me to be taught by some of the best illustrators in the industry. This can lead to better quality art for you guys when all is said and done.
Lastly, I do plan on participating in
Kikatsu’s Secret Santa. It has been something I have been wanting to do ever since last year, and even if I have very limited time, I still want to contribute. It is a wonderful event that Kikatsu puts on every December. If you are an artist and you want to join in, check out his journal here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9327911/. I highly recommend participating in this fun event full of generosity.
Sadly, with my limited time, I will not be able to open commissions. You might see an occasional sketch from me here and there, but otherwise it will mainly be my portfolio process. I also plan on streaming throughout the break, so make sure to check it out whenever I go online. When it comes to responding to telegram messages, Twitter/Fa comments, and notes, I will be slower than normal. Just because of the workload, I need to spend a little bit more time focusing on my art, but I will still make the time to chat with all of you!

Another Hard Goodbye
Posted 6 years agoOnce again it is time for this roo to bounce back to college and focus on his studies. I still cannot believe the summer is already over, but man was it a wild ride. This has been by far one of my favorite summers and that is thanks to you guys being a wonderful and supportive community. So many memories were made throughout the last few months and I will cherish them forever! I still cannot believe I got the honor to meet so many extraordinary people this summer. I am forever grateful to have forged such strong relationships with some of you that I now call my close friends. You guys mean the world to me and I am going to miss you all!
So for those who have no idea what is happening, basically whenever college starts up, I go completely off the grid. No social media whatsoever, including telegram, twitter, furraffinty, and discord. To help keep me focused during my grueling workload at college, I get rid of all distractions. It pains me every time to leave, as you all are such wonderful people, yet if I want to be able to pass my classes, I need to disappear. But I won't be gone forever. I will be back during my winter break, which will start late November. I look forward to chatting with you all again then! Maybe I will be even able to produce a little more art for you guys then!

Posted 6 years agoWow. . . I am just speechless. Thank you all for the truly amazing support. I cannot believe that I reached 1000 watchers!!! I am constantly in a state of shock that so many of you guys like my stuff and are willing to show your support. You all are such amazing furs, and I am so blessed to be surrounded by such a kind community. If I could, I would hug you all with this roo's signature embrace.
What does this mean:
Well, now that I am at 1000 watchers I do want to do a raffle soon. I am actually approaching 1000 followers on twitter as well, which also blows my mind. So I was thinking about doing a raffle celebrating both those milestones. I haven't decided what exactly I will be raffling, and I will probably do a poll on twitter soon, letting you guys decide on the prize. Regardless of what I end up doing, I will keep you guys on FA updated, giving you the chance to enter if you want.
What else is the blue roo up to:
These last two weeks have been such a blast. I have gotten a lot accomplished within that time, like the large group pick and learning how to make painted icons. At the current moment, I am working on two trades, with the amazing
Dragontzin and outstanding 
the-b3ing, along with an extremely ambitious collaboration with the wonderful 
plokishmok3. Sadly these projects are taking a little longer than expected, so it will be a little bit before commissions open; however, I am very happy with how they are turning out and cannot wait to showcase the fruit of our labor in the coming weeks. I have also started designing a commission sheet, so you guys can see qhat my prices will eventually be once I open up commissions. What does this mean:
Well, now that I am at 1000 watchers I do want to do a raffle soon. I am actually approaching 1000 followers on twitter as well, which also blows my mind. So I was thinking about doing a raffle celebrating both those milestones. I haven't decided what exactly I will be raffling, and I will probably do a poll on twitter soon, letting you guys decide on the prize. Regardless of what I end up doing, I will keep you guys on FA updated, giving you the chance to enter if you want.

These last two weeks have been such a blast. I have gotten a lot accomplished within that time, like the large group pick and learning how to make painted icons. At the current moment, I am working on two trades, with the amazing
Dragontzin and outstanding 
the-b3ing, along with an extremely ambitious collaboration with the wonderful 
plokishmok3. Sadly these projects are taking a little longer than expected, so it will be a little bit before commissions open; however, I am very happy with how they are turning out and cannot wait to showcase the fruit of our labor in the coming weeks. I have also started designing a commission sheet, so you guys can see qhat my prices will eventually be once I open up commissions. Back for the Summer
Posted 6 years agoWell, it is finally over! I am officially halfway done with my college experience. That also means I am home for the summer! I have so much that I want to do in these next few months. From sequences to commissions, and most importantly, hang out with you guys! However, first I need a few weeks to get everything all set up. I want to try to put together a commission sheet and maybe a google form to make things easier on you guys. I also am going to be upgrading my work station, so that will take a little time to get set up. I will be around if you want to shoot me a message for whatever reason, but I just won't be opening up commissions at the current moment.
I also cannot believe I am at 900 watchers! I never thought that would ever happen in my wildest dreams. So thank you all for your support, it means so much to me.

Saying Goodbye Yet Again
Posted 6 years agoLooks like it is time again to bid farewell. School is starting back up tomorrow, and that means this roo is going off the grid. For those who don't know, whenever I am at school, I delete all social media to prevent any distractions from my school work. My classes require full attention and expect me to work all day on assignments. I may be at an art school, but I am spending around 12 hours a day working on projects and going to class. To ensure that I succeed, I try to separate myself from as many distractions as possible. This includes video games, television/movies, and of course social media. I will be back in the Summer however, and I will be around for more than 10 weeks. I plan on doing a lot of commission work (even a few sequences), streaming, and chatting with you guys!
But before I go, I need to thank you all for the amazing support in the last few days! I only just got a twitter and was blown away with the welcome I received. You guys have truly warmed this roo's heart, and I am extremely honored by all of your kindness. I have also been beyond blessed to meet some of the most extraordinary people on this site (You know who you are!), and I hope to meet many more of you guys! Just the community alone makes putting in all these hours painting worth it! You guys are the best! But because of that, it makes this moment even harder. I hate saying goodbye, so instead, I will just say talk to you all later!
